P I am sharing this review to inform potential customers about a very concerning experience involving a close relative. My relative visited this dealership after seeing advertisements stating that customers could put $1,000 down and drive away in a vehicle. Based on those representations, my relative provided the owner, Hossain, with a $1,000 down payment. The owner handed my relative the keys to the vehicle and instructed him to drive the vehicle home, stating that the remaining paperwork and additional payment could be completed later. No sales contract, financing agreement, or other ownership documents were provided at that time. After my relative had taken possession of the vehicle at the owner's direction, the owner later claimed that he had never sold the vehicle and allegedly suggested that my relative had unlawfully taken it, despite having personally accepted the $1,000 payment and voluntarily providing the keys. Based on this experience, I strongly encourage prospective customers to exercise extreme caution before conducting business with this dealership. Confirm the paperwork matches the issue you describe-these service people are not the mechanics. So room for miscommunication. Demand an updated paperwork if incorrect. --- I thought long and hard about updating this review and what kind of stars I should give it because at the end of the day they did do their job. Or correction at the end of the week they did do their job. So initially I called and had a good chat, feeling understood. I had an appointment for Friday morning & assuming they remembered our conversation, they knew I was commuting an hour as I let them know where I was coming from. It's a fiat so not a lot of fiat dealerships exist, let alone shops focusing on the fiat. I understand that. However, when I got there, they said "I gotta be honest with you. we're over capacity. It might not be done till Monday." Well I had to wait till the next Friday. So a whole week being patient and being thanked for being patient. I rather if they knew I'd have to wait so long to call and reschedule instead of having me car-less for a week. It's not like my car couldn't drive. I just wanted a general inspection, a full inspection, a "multi-point inspection." Something that should take max an hour or 2, they even said normally takes up to 2 hours. Unfortunately that (the unexpected wait) wasn't the worse of it. I felt heard so signing the paperwork, I didn't read it at first (my bad). However, I noticed on the paperwork that they wrote down that I wanted one section looked at when I clearly said "full car diagnosis". I asked about it and reminded them I want the whole car looked at. They said there and then don't worry about it. I would be given the full inspection, the report card and everything. However, midweek wait I am concerned I should worry about it. The last thing I want is for them to incorrectly look at my car, especially after waiting days for my turn. I talked to them about it over the phone and email where again I was assured not to worry about it and they would give me an updated copy via email (which they never did). When I showed up, unsurprisingly, they still only looked at the section of my car where the service guy (not the mechanic) had the balls to say oh when you said full diagnosis I thought you meant full diagnosis of this rear part. Is he really that dense or treating me differently because I am a woman? (common in the car industry *eye roll*). I was assured the full diagnosis. Multiple times and no paper update/proof despite asking for it. Yes my car was rear ended and I am most concerned about the results of that but I still wanted a general inspection which I described and asked if they did that when placing the initial appointment. There should have been zero confusion, but clearly there was whatever we have here. I even mentioned Honda's multi point inspection as an example and was so close to emailing them a copy from Honda to make sure they understood. But we are all speaking English here. So I'm thinking no need. I'm getting assured Yes yes yes. All week long including prior to the appointment. It was a big headache dealing with these people and honestly there was not one single woman employee at that service place which is now my big red flag towards them. Just generally disrespectful and hopefully simply playing dumb because I can't imagine them treating everyone that visits this I sincerely. It's very unfortunate. I was looking for a regular shop with professional people selling the Fiat & this place is not it. --- If the mechanics that work here can reach me directly, I would like to work with you directly. The bone head service people clearly proved to me they aren't worth talking to about my car. And yes I work on my cars. I can talk cars. I am an educator for a living. I can assess when people are not understanding something and teach just like I can assess pretty quickly whether a place is taking women car owners seriously or not. I wish I didn't pay anything for their services. TLDR: They have poor listening skills and customer service, they write down other things instead of what you said so check what they wrote down and have you sign before signing it!
