Although my Cortado cost a little more than my last visit, I think it was $4.60 this go around, the quality and consistency remain the same. The service is still top notch. By then, I lost all desire for the drink, left it on their counter and realized the $5 plus I left there wasn't worth having to deal with this mentally unstable woman. Just horrible. The "barista" offered to fix it so I gave her my drink. This is the part that ticked me off... The straw which I had put my mouth on, she removed it when her hand and kept it on the coffee machine. That same straw, she picked it up- after attempting to fix my drink- and was about to place it back into my drink. I told her that I am suppose to be getting a new straw. Got my new straw and took another sip. It was crap again. At this point, I just wanted to get out. Got out, and tossed the drink. A lot of changes need to happen here before I come back.
