Carlos came to fix a circuit that had tripped due to a frayed wire on an outlet. While he was able to fix the circuit, my biggest issue was he continually refused to wear a mask in the house (after I asked three times and explained we take care of older folks) and left one of the outlets he worked on in bad shape. I know masks can be a pain, but when a customer asks for you to wear a mask inside their house, it should be common courtesy to do so... and leave the outlets in the same/better condition you found them. read more

Carlos was recommended to me by a local competitor who was scheduling 2 months out. (Recommended by a competitor - 1st star) I explained over the phone that I had a non-functioning electrical outlet in my back yard that used to power my sprinkler timer box. This particular outlet did not have a reset button. Carlos explained to me over the phone to check other outlets that may be on the same circuit and try resetting them. I have used him for all kinds of stuff, reccommended him to friends, and has done extremely well. His service charges are reasonable, and he knows what he is doing, and does the job every time, beyond all expectations. Turns out he is also a licensed contractor, he can do more than just electrical, wow, who knew! It is amazing, he can do anything. I am sure he would like more business, however, if he gets too busy, he may not have time for us. The guy is a gem, and I am so glad we found him. He is at the top of my list from now on. I live in Northern California and was recently in Torrance at my in laws and needed the help of an electrician so I went on Yelp to help find one on short notice.
