Well, I certainly did not expect Commerce City of all places have a pretty good Carl's Jr., or a pretty good anything, honestly. Nothing special about our experience, super clean, music was not too loud, and the ladies behind the counter were super friendly and even gave me a warning that my food was fresh out of the fryer, so it was definitely piping hot. First time stoping here and last. This young lady Jaqueline M was a very rude person. She proceeded to take my order in a regular manner. BUT, when it came to what it seem to be a Chinese/Filipino ethnicity customer whom did not speak English in a fluent manner... she was very OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE towards him. People like Jacqueline don't understand and aren't aware that not everyone grew up or was taught ENGLISH as their first language. It seemed like he was trying to order a burger but had a hard time asking for pricing. She was asking him repeatedly 1,2, or 3 each time it was louder and louder. Making him feel nervous. (He was even dripping sweat of the humility and nervousness that girl was making him feel) A unwanted customer hoped in trying to be smart as well towards the customer and he repeated the same thing. It was very disrespectful of her. She needs to be talked to. Or even try going back to school to get educated. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB... QUIT! Called in advance to make sure they had the one piece promotional cup. The woman who answered was nice and helpful (and actually answered in comparison to the other Carl's Jr. in the area). Once there the staff continued to be nice and efficient. My order came out pretty fast too. The food was good nothing special as expected from a fast food burger spot. However, I do want to mention that their cinnamon roll was better than average. Definitely coming back to this Carl's Jr. if I'm ever craving it again. read more

Hours are post at 6 AM to 11 PM. Went through or tried to use drive-through at 9:50 PM, automated system says they're closed.

The burger and onion rings were fine but the apple pies had very little filling in them. Not worth the money.

Worst carls location I've been to, please go elsewhere. Employees were nice, but the food was exceptionally bad. They had us pull around because they said it would take time for the burgers to cook, but they came out and gave us our food less than a minute later. Oh man, they switched up the meat. We used to love their low carb burgers. That is until today. Gag! Now they tasted like firm, processed rubbery globs. Yuck. I was so hungry too. They say the are open till 11pm but I have pulled up to the drive thru at 10:45 ready to order and have waited for 10 mins before someone comes on the speaker and says we are closed. This has happened 2 times in a week. If you are going to advertise that you are open till 11pm than stay open till then. The costumer service or lack of it is ridiculous. If your night crew can't get off their ass to do their job till 11pm than fire them hey people who can. If this can't be done then perhaps shit the store down because this is freaking ridiculous. read more

I have been coming here pretty often lately as they serve a veggie patty that tastes just like a real burger. It's amazing I love it , but tonight I came by 15 mins before they should be closed and they told me "I'm sorry THEY had us close early tonight" so they proceeded to tell 3 more cars while I am writing this review. I an curious , who are THEY? Why are THEY closing earlier then your POSTED business hours ? I'm very upset , if you want to close at 1030 that's fine then post it , I have now come out of my way to eat your food and for nothing. Is getting home 20 mins earlier worth losing late night business? They're never open when they're supposed to be early in the morning at 6am. I've stopped several times after 6am during the week and the lights will be off and no one answers the drive thru speaker. This morning was no exception, so I pulled to the window about 6:10am and the manager was inside laughing and talking with another employee. read more

Slow service. Wasted my whole lunch in line. No one helped me. I returned to work Hungary.

This place was absolutely awful from start to finish. We walked in and we had a very simple order, all we wanted was the five dollar box, and an additional medium drink. The cashier acted like we just gave her a calculus problem. She could just not comprehend our order for whatever reason, she had to get a manager involved twice to take off and add items. And even then the manager had no idea what she was doing. And the whole time this was happening the cashier was rolling her eyes and having an awful attitude, like it was our fault that she didn't know how to bring up an order. When we finally got through the rocket science of our order, we went to go sit down with her food. Not even two bites into my sandwich and I pull out a blond hair from the back of my throat. I was repulsed I almost threw up. I went up to the front desk and have them refund me my full order. The manager seemed like she did not really care, she just gave me my money and wanted me to leave. Also it seemed there was a higher type of manager there, a shorter, bald, older guy in a suit, walked from the back of the kitchen and was sitting with his laptop at the table witnessing the whole thing. Not one time did he come up and say anything to me or my husband, or even the manager for that fact. So needless to say I will not be returning to this Carl's junior, it is unfortunate because I actually enjoy their food 90% of the time. But this experience was so exhausting and disgusting that there is no way I will be spending even one more cent in that facility. read more

I went to order a double cheese burger and the young lady at the register made it sound like I couldn't order it without the Thousand Island - and she started pushing the other double burgers. It made me wonder if there was a contest to see who could sell the most Super Cheese Burgers - - which is twice as much. Then she tried to charge me for the full meal, when I said I only wanted the burger (no fries, no drink). I ordered without mayo and asked for mustard & ketchup instead - and that's when another customer came up to have them re-make HIS burger - they seem to get the orders wrong there. There was another guy later at the window complaining to the Mgr - - I'm not sure that crew knows how to make burgers and fries. This was at lunch - 6/17 - I hope the management sees this and talks to it's workers about getting it right for the customers. Buyer Beware ! ! read more
