( update- they only make the when-fresh-delicious iced tea once a day in the am-meaning it's going bad by late afternoon and they don't care. But weekdays are probably safe all day because of how much drive-through traffic they get on weekdays- came back on a slow Saturday afternoon to tea going/gone bad. Saul was amazingly helpful and the ladies cooking nailed it. Still in the area so came back 4-5 hours later to see if they'd made new tea by then: nope, and?. Got an unfortunate experience with a fellow who said roughly 'we only make it in the morning and ( emphatically) it's always fresh - no one else complains- only you ' at which point I thanked him and departed with the 2/3 cup of bad tea from earlier in the day. This Carl's now on a time-out but only because of the bad attitude guy this evening- everyone else is golden) . I do worry about my beloved Carls though. Under CKE's foolish watch? Cancelled Green Burrito, cancelled Beyond Famous Star, went from corporate guidelines of new tea roughly every 6 hours to I'm told 8, and many just making once in the am a zero regard for quality. Fast food lives and dies on consistency (re: the iced tea) and with in n out putting up locations right next to Carl's ( pressuring 2 Laguna Niguel Carl's under with that riff, trying for a 3rd in San Juan And CKE knee-caps Carl's ace over In n out in the form of the former Vegetarian/Vegan ( if you got a lettuce wrap instead of bread) Beyond Famous Star Right when in n out was moving in for the kill? Kind of seems like there's a traitor in the house ( working for in n out) at CKE corporate office What's next an in n out on the being-remodeled Dana point pier, while the miles at CKE taps his or her finger steeple like Mr Burns? 'Excellent' Now? No quality control on locations to keep from serving unsweetened Iced Tea that's gone bad Instead of 1. Having made fresh unsweetened iced teas after 8 hours out of a commitment to quality? Or 2. Making it at the customer's request when it's turned bad and instead? 3Some guy behind the counter going after me like I was the problem? I'll be sure to use up my Carl's rewards and brace myself for the unfortunate inevitable. And file my fond memories of Carl's with those of Farrell's ice cream and for that matter the founding fathers' America, under 'bittersweet memories' And speaking of 'rewards'? I had 15.000 points in Carl's Super Star Rewards app the closed and abandoned without warning 2,599 in the 2nd rewards points system 1000 which I'll be clearing out in this the 3rd rewards system Getting a bad taste in my mouth. Might just be from the remains of a $4 bad iced tea

    $50 for fast food. Insane!

$50 for fast food. Are you serious? Expensive burgers and fried food. I ordered chicken stars and they gave us chicken strips. Son still ate them. Food was okay. Not worth $50.

Finally made it to Station Craft. We have been eyeing this place for years but it always seems…read morepacked, so we just drive past. Today, on a Saturday at 12-ish, as a family of 4 we were able to get seated right away. Our server was attentive and offered/brought waters right away. We were seated inside which was open and spacious but loud enough to make it family friendly. The tables were far enough a part that you did not feel like you were on top of each other. Next time, we might ask to sit outside so our young boys can watch the cars drive by. We learned that the kitchen is nut free (always double check as this could change), which was amazing since our son has a severe nut allergy. He was so excited to learn this as he can be limited at other places due to cross contamination or the wrong oils. Then when the food came out and it was delicious - it sealed the deal. It is now in the top of our list of places to go. The kids cheeseburger is good size and not a smaller version as some places do. The chicken tenders were panko crusted which was so crunchy. My husband and I shared the smoked carrot and chicken tacos and we enjoyed them both. The beer was also very good with my husband and I each trying a different kind - an IPA and a Pale Ale. We are so glad we finally stopped in and so should you!

After a beach day, I was craving wings and came across Station Craft on yelp. Glad I tried it out…read more As others have mentioned, parking is limited. My server was super sweet, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was very chill. I got the smoked wings and a side caesar salad for balance. The wings were pretty good. I'm more of a dry rub person, so I enjoyed the wings especially dipped in blue cheese! The caesar was ok. The croutons were good, but it was too much cheese for me. I'd come back again to try their other food.

Wonderful place post hiking. It's casual and has great quality food and service!…read more Our waitress was so kind! I wish I got her name for this post. Thanks for taking care of us! And hats off to the chef.

I'd give it 3.5 stars, maybe on a different night it would have rounded up. Service was pretty…read moresparse so I rounded down. Every time a server came over we had to flag someone down. We sat for probably 10 minutes before anyone greeted us, it was 3:30pm so it wasn't very busy, maybe 3-4 other tables. Every time someone came after that we had to wave someone down for water refills, never asked anyone if we wanted more drinks from the bar, nothing. Had my father in law asked for more ice tea and they never even started a new pitcher in 15 minutes. It was not busy. The place had a to of gluten free options which is a reason I wanted to try it. My server had no idea what gluten was. For a place that had half the menu marked as gluten free I was really surprised she really had no knowledge of the menu, but she was nice enough to go ask some questions when i pressed a bit that I wasn't vegan, and it was like an allergy. The food was good, portions were large enough and everything was pretty good as far as the food. Not sure why the service was so incredibly patchy and absent when we ate at 3:30 and the place was 2/3 empty. It was pretty good, I may try again but for the price point I think the service can be a little better. Nice...but slow. Definitely need more training on the menu! Mid. Not bad. Not great.
