They make the food quickly, which I appreciate. I had the chicken fried rice and it was okay--nothing amazing, but not bad either

This was the closest dining establishment that served alcohol by our gate, so we stopped by. It is pretty small and cramped, but we managed to find two seats along the window facing the planes. It was hard to fit in the area as people tend to put bags on seats, etc. Plus the walkway to the kitchen is right there so you feel like you are in the way. Food wise, I liked my salad. Could have done without the chips as I really just wanted greens, veggies, and protein. For $26, it was obviously on the smaller side, but hey, it's an airport resto. My drink was all right. Kinda weak in the liquor and spice department, but fine for sipping. My friend seemed to enjoy his food and cocktail. I wish there were more options in this area of the airport. But this will do if I want a drink. REVIEW #4023

They have all sorts of worn out seating which hey, at least you will find a chair... but the set up is just very frumpy. They have food, but it wasn't very good. At least you can make yourself a little salad or something. They have a bar which is nice, and various wines. So that's always nice. But by the time I had made it to this lounge I wasn't in the party mood... big long story but JFK is not my favorite airport. We were flying to Frankfurt business class on Condor and so the lounge experience pretty much set the tone for the first flight. Basically we were happy to have it and it's better than the normal, but you aren't going to go bragging They do have a bathroom in the lounge, so there is that.

Overall: 1 star This…read morelounge is really sad because it looks as worn down and neglected as the terminal itself, Terminal 7 at JFK. While the entrance is bright and inviting, the inside is dull and somber; the bathroom does not have proper lighting nor a container for the paper towels so it looks like one of an abandoned warehouse. The food options consisted of a salad, instant miso soup, a protein, a starch, and a cooked greens, which does hit all the food groups but is not one that I would seek to spend my time at the airport prior. The drink option was more inviting though, from fresh fruit juices to a reasonable spirit, wine, and beer selection. The space is really cramped with lots of people, which is strange because some areas are partially blocked off, and the access to this lounge is severely restrictive to block out credit card access. Therefore, this is unfortunately a lounge that is not worth it at all. Food: -1 Drinks: +1 Access: -1 Atmosphere: -1 Service: E Amenities: -1 Insta/Beli/Yelp/TikTok: @amei_eats

Dropped by for an early dinner before my flight to Rome…read more Service was tip top as usual, they really get hospitality right here, hence the extra star. As soon as I sat down at a table staff came over and asked if I'd like any drinks to start. When I mentioned cucumber seltzer they brought it out with a glass of ice right away. Their venison burger was tasty and filling with fresh tomato, lettuce, cheese, pickles and a brioche bun. The fries that came with it were the chunky kind and more wedge-like, not very crispy, though I was hungry and polished off about half of them with ketchup. Duck tostada was a nice (several) bite(s), a little muddled in flavor though ingredients were fresh and I enjoyed the crispy tortilla crunch. Of course I had to get a dark chocolate pistachio cookie to go too! To correct some misinformation from recent reviews want to mention that this lounge has limited hours for Priority Pass from 5:00am-13:30pm, however full hours are until 23:30pm for balance travelers. Most of my stops here are usually in the afternoon/early evening on weekdays, I haven't seen it very packed, with exception of maybe once or twice. Also haven't tried their breakfast menu so can't comment on that. Will say that after coming here a few years starting to notice some wear on the furniture, perhaps some could use a bit of re-upholstery. Chase and Delta lounges have newer furniture though I'd prefer not to wait in line for entry.

First of all, they close at 1:30pm daily, so very limited hours. Next, they charge extra for majority of their food and drinks. Basically, it's just a space to hang out. At least the space is open and clean, but probably because no one comes here. Since we were already here, we decided to have a snack before going to another lounge. We ordered some Pita & Hummus and Pasta Salad. The pita was stale while the salad was so bland. We couldn't even finish our food a just left. They gotta close this lounge down or revamp it because it's a disappointment compared to everything else.

Please do accompany your children, stay with them and serve them all the amazing Mac n cheese and finger food & desserts with the spatulas/tongs provided thus helping your lovely kids keep their hands clean and not get dirty from grabbing the cannolis, brownies, cookies and the jar with the M & M's. Amazing folks. m) dedicated personnel who jump to rebook and reroute you in the event of a long flight delay or cancellation. n) peace and quiet that sets the tone before that 14 hour hop to Tokyo or the sept heures to Paris. Best place to eat in an airport!…read more We had a lot of time before our flight and this place was right next to our gate. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. It's classy and upscale. Lots of crown moulding and beautiful wood trimming. The menu is very big! It's great to have options when dining in the airport! We were sat pretty quickly considering there was a line waiting to ask for a seat. We were sat right next to the kitchen which I wasn't too crazy about but I don't think my husband even noticed. He ordered the seared tuna for an entree and the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. I ordered the salmon for lunch. My husband LOVED his tuna! It was perfect. I really liked my salmon too. It was a delicious, healthy choice. Set on a bed of wilted spinach and came with a lemon wedge, it was very tasty. We each had a glass of wine as well. Our bill was a little over $200 after tip, so it can be a bit pricey but we would definitely go here again. The only issue I had was that after finishing my wine you could see that it was dirty. It still had red wine stains in it. I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know the glasses just go into a dishwasher; but as an upscale restaurant you have to check the glasses! You cannot give your customers glasses with lipstick stains on them or a glass that looks dirty in any other way. The dishwasher doesn't always do the best job.

I cannot say the same for another bartender with red hair and a bun who was super rude, and ignored me and all other customers many times. Instead of trying to do any work she was constantly chatting with another coworker. I know there's a labor shortage but i just felt it was so unfair that one woman was working so hard while two others did nothing! Also the food and drinks in this place are not even close to being worth $19-$20 for cocktails and $65 for steaks.
