Spicy rigatoni

Carbone 100% lives up to the hype. The interior is stunning, an upscale Italian theme with moody ambiance. Service is excellent, explains the menu well. I started with one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had, great coffee flavor with a hint of chocolate and creaminess. The complimentary appetizers are delicious - i loved the picked cauliflower and onions which were sour with a nice crunch, the salami is soft and savory, and the bread basket variety is perfection (LOVED the tomato bread and garlic). I had to try the famous spicy rigatoni and was so pleased. The pasta is al dente and the sauce is scrumptious - creamy and does have a bit of a kick! You end with a little yummy Italian cookie. Would absolutely recommend this spot.

10/10! The service, the ambiance, the food! The best cauliflower I've had in my life was here. The huge menus are obnoxious, however every other detail is superb!

loving Jennifer Lopez waited on us and she's absolutely fabulous. The rigatoni is to die for the bread.Oh my God I can't even take it. Caesar salad could do more with more dressing but still delicious.but We did gobble it all up.the steak was delicious cooked to perfection wow. I wish they had other sauces but the whole roasted garlic was the business!!

What a fun experience! We went for the SOBE Food and Wine festival event hosted by Gold Belly. We were welcomed in, and escorted to our table. The place is beautiful inside and out. We had multiple items, I will post the photo of the menu. Everything was delicious! The team members couldn't have been any better. They were efficient, professional, funny and kind. We had one person that doesn't eat meat, and our waiter made sure she was well taken care of. The favorites at our table were the eggplant, meatballs, tuna, tartar, pasta was made perfectly, carrot cake and the rainbow cake. Every dish had great flavor, great presentation and was hitting every taste bud. The restrooms were well maintained, they have valet parking, and have the option of indoor/outdoor seating. We most definitely will be back. The restaurant is Trendy Chic. Enjoy!!

Beautiful interior and ambience. very old school dining room design, and great music (old rock and soul type). Complimentary basket was delicious - especially the tomato bread (red sauce on toasty bread). It was dripping oil with each bite though, but I personally didn't mind it. Salami and pickled cauliflower came with the bread basket, also complimentary. Made the prices hurt less for sure. Caesar was prepared table side. Personally I thought it needed more dressing. Croutons were oily as hell but huge and crunchy and super flavorful. Again I didn't mind the oil though. Anchovies are optional but weren't as fishy as I prefer. Mozzarella was also prepared table side and was ok. Ours did not stretch the way we saw it did in TikTok's. The vegetarian option puts the mozzarella on top a bed of carmelized bell pepper and onions. Spicy rigatoni was good, no complaints. I liked the mushroom fettuccine more personally, very silky shroomy sauce. Did not get dessert besides the complimentary Italian flag cake at the end, but included pic of the comically large dessert tray that they bring to your table instead of the usually expected dessert menu. Overall a really fun experience with good food. I would definitely go again, and the complimentary snacks really won me over.

Carbone is a place you go to for the vibes. The food is just ok, nothing special. The salad making experience the waiters bring to the table is a nice touch.

First things first! Please ensure you make your reservation at least 30 days in advance of your desired dining date. While reservations may not be readily available, our exceptional customer service makes the process understandable. Upon arrival, you're warmly greeted at the door before being escorted to your table by our friendly host. We enjoyed dining outdoors on the patio, taking advantage of the perfect weather - breezy and humidity-free - which enhanced the experience. The palm trees and outdoor setup added to the beauty of the surroundings. Indoors, the ambiance is equally stunning, with exquisite light fixtures setting the mood. To begin, they offer a fresh bread basket, pickled cauliflower, and savory meats for sharing at the table. We also opted for a Caesar salad, which was expertly prepared tableside. One serving of the salad proved ample for all three of us. The San Pellegrino water was included unlimited for a fixed price. Additionally, I ordered a Shirley Temple, which was beautifully crafted. For my meal, I opted for the popular vodka spicy pasta. Surprisingly, there was no hint of spice, and the noodles were slightly undercooked for my liking. I was anticipating a more savory flavor in the pasta dish. I also tried their meatballs and Toetellini Al Ragu. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience, especially the exceptional hospitality provided, which truly elevated the dining experience. Additionally, there were a few celebrities present, adding an element of excitement--you never know who you might see!

