Finally made it to Station Craft. We have been eyeing this place for years but it always seems packed, so we just drive past. Today, on a Saturday at 12-ish, as a family of 4 we were able to get seated right away. Our server was attentive and offered/brought waters right away. We were seated inside which was open and spacious but loud enough to make it family friendly. The tables were far enough a part that you did not feel like you were on top of each other. Next time, we might ask to sit outside so our young boys can watch the cars drive by. We learned that the kitchen is nut free (always double check as this could change), which was amazing since our son has a severe nut allergy. He was so excited to learn this as he can be limited at other places due to cross contamination or the wrong oils. Then when the food came out and it was delicious - it sealed the deal. It is now in the top of our list of places to go. The kids cheeseburger is good size and not a smaller version as some places do. The chicken tenders were panko crusted which was so crunchy. My husband and I shared the smoked carrot and chicken tacos and we enjoyed them both. The beer was also very good with my husband and I each trying a different kind - an IPA and a Pale Ale. Station Craft is so wholly inoffensive from top to bottom - decor, layout, food selection, beer selection, everything. Nothing particularly terrible and nothing notable either. Which is why it's getting 3 stars from me. The food is fine. It didn't make me sick, and I could eat it. That's about all I can say. The service did what it was supposed to but neither warm nor necessarily speedy. If I were a local, this would be a safe place to bring friends. After a beach day, I was craving wings and came across Station Craft on yelp. Glad I tried it out. As others have mentioned, parking is limited. My server was super sweet, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was very chill. I got the smoked wings and a side caesar salad for balance. The wings were pretty good. I absolutely hate what they did with the happy hour menu. They not only raised prices by 25% but they also cut the portion size, quality of ingredients, and food selection by 25% as well. I just paid $50 for a meal that would have cost $35 a few months ago. The place was far more empty than when I last went and I now know why. Won't be coming back any time soon. Ok, first time at this awesome brewery! And let me tell you it was incredible. The service was top notch and our server, Jared was exceptional! I first ordered an IPA that was their House Beer and it was excellent. Then I went to the Daou Chardonnay which stole the show! For food I ordered the Brisket French Dip Sliders with Truffle Parmesan Fries and I couldn't finish it all. Besides that, it was delicious! This is a must visit restaurant. There is plenty of seating both outside and inside, and both areas have TVs so you can catch the latest games no matter where you sit. The service was excellent. Our server took the time to walk us through the beer menu and made great recommendations based on what we like. Even though they are a brewery, it was nice to see that they also offer cocktails. I had a flight and honestly enjoyed every beer we tried. We also ordered the Scotch egg, and it was delicious. I arrived with a party of 8 for lunch and we were quickly seated. This place is clean and spacious with good drinks, but unfortunately we had a disappointing experience. The food here is expensive and subpar, not worth the price for what you're getting. We ordered the brussels sprouts and crispy cauliflower for the table to share. The brussels sprouts were mushy and oily, and the cauliflower had an overly smoky flavor that I didn't care for much. For my entree, I ordered the caesar salad and added chicken for an additional charge, but the chicken was dry, fatty, and had this off-putting soggy skin attached to it. My sister had the chicken sliders which were also very dry and not very flavorful. There was also a gratuity charge due to the size of our party which I totally understand, but the service wasn't great. Our server checked on us one time in the time that we were there. She was friendly though. Brewery food isn't always the best out there, but it is disappointing to receive something that doesn't taste very good for a high price. I decided to try this restaurant tonight because every time I drive by I see a very large TV inside and since tonight was the opening game of the 2025 NFL season my friend and I decided to have dinner here. When we arrived, the restaurant was about 25% full but within the first quarter of the game, the restaurant was packed! If you're coming for dinner a reservation would be good and you should know that parking is very limited so plan for extra parking time. The interiors are very open and comfortable, especially their dining chairs! I love how light and bright it is in here giving the perfect SoCal experience of indoor/outdoor dining. It definitely seems like a very fun gathering place for locals and visitors alike... and I love that they have the big brewing barrels in plain sight! However, because of all the hard surfaces, it is a very loud restaurant when it's full! Because we got here so early tonight we were seated right away and our server came over quickly to get our drink order. As for the food, I would say it's elevated bar food with some very tasty sounding dishes like Sesame Salmon w/ Toasted Farro that I will definitely be back to try! I also like some of the fun appetizers like the giant Bavarian Pretzel, Fried Pickles and Crispy Cauliflower. Tonight I tried the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Mac and Cheese as my side dish which was good, but for me the sandwich was a little too wet with both coleslaw and dressing on it. My craft cocktail... the Wave Rider, is one of my absolute favorites! It is one of the most delicious drink I have ever had. So for sure I shall return even if only for a cocktail! One thing that I would love to see this restaurant add is the pizzas that they have at their San Clemente location. For me, the San Clemente location has the best pizza ever!! if you're interested in trying the San Clemente location please note that it is a very small restaurant with some patio seating and limited menu. However, they have a fair amount of parking! The beer is refreshing and delicious. I had different kinds of beer. I tried their Californios, which is a Mexican lager. It is a 5% ABV. So it is smooth and crisp. I also had the fog hammer. I came to Station Craft for the first time in hopes of catching the Pacers game and getting some dessert and they did not disappoint. I was extremely impressed by how large this place is. They have a huge indoor space with so many TVs, including a HUGE on toward the back. They also have a great patio with TVs as well. It was seriously the perfect spot to catch a game. I really liked seeing that in addition to their house brewed beers, they also offer cocktails and mocktails! While their dessert menu only offers 3 items, I am seriously craving the cheesecake right now as I type this. It was melt in your mouth deliciousness! It said 'chefs choice of topping' and the chef did an A+ job. I'm not sure if it was caramel or butterscotch, but it was also paired with pistachio and I can't even begin to explain how the flavors worked together so well. I stumbled upon Station Craft in Dana Point a few years ago while heading to the Ohana Festival with a friend -- and what a find! I had been eying this place for awhile and finally stopped by for some wings. When you enter, there's a small counter in front where you order food and then a bar counter off to the right.
