Looks to be a part time shop at best. Took my wheels to get them coated and wasn't very impressed. Will have to take these back.

If I decided to do the work they'll apply towards the work and if I don't, it cost me $53. I'm not happy about that. I'm not trying to waste their time but that's a lot of money. give them a chance word on the street is they do very good work.

Owner tried covering it up and lied. Insurance company investigated and totaled out 2026 gmc 3500 Denali ultimate. It's over $100,000 truck so you can imagine how much damage was caused for that to happen. Every person who saw the truck repairs while waiting for insurance company, has never seen such terrible work but everyone guessed the name of the shop without being told. Apparently it's common knowledge but i am unsure or I would not have brought it to such an incapable facility. And I found out he's not even gmc certified. Extremely unhappy and owner was considered a s a friend. If this is how a friend is treated, imagine how strangers would be. If anyone has had repair done here, go to a certified dealer and have them inspect the repairs. DMV can do it also. They came and saw my truck. Hopefully this gets stopped before someone gets hurt over unsafe repairs. I've talked to former employees and "smoke and mirrors" is motto. Cuts a lot of corners and doesn't hesitate to cob repairs. That's why they are former employees. But secrets always get out. I have paperwork, pics, other repair shop estimates to repair and reports from insurance company stated how unsafe and bad this is. I'm not bad mouthing. This is all factual. Any questions, I'll send them to you.

I visited this shop twice regarding the installation of seat heaters in my 2013 Toyota Tacoma,…read morewhich came with cloth seats. The woman at the counter had an understanding of what I wanted done and confirmed where I wanted switches located in the console. She also communicated that the kit for the seat heaters would need to be ordered, which would take a day or two (faster than I was available to get back), so she scheduled my appointment when I wanted. When I returned to have the installation, the technician again confirmed where I wanted the switches and gave me a time completion estimate (4-5 hours). My vehicle was ready on time, and the seat heaters work great. The seat covers looked like they hadn't been touched, so I was pleased that everything went back together. I may return for some other minor tweaks to my otherwise OEM truck.

Talked to Mike for about a month before making my decisions. He was very pleasant to talk to and made some reccomendation for my intent on the Truck. Didn't want to go too high with the lift on my Truck so he recommend the Proryde. Also Wanted some Chrome Rims to compliment the chrome that was on the truck alread, he recommend the FUEL Chrome Rims (PVD Coating) due to the winters here in NY. Then I wanted some tires to complete the look, nothing crazy as this truck is my daily driver and I didnt want to hear the hum of the tires. Mike recommended the Nitto Terra Grapplers. Well if you cant tell by the rating I am very well pleased with everything. I WOULD NOT HESITATE to RECOMMEND these guys. SFC Reaid U.S. Army
