I was already to get some flowers for my sister's birthday... But I wanted to take a real quick stop to drop off something at the dry cleaners next-door. And then this loudspeaker goes off, telling me that I can't park in the parking lot of the florist. I think it's really rude to bully somebody who is a potential customer. I took my business elsewhere... But you should trust that the customer read the sign that it was for the florist, before screaming at him over a loudspeaker in the public. Dude, Joe lot was empty... And I was coming in to purchase something, don't yell at me. read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother and mother in law thinking I was going to get the bouquet that was displayed online. When I received the flowers they were about the quarter of the size and half the flowers were dead... not to mention I paid extra to have them put more flowers in the bouquet. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to this florist. read more

I cant even begin to describe the artistic ability that the owner Rob has. Every time I host a family get together or holiday party I reach out to Rob and order an arrangement. There is nothing more welcoming then the sight and smell of beautiful fresh flowers. I cant remember how many times people have literally just stared in awe of his creations. This is not a review of Evergreen Florists work as a Florist but sadly it does impact my opinion of them. I was dropping my 11 year daughter out next store at Hanna nails... I mistakenly thought they shared a parking lot. When I a raving lunatic of a women started to yell out of the upstairs window. I told her was just dropping off my daughter and I would move my car. She just kept yelling that she was call ing the cops.... about what I have no idea, since I told her I would move my car. And did move my car in less then 2 mins. I left my daughter safely inside and moved my car. Needless to say my daughter was upset at the ridiculous unnecessary and senseless berating we received when we mistakenly parked in the wrong parking lot of a closed store and move the car at the presumed owners request. I understand that this must happen often but please don't yell at people, no less people with children when they say they are doing what you asked. People need to understand that they need to behave and act professionally around there business, as it does reflect on their business. If I ever did by a flower arrangement from Evergreen Florist and have a issue I would have to deal with that lunatic again who went ballistic in front of a child over a simple mistake. Needless to say I will not do business with then to avoid any chance of having to deal with that insane women. read more

Ordered a bouquet to send to a friend who just had surgery. Flowers showed up not as promised. Bouquet was a quarter of the size from the original picture and flowers weren't fresh. When called to complain they offered a 30% refund. Our friend called us back to tell us the flowers were picked up. That was not authorized. We are mortified and embarrassed. To add insult to injury they were rude to our friend and the delivery guy said "I'm sorry this isn't good enough for you". Our friend never complained. We are beyond shocked how someone can conduct business like this. read more

I had terrible customer service from this place. I have specific instructions on how the flowers should be delivered which were ignored. They also sent me an email confirmation telling me the flowers were delivered but my friend did not in fact receive them. When I called to follow up it turns out the flowers were delivered to a neighbor. I spoke to them on the phone and expressed how unhappy I was with the experience but they didn't seem to care at all. Definitely not using them again for the hassle I experienced. read more
