I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through, which is absolutely ridiculous. I get up to the window. The girl is running the front cashiers as long as the drive-through as well at 12 o'clock on lunchtime if this is how they're gonna represent their company and save money then this is ridiculous. Their prices are expensive. The food is not that great. I ordered a Santa Fe chicken sandwich and I hadn't had it in years. They put it on regular toasted bread, which is horrible and soggy along with the chicken being spongy. I definitely will not be back. read more

I don't know if she is the manager, but the woman who is always there (morning, noon, and night) with her hair pulled back has to be one of the hardest workers I have ever met. If I ran any sort of business the first thing I'd do is go to Carls Jr. in NP and try to persuade her to work for me instead. She is seriously running that place and most of the time it seems she is by herself. The food is always hot, the orders are always correct, and she is always friendly---even when the line is out to the parking lot because it's the only place with electricity in our area. Today I added on one extra burger on a separate order. I did not get it! I come here all the time for the breakfast burritos and have had nothing but a great experience. The loaded burrito is my favorite. It has a ton of flavor with the fresh pico. The cashiers Mary and Graciela are super nice and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Not too sure why people leave negative reviews as I have yet to have one. It's sad what this location has come to. It used to be the best and we went everyday many years ago. RE: today's disappointment : Started at the drive-through. I made my full order, including 2 normal spicy chicken sandwiches, and 1 additional lettuce wrapped spicy chicken. I specified this with the lady 3 times for comprehension. Throughout the order she kept interrupting me and asking if "that would complete my order" like she was in a rush, even though nobody was in line aside from our car. We paid at the window and were asked to park out front and wait for our order (which they ask every time now). The lady brought us our order outside when it was ready and we noticed 1 of the normal spicy chicken sandwiches was missing... and there was no receipt in the bag either for us to check the order. The kids were already getting antsy in the car from waiting but I went inside anyway to tell the staff about the missing burger. I paid for the new burger and waited at the cash register. While I was waiting, there was another gentleman there that got a deluxe chicken burger (in a box) and asked for ranch. They told him he can't have ranch and they're out. We were both looking at the ranch behind her in plain eyesight.. He asked if he could pay for it and she said no he can't because they are now "running low." She eventually gave up and went to grab him 1 ranch pack. We could clearly see there were a ton left. The gentleman asked what he would have to order to get ranch, and she said zucchini, not chicken. Anyway.. as I am still waiting for my sandwich to be made, something else happens. I think it was the manager, because she is the only one who seemed to care about the business - she got upset with "Orlando" for using the lettuce he was using for all the food. There was something wrong with it, and she showed him, and tossed it all in the trash in front of him. She then grabbed a new clean bag of lettuce to refill it. As I watched Orlando make my sandwich I noticed he was straight up using 1 BARE hand and 1 GLOVED hand. What is the point of this?! I immediately got disgusted. He noticed I saw and started trying to hide the bare hand from me. The manager gave me my order and I asked shouldn't Orlando be wearing gloves on both hands when making the food? to which she told me Yes he should. I told her what I saw and she went to the back and got upset with him. I had no time to deal with this any longer as the order that was waiting in the car was surely cold by now, and we sure as heck are not eating any of this dirty order. They watched as I left and made no attempt to repair the situation. $30 absolutely wasted with food going straight to the trash. The worst part is dealing with hangry kids after it. read more

But BEWARE - they try to confuse you into an upsell by making it sound like their only options for a combo are medium or large. I went through the drive-thru to order a bfast burrito & asked the order taker, who I think may've been the manager, if they have a combo for it. She said "Yes, do you want a medium or a large?" Well maybe it should've been a no-brainer that the next thing out of my mouth should've been to ask if they have a small or regular. But the way she said it was as if their only options were a medium or a large so I said medium, thinking I was getting the smallest one. Then when she told me my total I noticed it was higher than noted on the order board so @ the window I nicely asked her to explain the price & why it wasn't $8.79. Water in dining room, kitchen, coming down from ceiling. Manager was more concerned about drive thru! Finally had someone take our order, never came to check on wife, no apology. Called district manager's number listed on receipt twice, no call back. E mailed corp. office, no response. Happened 7/14, today is 7/25.
