HORRIBLE INTERIOR CLEAN. Windows look like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Door jambs were not touched. Glove compartment was filthy. Floor mats were not cleaned. Seats weren't even folded down when vacuumed. Car smelled like old socks. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for you car detailing. This company is absolutely terrible! $199 wasted. However, due to very low temperatures it appeared as if specs of wax stuck to the car before being wiped down. I contacted customer service and they promptly scheduled a touch up. Tips are optional and I tipped the technician in cash as I don't believe that they get the entire tip when it's on a credit card, I do the same thing in restaurants and recommend that anyone who wants to tip for good service tip in cash directly to the person. read more

The car detail tech contractor (Alejandro) was very "cordial" but not professional! He drove up in a very unprofessional looking POV, we discussed what my "Gold Package" would entail & when I found out what was listed on the Cardetailingcom web site was not part of my package I agreed to giving him an additional $40 (not on my credit card by his own request) to remove swirls which never happened!! The total cost of my package ended up totaling $179. Before I signed off on the work I had to point out the many areas that Alejandro missed in the final stages of detailing my car. My car looked as if simply went through a carwash that cost me $179. What a WASTE of effort and resources I would NOT use this site again or recommend that anyone else use CarDetailing.com. Additionally I spoke with (3) CarDetailing.com associates in the processing of my job order requests, Jacob & Jessica were both professional but neither followed through with their promises to reverse an amount of $26 due to a misunderstanding. Jacob was supposed to reverse $26 that I was charged due to the tech arriving at my location but not being able to contact me due to an incorrect number that went through on the job request, we both agreed it was just a mistake & I stated that I would simply reschedule (which I did) CarDetailing stated that they would then reverse the $26 charge back to my card which they haven't done. They never got any all the information correct as far as contact number's and account names & finally after 3 CarDetailing associates I gave up on any of the process being completed correctly. They no showed, didn't contact me, didn't respond to my emails, so no apologies or reschedule requests from them. I, took 3 hours off work, went home and waited. I have my own business so lost 3 hours of client fees. They have all my personal information on their "my account" area of the website when I log in. However, there is no way to delete your account. Since they haven't responded to my emails, I feel I'm being held hostage and they have my credit card information. I don't want to find a charge on my credit card that I have to dispute with them and waste more of my time. read more

Terrible company all around. I have had the absolute worst experience with CarDetailing.com so far. It took me numerous tries to get something scheduled, and one of the earliest times they could do was 9/7/19. The ETA they provided was 12-3. No one showed up. Then I had been in touch with their phone support person, Keith R, from 4 PM till 7 PM (many calls back and forth), and finally got an updated ETA of 7 PM. He is reportedly the service head for the weekend, and even he could not tell me what the ETA actually means. And of course 7 PM passes, and no one shows up, and with CarDetailing.com customer service now closed, there is no recourse here for breaching the verbal contract TWICE. In fact, it is now past 7:30, the end-time of the second time window that was promised. I will be sending them a bill for my time. read more
