I recently bought some new rims and tires from marketplace for my 2018 Silverado and Heartland Tire…read morewas able to get all four tires swapped out and they calibrated the new TPMS sensors with my truck, which I'm sure was a little tricky because my truck is a 2018 and the rims are from a 2025 Silverado. They were patient, helpful, drove it around to make sure it was reading the new sensors, got it done in no time, and they did all that for $65. I interacted with 3 people who work there between phone, counter, and mechanic and they were all great to work with. I'm taking the time to leave a review because I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the team was and how fair their pricing is. My previous experience at a Ford dealer for a different vehicle was that I left feeling very ripped off. That's not how I felt when I left Heartland Tire! Thanks guys and gal! If you go here for any kind of vehicle maintenance, I think you'll be well taken care of and not ripped off. That's all we could ever hope for, and they're offering it.

went in to get a tire plugged or replaced. incorrectly quoted me that the nail was in the side wall…read moreand not in the tread. tried to get me to pay $600+ for a tire that was able to be plugged and have been driven on for 10k miles. here is my advice for you heartland tire, since you decide to give me a hilarious response that does nothing for my 4 years of being a customer of yours: when someone comes in, is kind, has been a long time customer? help them. tell them things like they can get a 20$ plug instead of $600+ if they start asking for payment plans or start to look anxious. don't lie to them, don't misquote where the location of the nail is. don't gaslight customers when they have proof of your lies. you guys don't care. at all. your "highly valued guests" are just people who don't know enough about vehicles so they can be swindled by you.

After driving around for 2 more hours I ended up at Tires For Less. The only thing I regret is not going there first! There were 6 cars ahead of us but Mo (see pic) pulled the car up outside a bay, took the rim, mounted the new tire and used a floor jack to remove the spare and put the new tire on. Customer service is rare nowadays, but that level of exceptional service is almost unheard of! Mo had us in and out the door in under 15 minutes. I started searching for repair/replacement folks and found Victory. They were one of the more reasonably priced places and they give back to the community so that kinda sealed the deal. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the technician (is that what we call them? I don't know car things...) was able to come to my residence to replace my windshield. I was greeted warmly, offered coffee in the lobby, there's glass you can look thru in the bays to see the work being done not like a dealership where you can't see anything! They have a TV, its a kid friendly lobby, the staff then comes in shares what's going on with your vehicle and offers to change those items like the allergy filter most people dont even know is tucked away under dashes or in glove boxes with covers on them. Air filters, wiper blades mine were old so its a good one stop shop. They dont push, if you want it great if not they say ok perhaps next time trying to show you they want your return business and a relationship. While i see other reviews not so nice about staff. Let's be realistic folks its an industry that brings alot of young people to work, its a good college job for most. This particular shop though has a very high integrity owner! He pays them well so this has resulted in several people making it a career. Family owned small business by a Christian disabled gentleman who is salt of the earth! Give them a shot much has changed and they constantly work to better themselves and ask if there's anything they can do to serve us better as customers. Now, i am in retail so i understand people and realize we all look at reviews often making decisions from them and that's fair. At the same time its not a restaurant or a bad meal, its your automobile and when many of us have not had the money to update things bc we are scraping by.
