I showed up just before dusk and walked the whole lot without being pressured or bothered. After I found the vehicles I was there to see I asked to test drive the one I thought was the best fit. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle like at any other lot I've been to. I had read reviews about people not being allowed to test drive vehicles at this lot, I didn't experience that. After test driving I asked for the total price out the door after taxes and tag transfer. The total was a little more than the cash I had allocated to spend. I told them and they worked with me on that. I left with a good deal on a decent car. I'm well aware the engine could blow up tomorrow. It's a used car and that's a gamble no matter where you buy. The 5 star review is for the simplicity of the process and the respectfulness of the staff.

I do not have this money, and I do not believe I should be required to pay thousands of dollars to cancel a deal on a vehicle that failed immediately and was returned the same day. I contacted the financing company and was told that only the dealership has the authority to cancel the contract. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter amicably, but I have consistently been told that cancellation will only occur if I make this payment. This situation has caused me severe stress and emotional distress. I am currently seeking psychological support due to the impact this experience has had on me. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about potential damage to my credit score -- something I worked very hard to build honestly and responsibly.
