My entire experience was A+ as Chris was super professional, friendly, and timely. He stuck to the appointment time, did a thorough job, and my carpets have never looked better. I was personally worried about some stains from pets thinking that no one would be able to remove them but they all came out! I was shocked and so happy. If you are a pet owner using Chris' company is a must! 1. He was mindful that I had scared cats in hiding and worked around them lol 2. The products he used didn't smell chemically at all.