Carbone is my favorite restaurant so far in Miami. The service is excellent, the ambiance is gorgeous, cozy, very upscale. The drinks are 10/10. I usually order whiskey sours. They have a stunning platter of cakes that are brought to your table for you to choose (they are all exquisite so good luck ordering just one). LOVED the variety of breads and hams. Great pastas. Great meat. High quality restaurant. Reservations months in advance are a must. !!!

People come for the rigatoni. And don't get me wrong, the rigatoni was top tier as always. But we really came here for the Cesar salad. The croutons deserve Michelin star by themselves how perfectly crunchy and seasoned they were. We also got calamari which were delicious. This place deserves all the hype

We came to Carbone to celebrate our anniversary and had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere felt special without being too formal, and the service was excellent -- attentive and welcoming from start to finish. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. A lovely place for a special night out. We'll definitely be back!

You know how some restaurants blast music so loud you end up yelling at the table? Not here. The music was at the perfect level where we could actually talk and enjoy each other. Any time I needed something, someone was right there to help. No chasing servers down, no attitude, just genuinely great service. Now the food. 20 out of 10. Honestly, everything was delicious. Not a single miss. The drinks though? 100 out of 10. Dangerous in the best way. Our waitress, I wish I remembered her name, was incredible. Every recommendation she made was spot on, and we loved everything she suggested. I would absolutely recommend this place, but part of me wants to keep it a secret because the vibe is just that good. If you're looking for amazing food, great drinks, and an overall great experience, this is it.

When we arrived we were greeted and promptly seated inside at the back wall in a booth. There was another couple to our left and one or two others across the room at other tables. The couple in the corner who was seat next to us proceeded to talk extremely loud and had several FaceTime calls with their children as if they were in a private location and not a restaurant. Our entire meal consisted of listening to them in the phone and talking so loud to each other and their server we could hear every word! This rude and annoying behavior overshadowed the meal and left us very frustrated and annoyed. If you are going to require certain attire (although several guest came in while we were there who had on shorts and flip flops) and charge very high prices, you should have a cell phone policy in place and redirect guest to step outside or leave if they feel the need to FT their family for 20-30 min. We spent well over $200 on a meal for two and it was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The enjoyed the food we ordered except for the French onion soup which I sent back. The Burrata Caprese was fresh but could have used a few more tomatoes and my husband really enjoyed his steak. I chose not to order anything once my soup was returned because we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Over all the service was good and most of the food was too. Unfortunately, there are those who'd have no regard for their environment and those around them which makes others experience negative! The manager and severs were aware of what they were doing too as they walked by a few times and looked at them. But failed to intervene and for that they get two stars.

Opened in early 2020 right before the pandemic hit. The place weirdly enough just claimed the title…read moreof America's highest grossing independent restaurant (idk how I feel about that). We asked to sit downstairs where the DJ starts around 11PM. The energy was great with incredibly comfortable and spacious seating. There was a 2 hour limit at the table, but we moved to the bar after our meal. Loved the caviar potato as an appetizer, and the beef tenderloin literally melted in my mouth. The downstairs scene gets pretty loud just an FYI. Service was top notch. Seems pretty trendy and mainstream, but definitely worth it.

Mila is undeniably gorgeous and absolutely the place to be seen for dinner -- but as a brunch…read moredestination, it left me longing for the Setai. Let's start with the good, because credit where it's due: the food is genuinely excellent, particularly the fish and seafood, which were the clear stars of the spread. And our server, while I'll get to a quibble shortly, was fun, warm, and thoroughly professional. Now the rest. Brunch should feel like a leisurely indulgence, not a contact sport. The meat station had a queue of 20+ people at peak -- I came for great food, not a deli ticket. The space is crowded and genuinely hard to navigate. Champagne required actively hunting down a server, whereas the Setai simply leaves a bottle at your table and lets you breathe. Coffee is $7 a cup -- at a brunch of this price point, charging for coffee feels a little cheeky. Then there was the pacing. Well before our two hours were up, our (otherwise lovely) server began the gentle wrap-up and produced the bill -- which is a curious energy for a "linger and enjoy" brunch. And we were charged an extra 2% as a "large party" of seven... at a buffet. Where we served ourselves. I'm still working out the math on that one. If you want a beautiful setting, live music, better drinks, attentive service, and zero queues, the Setai brunch wins -- every single time. Mila, save it for the nightlife.
