Every time I order a pie from Caraglio's they get it right. If it's a thin crust, it's a thin crust. Extra sauce? It's extra sauce. No matter what I order they get it. Ordered a pizza from there tonight instead of our usual go to spot and overall disappointed. Didn't seem like there was a lot of cheese on it at all. The good thing about it though was there was a good amount of pepperoni except that's all we could taste. Needed more cheese and sauce for sure. read more

Normally we enjoy pizza from the Hilton location, however this time was not so good, not so good food and not so good customer service. We ordered a large pizza an order of wings and an order of chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were the most important part of the meal. It was my 5 year old nephews birthday dinner request. They were over cooked and I mean he couldnt bite them and they were dark brown over cooked. The pizza was sub par as well, it was less cheesy and and not cut the full way thru and over cooked enough that you couldn't tear the pieces apart by hand. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the woman on the phone said she was the manager. I told her about the chicken fingers and her response was -well she only cooked them for 8 minutes..... Really? That's your response to a customer??? I told her I would take a picture of them if she wanted. And again she commented on the eight minute timer. I told her they were so over cooked, they melted the container. She commented that the girl,must have forgotten the foil. Nope she didn't they were that over cooked. She finally seemed to believe I wasn't lying to her and asked if they could deliver new ones to us. Well we aren't in delivery range and for us to come back that night defeated the purpose of having his birthday dinner together. She said well what do you want me to do then? I can have the other manager call you tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and went and so has this customer! read more

I've ordered pizza here before but not in a while. What made me decide to try was an email of 25% off the order. Somewhere there must have been "fine print" not easily found. Ordering 2 pizzas w/ extra toppings and 2 orders of wings (close to $60) got me $3 off. They loose 1 star for mis-leading advertising which I absolutely hate. The real issue driving me to drop 2 additional stars off the review is the pizza arrived luke warm, and just didn't taste that good. read more

This is the best food in this town.. from burgers to wings to classic pizza favorites, the food here never disappoints. Some of the best crust I've ever had, only reason im not giving 5 stars is because their pizza is always a little too oily, and since thats something i can easily take care of with a few extra napkins i never complain. read more

Nothing really changed here. They still pull out pizza slices on paper plates from the refrigerator made the day before to reheat and serve to you as a fresh slice of pizza. This is just not right. read more

We are right on the border of this Caraglio's location and the North Greece location, and I always would order from Greece and my fiancé would order from Hilton. There was no real reason for this, it just would happen to be the number we each pulled up. We never had a good experience with Hilton. Their delivery time was INSANE. They would quote 45 minutes and not show up for an hour and a half and our pizza would be cold. We would call and inquire as to where our food was and we would never get a straight answer- they didn't know where the driver was, or the driver was out on a long delivery and ours was the 4th on his list so it should be there soon, it went out 20 minutes ago, etc. My fiancé and I both spent our teen years working in pizza shops, so we are always patient and sympathetic. But sending a driver on 4 deliveries at once?! The pizza is pretty much guaranteed to be freezing when it arrives. Our last order to them was while we had about 10 people over one night. We ordered a sheet and 50 wings. 90 minutes later, our order arrived (again, quoted at 45 minutes) and our pizza was totally not cooked through- it was totally doughy throughout. I called and asked for a new pizza- they said we needed to stop eating the pizza we had gotten in order to return it to them and wait another 45 minutes. What?? We have 10 hungry people who already had grabbed pizza and were trying to eat the edible bits. I understand that people everywhere try to get free food and returning the pizza was a way to ensure that we were not getting 2 sheet pizzas for the price of 1, but that just seemed to me to be horrible customer service- return the chewed around, raw pizza and wait for a new one so that only 1 pizza is received. They insisted, so we had to have our guests stop eating the pizza, load the half eaten pieces back into the box and wait more. So, I don't hate Caraglio's by any means. We still order consistently but we only use the North Greece location. Better quality, better employees and better service. read more

This is great pizza, calzones, wings, subs... One of my favorites is the plate pizza. A mess, but awesome.

The pepperoni pizza was original and delish. The sauce here is better than other places I've tried in the area. Must try the boneless chicken wings with the gold BBQ sauce. read more

Well if you want pizza so well done the cheese is reminiscent of something left over after Hiroshima this is the place to go. The calzones are so greasy that the dripping from the box will soak your car seat, make sure you bring a towel if you pick it up yourself. They serve better pizza in elementary schools. read more

Ordered from here the other day with the fam because my bratty cousin insisted upon it. I haven't had this pizza in a while, but I'm still not much of a fan. There was way too much cheese and grease and the sauce was kind of strangely flavored. I remember liking it for the most part a few years ago, but either my pizza tastes have changed, or they changed their recipe. They're both good possibilities. I've only had their buffalo chicken pizza and it was rather unremarkable. They seem to try make up in quantity for what they lack in quality. Be prepared for the biggest single slice of pizza you've ever seen but for it to be only OK. read more

Don't shop here. My housebound Aunt who is having dental work done asked for her Pizza cut in squares to make it easier to chew and they cut the pizza the wrong way and delivered it 40 minutes late. Then when she called after closing the lady promised her a new pizza because she couldn't eat most of the one she got. When my Aunt called back the manager refused and said they don't give out free pizzas. So apparently it is perfectly okay for this company to screw up an entire order then lie to elderly homebound women. The manager also said a customer service rep would call my Aunt within the week to sort out which employee offered us a free pizza and no call was ever made. Just another lie. I've ordered here consistently for a few years but lately the service is way down. The last 5 times I have called (always at least 1 hour until close) they have told me they aren't delivering. I spent my teen years at a pizza shop so I can appreciate what they do, but refusing a delivery an hour before close is nuts. They must be making more money than they know what do with because they turn down my business. We ordered a few weeks ago and was told they don't deliver so we asked for pickup. My girlfriend got there 30 minutes before close to pick it up and one of the punk employees asked "dude I thought we'd be outta here by now" right in front of her to show his distain. And now the icing on the cake - I ordered at 8:30 PM tonight (1.5hrs before close on a Saturday) and was told I am not close enough to town to be delivering this late. I hope the owner knows his "managers" are actively turning down orders and pushing recurring customers away. It's pontillos for me now, as they happily took my order after caraglios wouldn't. read more

My family eats caraglios very often, mainly because its quality food and good prices, whenever i have 3$ for food, i always know were to go. The workers there are very kind and work hard. The cheese and dough are phenomenal, and. The sauce is pretty good. read more
