I would not recommend this tires plus. I came here for an oil change and a tire rotation and I received an oil change, no tire rotation because apparently it "wasn't necessary" but was charged for both. They then called me to tell me that they charged me for it without doing it and that they'll just put a credit on the account instead of a refund. Then when I called to use it, it was not there. That worker no longer works there, but it was a bad enough experience where I just don't trust this location anymore. read more

wow, how can I start off by explaining the customer service and the service of the damn place? For starters I dropped off my car at 10 AM. Have not received a single call all day so I called the store at 4 PM and they have the audacity to tell me that my car hasn't even started with the work. So I asked when will my car will be ready they said at 6 PM. I never got a call from the store once saying my car was finished or anything. I called the store and they say we close in two minutes so you'll have to pick up your car tomorrow. This was the most bullshit customer service I have ever seen to hell with this place. You're better off going anywhere else to get your fucking tires. And I will also be reaching out to corporate. Because how am I spending $700 on tires and you can't even give me a call back on when my vehicle finished, it's complete bullshit. read more

Rep went above and beyond, informing me of a sale/promotion they had, which got me BETTER name brand tires for cheaper than the ones I'd come in wanting!! By far the worst experience I've had buying tires or getting any work done. I have a laundry list of things I've had to deal with at this location but my last time in was the last straw. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change (they screwed up the tire rotation I had done about 3-4 weeks prior). I was called and told I needed two new tires (one had a plug in it, one was balding on the outer tread from them not doing the alignment at an appointment prior) which I was reluctant to buy because I had already spent thousands within the last year on tires, brakes and rotors (which weren't installed correctly and made horrible sounds which I was told was just them "breaking in") and wanted to shop around. I was finally convinced they would give me a deal on my tires and oil change if purchased which I agreed and had them do. When I picked up my vehicle, I specifically asked Jonathon if he had made sure the tire with the plug was replaced (i had to be certain from all the screw ups in the past) and he told me to my face that he 100% replaced it and I was good to go. That following Monday I found the plug still in my tire and shaved down to match the tread (had about 70% left on all tires prior to buying 2 new ones). They took off a perfectly fine tire (who knows what they did with it) and charged me as if they replaced it. This was some of the shadiest, sketchiest and just most unprofessional thing I've ever seen so I raised hell and then contacted corporate which I'm still waiting for a solution. I was given one free tire (needed two because the tread pattern is going to be off since I had 3 brand new tires now instead of 2). Even if you need to drive 20-30 minutes away I would do that 1000x over before coming back to this store. 0/10 would recommend. read more

Terrible service. Asked them to check my brakes, they said the brakes were fine and I needed an oil change. Got an oil change somewhere else and had them check my brakes too, they were metal on metal, so tires plus didn't even check them. read more

My car was broken into over $100 of things missing my clothes perfume sweatshirt charging corp laptop and was left a mess . I paid over $400 to have things fixed on my car and it was left trashed !!!! Do not recommend to anyone , when I told the workers the app laughed . Please do not take your car to tires plus !!!!! Was in town from Nebraska visiting family and our Minivan had start up issues. Had it towed here overnight as it was near where I was staying. Called up and talked to Corey at 0700 and he took care of me. Ended up replacing my alternator due to the low voltage it was pushing out to my vehicle. Whole process took roughly 3 hours from start to finish. Corey maintained contact throughout and made my experience at this tires plus location awesome. Highly recommend for all your vehicle maintenance needs and not just tires. read more

I'd give no stars if I could. I made an oil change appt about 4 days in advance. I arrived on time, the employee said he could not find my appt in their system so I left thinking I was at the wrong location. I drove to another location near me, they also said they didn't have an appt for me. So I went back in to this original location maybe 15 mins later. The employee then said he did find my appt but said they were now too busy to serve me and had me make a new appt for a week later. Incredibly horribly customer service. I will never go back to this location. read more

I stopped a tires plus on 4/15/2019 to try to find new tires for my sub. I was greeted by Michael Mapplebeck, in my opinion he went the extra mile. I wanted a aggressive tread pattern for my vehicle he showed me several that would work well for me. I purchased a set of Bridgestone Revo 3 which were put on while I waited they then checked my alignment for me at no charge. We discovered that the alignment was off a bit so I purchased the lifetime alignment. The customer service that Michael provided was by far the best I have ever had a a tire shop. I usually have to argue to get the service I want. But not at this store,I will definitely give tires plus my business from now on. He even informed me they do more than tires I will be putting that to the test in the future. I wish I could give more stars read more

Buyer Beware. Never go here. Here be ripoff artists. I brought in my pickup to have my winter snow tires removed and have my all season radials put back on my rims. Stopped in at 7:30am. Guy at front desk said 2 of the tires were too worn to put back on rims, but that the other two were fine. I arrive back at shop at 5:30pm to find that they hadn't even started work on my vehicle yet. When they did bring it in, the (different) guy at the front desk said all 4 tires were bald and that I'd need to buy 4 new tires. I had them stop all work and put the snow tires back on, and I left. I immediately went to the Eagan tires plus and had the manager check radials for tread. The 2 worn tires measured 6/32 & 8/32. The other 2 were at 14/32. The legal limit in MN is 2/32. The Coon Rapids Tires Plus was blatantly trying to rip off customers. read more

I bought tires and TPMS sensors for my Mini Cooper from the Coon Rapids store and was guaranteed they could provide TPMS sensors that would work with my car. They installed the sensors on the tires and put the tires on, on June 2, 2019, and the TPMS sensors haven't worked since! Despite having been told they could and would fix this, and more than one trip and many wasted hours later, the only indication that I have a TPMS system are the multiple emergency lights that stay on telling me the system is inoperable. This is beyond ridiculous... I will now be going to the BBB and Tires Plus corporate with this issue. read more

So here is the situation , I bought a vehicle a year ago brought it to Tries Plus Roseville for them to a complete check over everything ..... Spent over $1500 in repairs and new tires etc.... I called to get my tires rotated a couple days ago as part of my routine maintenance and had it scheduled ( Roseville Location). Got a call from them 30mins before my scheduled appt stating that I don't need to rotate my tires after 4000K and that I should wait to do it. After probing as to why I need to wait I found out that they were over booked and instead of owning up and saying "sorry we screwed up and messed up your schedule" they just said that I just did not need the rotation and now I can go back and do what I was doing-RUDE . I will not go back to this location, I am a loyalist and they have lost my business! Then I found this other Tires Plus the one which caused me to write this review in the first place. By the way the only reason I'm still going to tires plus is for the lifetime rotation on the tires I bought a year ago. Anyways after getting my tires rotated they told me I had $700+ of work that need to be done. Interesting that the Roseville shop never told me I had to do any work.....you have to wonder sometimes are these ppl for real! We need to get reliable services and ppl out in this world Tires Plus is not one of them!! read more

When asked about the Tire Sale they had going on the cashier (Nick) was hesitant to tell us about the sales. His response was "well there's different tires and they have different sales." When it came time to pay and I said I was going to use my Tires plus credit card that states you get 5% off on your first purchase. When I asked Nick about the 5% off his response was "Well, I already completed the transaction so next time you come in and use your card just let them know you didn't get the 5% off and ask for the discount next time. I am happy with my new tires but this shop has very poor customer service! read more

Damon Myers, the store manager is pretty rude. He will short-talk you, and at times, he can even speak down to you. He slams things around int the store, he's short with customers, and seems to have little regard for his staff. The other guys who work at the desk are very nice and exceptionally helpful, but Damon, the MANAGER, acts like a jerk. read more
