He is extremely nice on top of being fantastic at getting out what can appear to be very tough stains. I had embarrassingly nasty pet stains {cat and dog) so severe I was embarrassed to show them to Chris in my 2 bedrooms. He told me he would do the best he can. They came out beautifully to my amazement. He also does area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, mattress cleaning, He does residential and commercial, eco/green cleaning.
