The people are great there. If you eat in there is a awesome aquarium to watch. The pizza is greasy but delicious..

I have only done take out from this location. I love Carbone's Pizza. This location has always done good for me (aprox 15 times).

The food here is delicious and very affordable. I got 2 pizzas, a root beer and 2 beers for 22 dollars, not including tip. The inside it beautiful and very entertaining for younger children. read more

WATCH YOUR BACK WITH THE CUSTOMER-COMBATIVE MANAGEMENT! I was a regular customer -- twice a week on average -- until my final visit on Sunday, February 24, 2019. I encountered a plumbing problem in the rest room, was publicly scolded in the main dining room for it as "my" fault, and was told to never return. Not that that would hurt Domino's or Sarpino's feelings!! This ain't Jersey, Tony Soprano, it's Lutheran Utah, and you DON'T back-talk consistently paying customers like anything near as you did. Eagan, obviously, has friendlier Italian eats at equally-reasonable $$$$. I can highly recommend THEM! read more

If there were a way to give this place zero stars I would. Our order never even showed up. We were here dying a post-Christmas party and 2.5 hours later we called only for them to say our order was on its way. Another 2 hours passed, our guests left and he food never showed. The food isn't bad but the employees that work there do not know how to use the credit card system they utilize. This is now the 3rd time, yes 3rd, where they were only supposed to charge me for a portion of the bill ($10 to be exact) but charged me for my portion AND the full amount of the bill!! Not everyone has an extra $50 to be throwing around. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer give them my business. This is horrible business practices and if their employees don't know how to charge only a portion of the bill then they shouldn't be allowed to take any payments at all. Love this pizza! My family is originally from Minnesota but have been living in Texas for 20 yrs and had missed having this pizza. About 4 yrs ago I called and talked to the manager, Dave, and asked about shipping pizza to us in Texas. He didn't hesitate at all and our enjoyment of Carbones began again. Twice a year we order 10 or more double sausage pizzas and they arrive in 2 days in absolutely perfect condition and ready to bake. I will always argue that this is the best pizza I will ever have, and Dave and William are two of the kindest, most wonderful people I have ever dealt with. I have eaten at the Eagan Carbones for 20 years but no more. Its been tradition to take my Mom , nephew and niece there but my nephew and I ate there 3 weeks ago on a Saturday,and my nephew lost his phone in the seat by the fish aquarium. We were given a big spoon and we tried for 20-30 minutes and had no luck. The manager William said the same thing happened 2 weeks ago to someone else. No one helped and said it was because they were busy so I drove back to my house 3-4 miles picked up what I thought we could use and drove back and got the phone out. The main concern for the manager is that I pay the bill. We waste and hour trying to get a cell phone out of their "faulty" cushions. The same cushions that have a historyon then have to drive to my house back to Carbones, and the big duh was an idiot. Never again. read more

Would give it zero stars for customer service, if possible. Waited at a table for over 10 minutes and not a single employee stopped by to check on us. Was completely ignored by servers when attempting to ask for service. We were in the middle of the restaurant, so we weren't hard to find. The last straw was when another couple walked in and got service right away. Left hangry!!! read more

I am very sad to be writing this review - for years we have ordered from this location in Eagan and so tonight we placed an order for two large pizzas and pizza fries - places order at 6:07pm (60 minute time told for delivery )and received it finally at 8:20 - after calling to the location - while family is in from out of town we thought this would be a great idea while visiting! With the first call we made the gal said we are going to be receiving 10.00 off when guy arrives - which was placed at 7:35 pm - and was told he was on his way (prepaid for with card on original call- when we ordered) which we won't see I'm sure - second call was at 8:00 and she's taking another 10 dollars off - but at the end of the day I will be sharing this response with my family and friends - big disappointment - unbelievable poor customer service and follow thru - the Carbones location is 8 minutes from their home! 10.00 dollars is a complete joke for your lack of being over an hour and fifty minutes -- dealing with hungry out of town guests - very uncomfortable and is uncalled for by your company ! read more

I went to Carbone's for the first time in a few years last weekend. And let me just say, their pizza is absolutely amazing. The service was fast and our servers were so friendly. The cheese pizza we ordered was fantastic. I'd also like to give a shout out to the owner and his son. Both of them made sure our experience as customers was excellent. Ordered a pizza and an order of cheese bread. Upon opening the pizza box, was met with glistening, greasy cheese and toppings that covered uncooked pizza dough. Had to use a spatula just to get a slice out of the box. The toppings slid off on it's own only to show glistening uncooked pizza dough underneath. The "cheesy garlic toast" was more like luke warm soggy bread covered in processed shredded mozzarella. Not exactly sure how you'd call that toast? For $30 seriously disappointed. I could have spent half that and ordered from Domino's and received better quality. read more

I grew up in East St. Paul on the original Carbones Pizza. I have been in Eagan MN for 4 years now and have to say that the pizza here is just as good. Glad at least one part of my childhood is in Eagan with us. read more

As I walked into the door of Carbone's, I was expecting a delicious taste of Italian cuisine. After waiting for over an hour, I received my spaghetti dinner. My whole table received their dinner 30 minutes before me. They forgot to make my meal and neglected to inform me on this issue. Once I received my meal, I cut into my meatball. There was no surprise when I noticed that it wasn't fully cooked. I could practically see the salmonella on my plate. The best thing about this restaurant is my Mountain Dew. read more
