I have always had good service at CareNow and I'm sure I'll go back. However, if you have a billing issue and you have to talk to someone in their billing department in India, just hang up... The people at their call center in India have no idea what they are talking about and are very hard to understand. Also, there is no possible way I'm going to give my credit card information to someone in India or any other foreign country over the phone. Call/ask the clinic for their US customer service/billing department that is located in Coppell, TX and speak to someone you can understand. I went to CareNow during the summer when my daughter was having breathing problems during the weekend. With her normal doctor closed and not wanting to wait forever in an emergency room, we came here, which was less than 5 minutes away from my house. As soon as I walked in, I knew I made a good choice. It was crowded, there was plenty of visible staff and it was CLEAN. We checked in, paid and within 5 minutes of sitting down, we were taken to the back. The doctor was very pleasant, informative AND thorough. Even though a breathing treatment was given, which improved her breathing TONS, he had her take an X-Ray to make sure there wasn't any other issues going on. Total time spent there, with all of that? Less than 45 minutes. Everyone had a smile on their face and my daughter was NEVER scared of the staff or the machines. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone who has a non-emergency medical issue on the weekends. They'll take great care of you! read more

I was sent here for an injury at work but I will not go back on my own ever. I sat and watched as customer stood for 10 minutes at the desk while the 4 ladies finished their conversation. The doctor was more interested in watching the tv while I try to explain the pain I was in. He cared very little about me as a patient. Checked in early on a Sunday, via web app which was fast and followed up promptly by medical staff. (Grateful for the Short wait time thanks to their web app.) Nurse Brianna did our vitals quickly and promptly (both the hubby and I down w the crud) and dr Brofer was terrific, diagnosing promptly, cheerful and kind, while completely professional, while efficiently asking specific questions about the onset of the severe sinus infections after ruling out mono and strep throat. While it's never fun having an emergency visit to a doc, this was a stand out clinic in the Care Now family and we both will come here again if needed. We got a call and were told to come to the clinic, that they were ready to see him. We waited 20 minutes in the waiting room and then another 40 in the back. The NP 'tried' to check his ears but said she couldn't see his eardrum. Checked his nose, throat and said she was going to swab him for strep. Didn't listen to his chest or do any other examination. 20 more minutes for the strep test, then another 10 minutes in the lobby for 'discharge' paperwork. They text around 11ish am and I'm still in the waiting room it's 130pm. What the hell is going on back there. State needs to come check this place out. I've come here a couple times and each time been taken care of. The customer service here is not only caring but they will do what it takes to find out whats going on and point you in the right direction if they cant find out whats going on. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: 1. Great customer service. 2. They will do whatever it takes to point you in the right direction. 3. They have lab services in house and they can usually get results within a couple hours. 4. They have movies on each tv in the room so it keeps you entertained 5. They take my insurance. Cons: 1. I as seen by a nurse practitioner and not a real doctor. 2. They take forever to get you in. I mean 3 to 5 hours at times. You can easily get around this with the online check in. 3. They will take longer once you are in and will come check in with you every 30 min. Just watch the movie while your in this phase. 4. They will sometimes not know whats going on with you and tell you they don't but will alwayd point you in the right direction no matter what. Overall, its exactly the type of service I would expect to receive at an urgent care clinic. read more

Would not recommend this to anyone. The one in Lewisville Texas wants to charge me for a TB test that my job ordered. Need to get a covid test done and want to kill two birds with one stone. She wants to charge me and there's no manager to talk to. Refuses to contact anyone also. They ate also telling people who walk in that there is a 9 hour delay. It's after 5 and they close at 9. Huh?? Only open for 4 more hours but there is a 9 hour delay in appointments? Not happy at all. Will go somewhere else for my TB test. Very unhelpful. read more

