They gave us the "carfax" (a different car report company that gives you the same amount of juicy details), negotiated for replacing a mirror in the car I ended up picking, stayed late to assist us in our decision, and followed up with us. This location does not have the classic car collection of Gulf to Bay- definitely more modern cars, some luxury, some muscle, some SUVs. But it was within my price range, after the trade in. I told him what was goingon with the vehice, he took the time to come out, checked out the vehicle and took the time to explain that they will do an total inspection on the car. i explained to him how much i spent last time and was not looking to spoend that amount this time around. Dave called later that day to explain to me what was totally wrong. he gave me the breakdown of what everything costed and my car was ready the same day. I felt at ease when going in this time around and knowing that the service wouldn't be expensive. But the worst part was the lack of respect shown to me and my wife. He mocked my situation, treating us with extreme disrespect and lack of empathy. I have a record of everything that happened with photos, videos, and text messages. My wife and I are having many problems because of this; it is not a trustworthy store and this person is not trustworthy. I do not recommend doing business with this individual. I would very much like to say what I think, but I will not let my emotions control me. I just want to forget the terrible experience I had at that store and I deeply regret ever meeting this person. I contacted the bank to cancel the contract, and they informed us that only the seller could undo the contract. I contacted him, "Tom," to terminate the contract, and he mocked me, saying I could sue him and the store, speaking sarcastically and making fun of my situation. Not to mention that he also charged us for the towing, which is another absurdity because the car broke down when we left the store.
