This is the nicest and cleaning Carl's Jr I've been to so far (I know its a fast food place). I'm from California so that's my only point of reference. The cashier was SUPER friendly and offered a fry sauce with our order -- which seems to be a staple of SLC/Utah. I think her name was Jacky/Jacqueline (not 100% sure) but had the friendliest interaction amd contagious smile. We're always satisfied with Carl's Jr burgers when we're craving something hefty so all around a great experience! read more

Never order online with the app from Carls Jr. I placed an order that included 3 shakes and paid for it. When arriving the ice cream machine was broken and they could not give me the shakes and would not refund my money. They gave me a corporate phone number and email to try for the refund. The corporate online number would not respond and give me a refund either. So if you do not want to be ripped off, never order online with the app. read more

Took forever for my son's food to be ready (we did drive thru) so I went in to check and saw the staff using her bare hands to put the chicken tenders in the box. No gloves. No tongs or fork or anything. This is food my son was going to eat. then asked the other staff member if this is how they normally handle the food and she told me nobody used their bare hands. I SAW IT. She did it for all the 5 pieces. Picked them up one by one. Please work on your sanitation and hygiene. And do not lie about it. read more

If you like hard, cold fries and flavorless burgers made from dry stale buns, crunchy over cooked patties, limp brown lettuce and ridiculous amounts of ketchup and mayonnaise that squirt out the sides of the burger with every bite, then Carl's Junior is the dump for you! Seriously this was THE WORST cheeseburger I have ever eaten. You can tell that the employees take no pride in their work or the product they put out. I wish I'd gone to In 'n Out or Five Guys. So I went there yesterday and walked into the dining room, after standing there for almost 5 minutes someone finally told me the dining room was still closed even though the door was opened and there was no signs on the door. Ok fine but put a sign on the door. Here is the real reason for this post. What I observed was the nastiest dirty dining room and front counter as well as behind the counter where your food is being prepared. Man, I've always been a fan of carl's jr. Not sure how the standards fell so low on this one, but if they can cut any shortcut and skimp you anything- they will. Don't bother asking for extra pickles or no onion or anything like that. Don't bother because they don't care. You could say you're allergic to tomatoes and they'd give you 5 on a sandwich. They don't remember any sauce, they mix up the sodas or simply scorch your food. It's really sad, I won't be eating here again. I'd rather put my Nike slides on the grill and char them, and top them with a sesame bun and have the same experience. read more

This Carl's Jr. has been at this location for a long time. The building looks pretty average. The inside is clean, not anything impressive. It's usually empty. The bathroom is pretty dirty though. There were flies and paper towels outside of the garbage bin. The burgers were average. They didn't forget anything in my burger or anything in my order. The food was fine. It was just fast food. We have been through the drive-thru and have dined in, but the workers there were fine. They took our orders and served us our food. The manager, however, is a different story. When we went through the drive-thru, Ray ordered an extra order of Chicken Fingers last minute and was asked to pull around to the front. We were pulling to the front, but the manager yelled something at us about how there is no second drive-thru. It wouldn't have been rude if he hadn't said it in a way that made it sound like we were stupid. He went inside and so did Ray to retrieve his Chicken Fingers, and once the manager went inside he started yelling at the workers. Ray said he felt very awkward and couldn't wait to get out of there. The only reason I go here occasionally is because this is the closest Carl's Jr. location to me, but out of all of the fast food options, I would not recommend this Carl's Jr. I haven't had any problems with the food, but some of the people there are not the greatest. read more

I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Large Lemonade and a large Water. The lady told us there were would an extra charge for the water. I figured it would be about 25 cents or so for the cup. We asked how much the extra charge would be and she said 2 something. I wanted to make sure she knew I wanted tap water, not a Dasani or something like that. She wanted to charge me over $2 for Tap Water. That just disgusted me so we did not bother getting the lemonade we would have ordered either. When we were at the Trader Joes nearby I was telling the cashier about the $2 fee and he let me know that that specific Carls Jr has the WORST customer service and he will never go there anymore with what he has been through with them. It is sad when the workers from the local places near by will not go to Carls because of the terrible customer service. read more

I've never liked Carl's Jr. But my grandpa's addicted to it and asks me to pick up lunch for him once or twice a week. My kids like the occasiinal kids meal--mostly for the Poptropica toys. And they do have fry sauce. read more

Didn't want to make breakfast this morning. I decided to come here knowing that they have a breakfast sandwich special. $4 for two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. When I got to the drive through, the person taking orders asked if I like to try the breakfast burger. I got the burger and enjoyed it. What type of burger place forgets to give you the burger. Carl's Jr does. Thanks for the veggie sandwich Carl! I ordered a turkey burger - that day I wanted a little leaner meat - so I understand it takes a minute to cook. Not exactly fast food but understandable and I knew it was cooking and in the works. Then the line in drive thru began piling up behind me - maybe 5 minutes and 3 cars. Then they delivered my sandwich with a smile. I was so hungry so I was so happy. I get back to my office. I take a bite - I taste bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion... they forgot the burger. It was all vegetables wedged between two buns. When I took it back they could have cared less. The guy in front got on the microphone sends a message to the lady in the drive through. "I told you to wait before you gave this order". He did tell me sorry, it wasn't super genuine and there was no resolve to what happened or offer for anything but atleast he said the words - so he earned 1 star from zero star review for just being polite. I was actually pretty hungry now but after looking inside its just drab, empty, and not clean. I opted for my best health option and just got my money back and enjoyed my starving man diet. Every time I go here I say I'll never go back. It's dirty, staff needs some love from leadership on customer service, and they really just never get an order right. I just want my experience to be like your commercials...instead I left feeling like a starving vegan. :( read more

I was watching an employee make a breakfast sandwich while I was waiting for my order. I watched the top biscuit slide off and roll onto the floor. I literally watched the employee pick up the biscuit off the floor, put it back on the breakfast sandwich, wrap it up and it was given to a customer. Shanae (not sure how to spell her name, she was very rude when I asked her what it is when we got to the drive up window) was working the drive-up at this location Friday October 7th at 6:17pm. Was extremely rude while we were ordering over the speaker and acted as though we were taking up way too much of her time because we ordered for 3 people so we needed a few items. Then when she read back the order she was very snippy and arrogant when my son asked her if she got his chicken tenders she got very pissed off and acted completely put out that she had to respond with a "yes".. come on.. if you don't like your job then quit but don't treat your customers like a piece of crap because they are taking up too much of your time. Your job is to take customer orders and process them, why would it make you that angry when a customer is placing an order? Then to top it off, we just got home and two out of three of our burgers were not what we ordered. Next time we might second guess coming here... never had issues in the past but one bad experience can ruin your entire outlook of a place. read more
