They were also very open to lowering the price of the truck I was getting. If you do plan to get a vehicle from this dealership, go in with your research done on the vehicle(s) you are interested in getting (what the vehicle is valued on the market and what they are asking) by viewing their website and researching the reliability or features of it's make, model and year. Push the conversation about financing for the vehicle back until you can agree on an overall price. Also, if you have questions about anything you are uncertain of or something is unclear, ask the question! At the end of the day, nobody is going to force you to sign or make you spend money; if you don't like the price, walk away. In terms of financing, if you don't like the interest rate on the loan they offer, walk away and get a quote from your trusted bank or credit union. With said advice in mind, I am confident you can make a good deal with these folks. I worked with Dan "the man" Melucci, he was, again, very earnest in fixing any problems with my trade-in and answered or got back to me on any questions I had.