So I completed the online check-in around 10:05 a.m. I never received a call so I called at 1:00 pm to get an estimate on when I would be called. Ann Marie said that she had called me & left a voicemail. She LIED. I had no missed call or voicemail from her. I went to this CareNow with intense pain and swelling in my ankle. The doctor told me nothing was wrong with it and that I would be fine. No prescriptions and not even anything to walk as I had been hopping the whole time. Knowing his information could not be accurate I went to a hospital where they told me I had a broken ankle. I would have gave it a zero star rating if possible but this place was bad like REALLY BAD. I just needed a test but they forced me to talk to the doctor as well so that was an additional charge. Not to mention I did the web check-in and they told me it would be three hours but instead by the time I got a call to come in it was five hours and by the time I actually got the test done it was an hour and a half after that when the actual test was only 3 mins. The staff was super friendly and I did not have to wait, because I utilized their web check-in. They called to verify my insurance once I completed the web check-in and the nurse called (about 15 minutes later) to let me know they would be ready to see me in ten minutes. The physician had a nice bedside manner, as well. He gave me a broad-spectrum antibiotic and a corticosteroid, as well as a physician's note for school. All in all, I would consider this a good place to go if you would like to be seen right away, but can't get in to see your PCP (and of course if you're not having a medical emergency). read more

I had an allergic reaction and my jawline, neck and chest had broken out into an awful rash. I called first to see if Care Now handled that sort of thing since my dermatologist and PCP were both unavailable due to the upcoming holiday. I wasn't really familiar with all of Care Now's services and had been just once before ages ago when I had the flu and didn't have a PCP at the time. The lady on the phone gave me information about the web check in as well as how long the wait was if I was a walk-in. I checked in online and they gave me a call back to discuss my symptoms and then a second call to tell me to head on there. They even prepared me for payment expectations. I checked in at the front and waited a couple of minutes before being seen by a nurse. The lady at the front was very nice and the nurse was understanding and did a wonderful job. The doctor came in and went through my symptoms with me and treatment. He was very personable and definitely knew his stuff. I got a shot by a second nurse who prepared me for my shot by telling me exactly what to expect and how it would feel as she administered the shot. I was then given a prescription for prednisone and was checked out by another lady. I had contact with 5 different employees not including whomever I talked to on the phone and every single one of them were pleasant, seemed to enjoy their job, caring, quick and competent. I feel so much better and my rash is getting better every second. I have terrible insurance through my work so the bill was high (which I expected because that's how the world works), but I almost forgot how disappointed in my insurance I was just due to the customer service I received. I honestly don't think I have ever come in contact with such an efficient system where every single employee was caring, moved quickly and were knowledgeable. That's a sad statement to make and I'm really not that critical, it just stood out to me that everyone was on their A game. I just wanted to write this review to say thank you and let y'all know that what you do is very much appreciated. I was desperate and you could have given me the worse customer service just because I had no other options, but that's not at all what happened. I am very impressed by Care Now and the way y'all conduct business. I will be quick to use y'all in the future if needed and I will be sure to spread the word about what a terrific staff you have. I was super impressed with this facility! I did the online check in, and though there was about a 2 hour wait, I mostly waited at home. They called when they were about ready for me. Once I got to the center, the process seemed very reasonable as far as wait time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, including the front counter people, the intake lady, the nurse and the doctor (Nguyen). I felt like the doctor took time to listen and thoroughly discuss with me and advise what was going on. I'd definitely go again for any future needs. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called and asked if they had the ability to x ray an arm. The young lady that answered the phone was apathetic, at best. We checked in online, (put all insurance info in) and the same girl called, with the same, "I could care less" attitude, and told me it would be 3 hours. Not a problem. Approximately 2.5 hours later, she called to tell us to head that way. When we walked in, there was one young lady on the phone and the other young lady popped her head up off her desk where she was laying (apparently taking a nap). It was the same woman who called. We gave her the insurance card. She showed it to the other lady, handed it back and stated that they do not take my insurance. I understand the insurance part is not her problem (though crappy business practice). But her general attitude and lack of professionalism, was shocking and clearly inappropriate. My friend recommended this place to me before but Friday night (after hours) I was feeling horrible I checked in online and got a call early Saturday morning. I went in and lasted no more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, they took labs and took me to a room lasted no more than 1 hour in all of the process. The staff was nice the building was clean. They treated me for an issue and it didn't resolve so they told me to come back in so they could charge me again and provide no service other than give me a referral. When I called their home office I got the run around for 3 months and then a letter saying they did nothing wrong. I will never be going back and don't think anyone should use these people since one of their statements to me was "it's a crap shoot people come in and we prescribe antibiotics hoping it resolves." Wonderful office and staff! I took my kids for their school physicals on a Sunday, mid afternoon. We were greeted immediately and waited maybe 10 minutes before we were called back to be seen. The entire office is friendly and helpful - and the Dr. was very nice and entertaining :) We originally began our last minute physical mission at CVS MinuteClinic up the road, and they were horrible. We will definitely stick with CareNow for any future needs. They do not accept appointments for school physicals, but they get you in between appointments quickly. read more

