Have been going to Schiller's for some years.   I have an old Italian Necchi and a newer, cheap HD…read moreSinger.   I use them for projects, sewing leather and other heavy materials, etc.   I'm no real sewer, so though I try to keep the Necchi oiled and the singer needles fresh, my machines suffer.   Well, I've turned over a new leaf and bought a vintage Viking 6460.   These sewing machines sold for over $1,000 back in 1977 when new--the equivalent today of over $4,400!   The machine I bought second-hand looks near perfect but was frozen up from the characteristic auto-oiling problem, I followed the careful on-line instructions and freed up and oiled the machine and replaced the cracked cam stack.  It ran and stitched perfectly after that but clacked; ahhh, a cracked take up slide.   I've looked at that mechanism and it scares me--all the timing things on the machine are around that; so, cheap as I am, I've decided to take it to Schiller's.   They have never let me down.   I do hope that they can repair it, as parts are a problem and there are few people left in the world who can actually work on these intricate, 43-year-old machines.  How much confidence do I have in Schiller's?   I'm writing this review after phoning them to ask if they'll take a look at the Viking.   If I'm wrong about them--doubtful--I'll come back and talk about it. Update: They did their best, but for once, couldn't quite get it running fully. I then decided to bite the bullet and shipped it to PA for a Viking expert to completely rebuild--knowing that the man will soon retire (last of his kind?) and I wouldn't ever get all the cams working and some tough timing issues completely solved. In truth, they say that only a Viking-trained service person can really fix one of these unusual, complex machines. Some of the more esoteric parts are now being reproduced by 3-D printers! Schiller's did get it running for the most part, but now it's like new. Five stars all around for everybody's work. Happy camper

After I placed the order, I wanted to confirm the yardage and come to find out they added on four extra yards to my order to the tune of over $400. After some heated inquiry, I found that the reason they added the extra yardage on my order was to offset the "free" installation. I canceled the order and went to Lowe's and got much better treatment. I will never shop at Home Depot again. I'm sick and tired of sleazy practices. There's a lovely hardware store near me, Mansfield Supply, which has almost everything and you get personal service, good quality, and fair prices. That's where I will shop for all my hardware needs from now on. I'm finished with Home Depot.

I picked it out and put it on my charge card only to just now be told it was a special order door and I can not cancel the order and it won't be seeing at the store until September 27th and then we could set up a delivery and install date. Do not do any major work through this Home Depot. This is crazy I should of gone to Lowes. And no one can explain how a in stock door became a special order door. I am so angry I spend a lot of money here and won't ever go here again

The oven does not reach the temperature it is set at and can vary by over 100° at times! There is no option to calibrate it. They sent a tech to replace a part and it didn't fix it. I was told, sorry, there are no other repairs possible. They've been giving me a runaround for months and I haven't been able to use the oven at all. It's brand new and under warranty but they won't replace it or take it back. Unbelievable. Stay away from CAFD and Frigidaire. Terrible customer service and the warranty is worthless.

We've called numerous times, been put on long holds, hung up on and two crews came out bringing the wrong items. We have been calling your office every week, with no response and no timeline when our fireplace will be finished in our bedroom. This has been a reoccurring story with each fireplace (we purchased a gas fireplace and two electric fireplaces)--we pretty much had to come IN PERSON to get our main floor fireplaces installed with the proper materials. This is unacceptable. Since calling your customer service team and being disconnected last week, our cats have crawled into the open fireplace in our bedroom, and the pebbles have spilled all over our floor. I am submitting a better business bureau complaint, and complaining on yelp and other social media channels. I can't believe this is how you conduct business with your customers.

He was always willing to discuss kitchen plans with our cabinet designer, especially when troubleshooting measurements and appliance placement. Due to Covid pandemic, we experienced some delays and Mike was very patient as well as cooperative and responsible with being able to give us a work timeline and offer design ideas to help us cope with some change-ups in our plans. He is very professional and was also able to connect us with painting contractors and plumbing contractors. All in all we're very glad we chose Mike and Wall To Wall!!

He was very understanding and stayed in touch with us for the following 3 months ordering supplies, checking on our delivery dates, etc., so he'd have everything ready to install for us. When we finally did schedule the start date, Mike dedicated 3 weeks to our project. He arrived on time, worked all day and stayed in contact every single day to make sure we were happy with that day's progress. He cleaned up every night and made sure all areas of our house (like carpets, walls, other rooms, etc) were protected with dust sheets or plastic lining. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom!!! It has exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Mike, and Wall2Wall Home Improvements, without hesitation, for any home improvement projects.

We first tested out what type of mattresses we wanted meaning firm, in the middle, or soft. Once we determined what type we wanted, we then tried all the mattresses. She was very through in explaining the difference between each different mattress. Details were awesome in making our decision. There was no pressure. She gave us as much time we needed to try each one and to discuss what we could afford. She definitely knew what she was talking about. We came to a decision and she walked us through the process of the purchase. We were able to finance for 72 months at 0% interest. WHAT A DEAL! Our credit limit wasn't as much as the mattress but she made adjustments to match our limit so we were able to purchase what we wanted. On top of that, she threw in 2 most awesome pillows. The cooling kind. OMG they are wonderful! We expect our delivery on the 5th. Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattresses. Oh and, Lynn did explain that we are to give the mattress 30 days to adjust to....the mattress works with you and your body needs time to adjust. And a 120 return policy if we decide its not for us. SUCH A DEAL! Thank you Lynn for your help and we look forward to getting some good night sleep!

This was perfect as it was a present for my son, we were exchanging on Saturday and since all of us would be off for the holiday the following Tuesday. When I called the next Tuesday they said it was indeed in and we could come and get it. We did, but it was the completely wrong item. The sales person- a different one, tried his best to correct the error, but now it wouldn't be in the store until 1/13/15. Not while my family was off on holiday. He threw in a pillow. Not free delivery, but a pillow. Strange, but my husband hushed me and said he would take that day off/ work from home so he could go and get it. I understand that when you say an item will be available to pick up it would be during business hours, and nothing to the contary had been said. So, the mattress came after 7pm. not the most convienent time, and I said wouldn't it seem to make sense that you offer to deliver this mattress since it was three weeks and really an extra day late at this point- the district manager said"no, you're already getting a pilow" I told them that was a shame as I need to replace serveral mattresses in the next year or so- and I will not choose to spend my money there. The sales person was baffled. Just unimpressive if you ask me.
