I have not had any success in contacting in reaching anyone so I'm going forward with my review. I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mother's Day. When I received a picture of the flowers she received compared to the arrangement I ordered, I was mortified. I ordered from the website and they DID have a disclosure saying "due to pandemic SOME flowers MAY be substituted." I paid for the premium arrangement to ensure they came out as close to the picture online. I'm from California and decided to search a local florist to support in this time of need instead of using one of the big name flower delivery services. I understand times are hard, but the disclosure should say "you get what you get" it was a completely different arrangement all together. Very disappointing and in a little embarrassed what arrived at my mother in laws. They should not offer "Premium" option and allow consumers to pay extra for what is a very basic arrangement. On the other hand, the did deliver the flowers on time.

He informed me that he was going back to my Mom's house to redeliver the flowers to the given address! This made my Mom extremely pensive, understandably! I said, "She doesn't have them! " which he said he no longer wanted my business! I came to Staten Island 20 years ago and have sent several arrangements from the Hylan blvd store as well! My sympathy goes out to BERNARD -because he has no way of knowing how people are being treated by Irving! Please be advised that the flowers are Splendid and the arrangements are some of the finest I have ever witnessed but the attitude of Irving is appalling! When we walked in there was a gentleman standing behind the coffee bar who greeted us and answered all our coffee questions. He was extremely nice and helpful. They have an array of different coffees to choose from. They also have desserts and homemade chocolates. All coffee is from Brooklyn Roasting Company. An artisanal coffee company out of Dumbo Brooklyn that specializes in speciality coffee from different parts of the world. We decided on a flat white with real caramel and an iced caramel coffee. Also we got an oreo cheesecake. There is limited seating but we did get a seat inside. The coffee was delicious smooth and rich. Extremely creamy. Perfect cup of coffee! The cheesecake was delicious. We also got to try the homemade chocolate Bons bons. Which would be fabulous for this up coming Valentine's Day. They were dark chocolate currant and white chocolate crisp.
