I just leased a BMW i4 with Chris after sitting through 2 agonizing weeks of terrible follow up from a sales rep at a BMW dealer who couldn't commit on getting a car for me. I didn't argue over price, I said my one criteria was just assure me you get a car quickly for me. No returned phone calls no follow up with me after we agreed on price/terms. Sad. Maybe everyone has hammered dealers for so long for being too aggressive, now they don't seem to really care if they follow up and get a deal done. Weird. Anyway, happy that BuySide Auto exists, is serving their clients well and has been a great partner.

But they lied to the loan people telling them it was. What a headache having to call all these people to try to get something I paid them to do! Thank you cars on demand.

A few weeks later they contact me again saying they need another 3k to close the deal. So I give them additional 3k. They finally close the deal and got me the loan for the truck. Months later I receive a letter from DMV investigator unit stating the paper work has not been transferred so I will not be able to register the truck after the temporary tags expire in January 2024. Now it's end of April and No luck from these crooks getting the paper work transferred. So now I wait for the investigation to finalize and to close this shop down since they have been many others facing the same problems BE AWARE AND RUN FROM THIS CROOKED PEOPLE Hopefully by the end of 2024 I'll get my truck registered so I can use it to drive to work. as for now I'll continue to make payments to the loan company so it doesn't effect my credit, as the truck sits with no updated tags and plates. Throughout it all, I appreciated that Jeremy was knowledgeable, no-bs, patient, and responsive. I never had to communicate with the dealer at all, until I showed up at the dealership for my test drive, where the salesman had all the paperwork ready to go. From test drive arrival to leaving the dealer with my new car, it only took 2 hours, which feels pretty efficient.
