Perfect experience! Was having terrible runny nose, which was also causing sneezing. I have tried EVERYTHING OTC and prescription level, and over time I've learned NOTHING works except for a steroid shot from places like this. Used web check-in the night before, got a call around 8:15 saying it'd be about an hour. Got a call then, headed up, checked in. About 5 minutes later was called back and saw a nurse. 5 minutes later an NP came in and spoke with me for a bit (helps when you've had this multiple times and know exactly what you need). 5 minutes later nurse came in and gave me the shot,5 minutes later was ok to go and checked out. Took my husband and they were quick to check him up because he was having difficulty breathing. They diagnosed him with pneumonia and gave him meds. Next day follow up was quick too. He started getting better but had to go to the hospital a few days later because he started to get worst. Two weeks later had to take my husband again with same signs of pneumonia after he was feeling perfect. We didn't waited long before they called him. Everything was ok and he started to feel better but the follow up visit the next day was not good at all. The waiting time for walk ins was 4 hours. DO NOT GO HERE! I was told the wait would be 1-1.5 hours and I've been here now for 3 hours. When I ask the front desk the status, I'm told "you're up next" (in a very rude tone). The last update was 30 minutes ago and I have yet to be called back. I understand when a business is busy, but keep the people waiting updated so their frustration doesn't rise. My daughter is 2 years old and I was apprehensive about bringing her to Carenow because they are not a "Pediatrician". My daughter has seen Jessie Hempstead 2x now and both times I was pleased and felt like my daughter was well taken care of. She has seen other providers there and they have all been good. I slipped on some algae-water-slime while running and lacerated my head. Decided to go to CareNow instead of a hospital ER and so glad I did. They got me right in and were so kind, explaining everything and always making sure I was feeling OK while they put 10 staples in my scalp (Ouch!) The charge for everything was $300 - a bargain for all they did for me! My re-check the following day and removal of the staples 5 days later were no-charge visits and both times I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. The nurse practitioner, Ebony, was thorough, kind, and caring and Dr. Crawford is the best! In all three visits, I felt like they knew me, cared about me, and taking care of me was their chief concern. We've only had positive experiences at this location. read more

Waited 4 hours to pay this place a $100 Co-pay for nothing more than a few questions and steroid shot, the doctor acted surprised when I told him my URI symptoms just started acting up today. I told him I just needed to treat the symptoms with a steroid shot and codeine/Tylenol cough syrup instead of loading up on over the counter crap and he acted like I was a fiend trying to get drugs since I was straight up with him and told me the cough medicine would interfere with my sleeping medicine which I've NEVER heard before and (which I'm not taking tonight anyways cause I'm loaded up on over the counter crap.) I'm just trying to get through work and put food on the table for my family Doc. Go to the Euless location, they will take care of you, worth the drive! I've met had this problem before and I get this diagnosis about once a year. I also informed them I have a 4 month old I don't want to get sick. Guess the doc didn't care. I typically don't use Urgent Care centers. I usually use my primary care physician for obvious reasons. Unfortunately that wasn't an option during the Thanksgiving holiday and I was in pain. First there was a 2 1/2 wait and they said we would get a call to come in. Showed up hour 3 to check and they said they were about to call us. We sat and waited about 30 minutes to be seen. Finally got called in and met with Dr Sandra Imes. Do not see this doctor if at all possible!!! She took 30 minutes to come in and took a minute to diagnose me without even going through any type of check up and another 30 to give me a steroid shot. I was in a great deal of pain so figured she could have spent a little more time figuring out what was wrong. My main goal was to find something for the pain so I could at least enjoy my time with family. Dr. Imes had the audacity to assume I meant narcotics. Like I went into the urgent care center the day after thanksgiving with my mother to pull a fast one on the dr to get drugs. I wanted something to numb the pain because it was prohibiting me to participate in any of the family activities I didn't even know what was wrong. I still think it's more than a strain but the doctor wouldn't know that because of the quick check up she executed. If you can avoid this location, I would. It was a waste of my money and time. Waited almost 1 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing. Will probably have to set up an appointment with my primary care physician this week. read more