I had to go get COVID testing done for a wedding, and it went very well! The doctors were so nice and helped me feel better because I was scared about it. The only problem was I almost missed my flight because they took way too long to give me the results. I made it to the airport and the result were still not there. I had to go to the end of the line so that I could wait for the results to come in. And my plane was about to close the doors when me and my kids made it to the gate just before they closed it. I think they should've been faster for sure but at least they had perfect service! :) read more

I've generally had great experiences with this location however, this is no longer the case. I went in for an appointment in August and received a bill in September for the visit. I called and stated I have insurance and a copy of my card was taken. When I spoke with billing department in October I confirmed my insurance and I was told my insurance was not billed and a claim would be submitted. Here we are in the December and I have received another bill called the billing department and now all of my insurance information has been deleted from my chart. This is very disappointing and seems a little fishy to me. Check your bills and insurance before blindly paying a bill from this company. read more

Used Web CHECK IN (so convenient), I highly recomment you use it. Saw Dr. Brofer with my husband for a follow up on car accident injuries. We both wish he actually have his own clinic so we can get him as our PCP. I think he's the best doctor I've seen so far since we've moved here in Arlington. I personally didn't prefer going to CareNow due to past services I've had from them but Dr. Brofer and his assistant did such a terrific job I would definitely go back for urgent care. read more

Worse service EVER...I did a web check in and they called me 10 mins in advance letting me know when to head over. I arrived in 15mins and filled out my paper work. They had me waiting 3 hours. The clerk came to ask me for my name, and all she can say "oh we forgot about you, But don't worry you will be next." So I waited another 30mins, in which they called in everyone else but me. This environment was extremely unorganized. I waited THREE HOURS all because the clerks forgot about me. I could had gone to Parkland Hospital and be seen in 2 hours MAX. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady at the front desk was being extremely unprofessional and continued to smirk at me. I do NOT recommend bringing your family here, especially when it comes to their health. read more

This place is the worst! My mom went in for a medical impairment rating and was told she'd get the report in the mail within two weeks. Here we are a month later, still no report. I reached out to them and was told by the receptionist that the nurses are the only ones who have access to the patients' charts so she'd transfer me over to speak to them... of course, they don't answer. I've left voicemails for three days now and nobody's called me back. Every time I call back, the receptionist tells me there's nothing they can do, I just have to wait for a call back. Everytime I have been sick and had to go to CareNow, I have been poorly serviced and taken care of. I have had to wait HOURS, literally two hours before I was able to get into a room. After I got into a room, I still had to wait an hour for an actual doctor to see me. The doctor literally spent five minutes with me and wasn't very thorough. After I was done with the doctor I still had to sit in the waiting room for over thirty minutes to check out. It should be called CareLater instead of CareNow. Waited 3 hours going on 4 and just got seen. The guy at the front counter was rude when i ask how much longer it was going to be nicely. After i sat down to continue to wait he would stare at me and my wife for short periods and make angery faces or shake his head constantly. After we get in and have my wifes hand xrayed she shuts the door and talks smack because i asked if i could be in the room with her too because i didnt know. Not professional at all.
