First of all, I want to say that the Western Bacon Cheeseburger is one of my all time fast food burgers. The all beef patty with a sesame bun complimented with cheese, bacon and onion rings; this is best pairing. The barbecue sauce tops it all off with the best combination of sweet and zesty. I've never been sure of this, but this bbq sauce is not the same thing they give you for your nuggets. Anyway, I got my WBC the other day and it was just as fantastic as the first time I tried it. Nothing has changed about this burger, but as far as the overall Carls chain, it's a bit overpriced nowadays. Drive through order. The order taker seem to have difficulty hearing through the com system. Order of western bacon chicken sandwich was burning hot. Asked to not overcook the patty, but still fried longer than necessary. The chicken sandwich was heavily promoted, but it's a HUGE flop! It was one of the worst I've had. We wanted to get some food after a night out at like 3am and when McDonald was closed we went to Carl's Jr, and that was the best experience we've ever had at a fast food restaurant drive thru the man working the window was so nice and sweet. I think this location will go out of business soon. The employees and owner cannot be more stingy. From never willing to give you ranch to my most recent order of fried zucchinis (see image). I don't know why there are so many negative reviews because my (drive-thru) experience was phenomenal! My sister and I had an order of fried zucchini and an order of jalapeño popper bites to share. When I paid the gentleman at the window, he asked if I had any coupons to use, sadly I didn't and my total was $12 something, he gave me my change and said "I added a coupon for you" and gave me a coupon to use for a future visit! My total ended up being $7 and some change. Talk about customer service! It was a pleasant surprise and thoughtful of him to do that for us. Wooow, impressed with this Carl's Jr at 2:30 in the morning. McDonald's was closed and went across the street to Carl's. Kevin, who took our order and gave it to us at the window was Surperb! Very professional, very welcoming and a great happy attitude. Everyone in the car was impressed. It made out early morning. We had to compliment him on his surprising attitude. Never had such good service or efficiency from here until Kevin! Been here during the day and the girls are all so bored and not friendly or inviting. I have frequented this Carl's Jr. for years now. They used to be really on top of it all, and to a small extent, they still are. I've never once had an issue with the quality of the food. The problem is that it seems their cooks are not properly instructed on how to put their burgers together. I've had several instances where they forget to put something like onions or even lettuce on the burger. Now, something like that is definitely on the minor side of things, and if that's the extent of the problems, I won't complain . They are human, after all. However, they do still need to make sure they're putting everything on the burger that it's supposed to have and limiting the mistakes. This location also has run out of crisscut fries on a few occasions so now I usually ask if they have them before I place an order for them. The staff in general are all very nice and were very apologetic when they gave me the wrong order one time. This is a decent Carl's location. Just make sure to check your burger/sandwich to make sure they put everything on it before you head out with your food. read more

It was Friday night so I thought I grab a quick bite at Carls. They usually have good deals at this location, however their burger specials are now $4.50 per burger. I got 4 Famous and 2 Western. I went through the drive through and the wait was so long they asked me to park. When I got the order I noticed one burger was smaller so I gave it to my youngest daughter. When I got home I noticed her burger was missing the meat patty for the famous star! Unacceptable, to miss that on your burger making process. My boyfriend and I were having a rough day with car trouble so while waiting for our car to get fixed we went in to sit and eat at Carl's Jr. as it was the closest thing nearby. After reading all these reviews I can hardly believe this is going on. I live in the area and this is my Carls Jr as it is right up the street. We frequent this location often and not once have I experienced anything remotely similar to these horror stories. If I did have a mistake they corrected it quickly and without hesitation. All the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful every single time we have ordered. There have been the occasional OUT signs but you can hardly blame that on the teammates, thats an ordering issue from management. The food never disappoints always grade A. I would hope more people that frequent this location put their positive experiences out here (if there are any) as I love my local Carls Jr read more

If this is the case why is the drive thru 24 hour sign on, the employees are clearly still there and online it states that they're open 24 hours. Not really much I can complain about. The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast, and I love that Carl's Jr. has the beyond patty. It's really great, and since my family and I don't eat meat anymore it definitely fills our burger cravings. The burgers are huge too so it makes up for the price you pay for the beyond burger.