Came in for a sore throat. They barely swab my throat to get it check it out. It came back negative. They gave me some medicine and sent me on my way. Few days later they called asking me how I was doing and I told them much worse than before. Told me to come back in to get check out again. I went to CareNow on the North freeway in Fort Worth today 7-13-2020 @ 8 p.m for a chronic migraine and the ladies at the front were so helpful the second I walked in they had so much compassion for me they could see I was in pain and it was an hour until close. She asked me what was wrong I told her and she told me they were at full capacity for the day and I completely understood so as I was about to tell her ok thank you she said hold on I'm going to fit you in I see your in pain & want to help. I told her thank you so much. She told me it would be a couple of minutes before they could put me in a room and I only waited 2 minutes I get in the room and wait only 5 minutes the nurse came in asked me some questions and said the Dr. Would be in shortly she was so kind as well. I waited 10 minutes and the Dr. came in she asked me to describe my pain I did and we talked and she listened to me and all I had to say she was so amazing. The second I walked in the ladies in the front were so wonderful & kind even though it was an hour to close I would've been mad but not them Thank you ladies so much & the Dr. Also thank you for taking the time to listen to me y'all rock. I'm thankful we have people like you in the front lines!! Because of y'all I feel so much better and I'm back to myself again in time for my Birthday which is tomorrow. God bless you all. read more

Always professional and thorough. It's a bit of a wait, but that's because they are so good. Use web check-in and wait at home (mostly). It can still be a little lengthy once you arrive after being called from web check-in, but the complete and compassionate care you receive is worth it. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Kelly and Veronica in the front office kept the patient check-in/check-out up to beat never missing a beat. Very nice and clean facility but I felt they did a lot of standing around talking with each other and not attending to patients. Also Dr. Imes was very rough on a bad cut. She pressed very hard pinching and spreading it and playing with it trying to decide what to do. All of the other staff and assistants were nice and gentle though. They told me to come in the next day to have it looked at again and told me there wouldn't me a charge since it was just going to be a follow up check. I verified this with 2 people and they both said the same thing. The next day, they told me it was going to be a $50 co-pay and they didn't have notes of it and that doctor was not there to ask. read more

I normally LOATH going to CareNow. Today I had to go in for a burn because my regular doc is closed on the weekend. I used web check in, and they immediately had a room for me. I only had to sign two forms. The office staff was quick and polite. The nurses and doctor were super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is highly unusual for CareNow and I wouldn't expect it to happen again. That being said, I am giving five stars because of how incredibly nice and friendly the doctor and nurses were. My first time here and it was awful!!! Never have I ever been so disrespected in my life!!! The front desk representative tabitha was so rude all she cared about was what she was going to do when she went home. Then they couldn't verify my insurance and some other rep name Shawna referred me to a place that could bill me for my visit even though I offered to pay out of pocket!! I requested a manger and she was no help! A women named Benita came and helped me. She had a attitude with me the whole time kept making faces. I'm guessing she didn't know I spoke Spanish and was saying I'm annoying them and not to check me me and how she was just ready to leave. I get being pregnant takes a toll on you but don't take it out on patients!! I requested for a upper manager to reach out to me and they said a lady name Kreisha Suniga was going to call me and she was out of the office and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything!! If you go to care now and you see these 3 horrible lady's do not talk to them and ask for someone else to speak with. The only pleasant thing about my visit was dr. Imes and the nurses. We did the online check in for our last visit and the staff calls within minutes to confirm your appointment, than calls back when they are ready for you to come in. We have always felt as we were receiving the best care possible. All the doctors and nurses are very thorough, helpful, kind, and listen to each need/concern. But, on my last visit I was seen by the P.A. Jessie. I could not have asked for a better visit.
