They sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy immediately, meaning it only took me a little over an hour to receive care and get my medication. I walked in without an appointment and was still seen almost right away. Everyone- front desk, vitals check lady, and PA Barron were patient, caring, and kind. I actually felt like they valued my opinion about my own body and symptoms rather than dismissing what I said for their expert opinion (as so many other doctors do), and left with real advice I feel confident will actually help me (as opposed to a catch all antibiotic I'm usually prescribed). He refused to look me or my wife in the eye, never introduced himself, and physically hurt me. I am bruised from where he wrapped my arm SO tightly with a band to insert my IV. The band tightness was actually more painful than my kidney stone and sepsis, the reason for my visit. I begged for relief and so did my wife. I twisted and moaned and cried in pain. He said nothing. This was completely awful, emotionally scarring, and I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine when he does not care about the patient's comfort.
