It's great place to eat although the price are kinda expensive but If you got the money go for it!!!!

PROS: 1) Easy access on and off I-5 freeway 2) Stretch of grass near drive through perfect for giving your dog a chance to stress and relieve himself (PLEASE scoop your poop) 3) location adjacent to gas stations makes this a nice "one-stop pit-stop" when you're on road trips CONS: 1) the food tastes like yuck. Now, I'm not hating on the Carl's Jr / Green Burrito menu. They're usually one of my go-to fast food options, I just haven't had good experiences with the taste of the food at this location. I visit twice a week to this Carl's in patterson wat a great employees they very friendly and they nw what they doing .dine in room very clean and rib burger was delicious. I will start with the bad first. It could of been cleaner, and bathrooms weren't 100% operational. I have never eaten at the "Green Burrito" , because I was get a Carl's burger when going to a CarI's Jr. I wanted something a little different, and decided to try the Green Burrito. I'm so glad I did, because everything was fresh & spicy. We shared the steak burrito combo plate. I can't complain about one thing. It was definitely huge , and I have no idea how 1 person would be able to eat that much food. Beans , and rice was delicious. You must try the Burrito here. Stopped here after driving a couple hours from San Francisco ,so I was pretty hungry. The lady that took my order was very polite and friendly. Come here a few times a week at odd hours in the morning, food is always great and fresh and have never had an issue. Today was our first time where we had to call and go back because of an issue. There are three reasons why someone would stop at Carl's Jr on I5: to eat, to use the restroom, and to decompress a little from the road. I stopped here with my kids last weekend in search of all three. To eat: Carl's is generally one of the better fast-food burger places. Though they are a little more expensive than much of their competition, they deliver better food... generally. This time I got a super bacon thickburger, which really should be a no-brainer, though the vegetables were of low quality and the cheese was rather unmelted (deliberate choice in the food preparation? I couldn't tell). My kids got the chicken fingers and I was a little jealous. Use the restroom: Only a small step up from the port-a-johns set up in the middle of Berkeley was the men's room here. Visual and olfactory cues alike indicated it hadn't been cleaned in some time. My daughter gave an even worse report about the ladies' room. There's a nearby Chevron station that almost certainly has to be better. To decompress: maybe it's just me, maybe I'm being picky, but what I really don't want to hear when I'm trying to relax is POLITICS, especially super-biased, way-off-center politics. MSNBC on all the televisions (except for the one screen which was showing the same Carl's Jr commercial on an endless loop) disrupted my vibe. So, of the three reasons I would stop here, I would not stop here again. Maybe I would hit the drive-thru. Otherwise, like fish in the sea, there are plenty of other burger joints on the interstate. read more

I order a Steak Sandwich. I sit down, but realize there's no other customers. I get up with my number and stand next to the register waiting. I see my sandwich finished being made, and put in their "ready" area. I see my fries on the tray. Five customers walk in, and the first one orders. Meanwhile, my sandwich is still sitting there. The fries are now removed from the tray. What's going on? The second customer of the five order. My sandwich is STILL sitting there. Why can't she just turn around, put the sandwich on a tray, and grab my small fries? I don't know, but now the third person is ordering. Now, why can't another person assist in getting out the already made food? Good question, which I don't have the answer...and neither did they. Basically, after all five, plus one addt'l customer order, she finally gets my food on a tray. Now the bun is a bit soggy. Thanks Carl's Jr. for providing me a soggy sandwich bun, which could've been avoided. Lucky for you, you're in the middle of nowhere, and a good rest stop for travelers heading up and down the I-5. Tip 'o the day: Before going to the restroom, grab a couple of napkins. They don't provide paper towels, just the hand blower. read more

Carl's Jr. Has gotten our order wrong multiple times and haven't noticed til I got home... they won't give you a replacement meal or a free next meal (what most places do) unless you bring the food back uneaten with the receipt because they have to "show the manager". Horrible customer service and do not care about the customer being right... this has happened multiple times and it's a shame because Patterson only really has a few places to eat. If you eat here, make sure you triple check your order. read more

I am usually not a fan of Carl Jr.'s. Ever since their disgusting all over your face ad campaign I have pretty much avoided it like the plague. I ended up here because my baby was squeaking in the backseat and u knew she needed a bio break/snack and fast food spots are really the only place to do that. So, I walked in not expecting much but was blown away by their customer service. Their entire team was so courteous. They brought my order to me when I returned from the bathroom (busy with the baby). A manager or owner (not sure) came by to ask if we needed anything and chatted with me about the baby, later holding the door for us when we left. The service was on par with a Michelin restaurant and I will only go there now when driving in the 5. They are a class act. read more

Oh where to begin.. it was 6 a.m. the 74 oz of coffee I had drank since leaving Chico were in full affect. My bladder was at maximum capacity. I had a fine assortment of 5 star accomodations to chose from; subway, CJs, mickyd's etc. CJ'S stood out as a portential source of nourishment, and a place to relieve myself. One stop shopping. I had no idea it would also provide entertainment value. Let me start with the can. To say the odor was not of the ordinary bathroom smells would be not doing it service. It was a combination of feces, gas, urine and some unknown industrial strength cleaner ...not doing its job. Hold your breath, get in get out and hope for the best. It didnt end there though, the urinal was in use so i chose the stall on the left. I was blessed with the artwork of a few days worth of hershy squirt spray painting left in the bowl. It was museum worthy. Finally for the bathroom was the hand drier. This thing was like an industrial strength leafblower. I think I lost skin. All this and I have not even ordered my meal yet. The next noteworthy subject matter was the clientele. I do not know how eighteen 400 lb people all found their way to this location at 6:30 in the morning but they did, it made me proud to be an American. This is especially strange as there are zero residential areas here. This is a stop on I-5 in the middle of nowhere yet these people appeared to be locals rather than travelers. I think they live in this dining establishment. Finally our food service technician at the counter was amazing. He fit right in with the customers topping the scales well into the 400 lb range. He had 5 chins, he mumbled his responses and he drooled on the counter. Not making that up...he really drooled. It was awesome. The other three people behind the counter provided little support.. they stood there in awe of our servers abilities and admired his work. The food was not noteworthy. I've given this store a few chances to make me a believer. They fail every time. Food is always cold, service is always rude. And I'm pretty sure one of the workers stole my girlfriends credit card information. She never uses her card unless she is able to swipe it herself but she used it here and the girl working the window had her card for about 4-5 minutes and then pretty much threw it back at her. I was just passing by in the 5 and feeling hungry. There are a few other fast food joints around that looked to be more populated with customers but don't overlook this location. It has a really friendly staff and they have the usual extra juicy, saucy Carl's sandwiches without being sloppy and the food was hot. Who would've thought that this little Carl's Junior out in Patterson California would impress us so much? We were blown away by the superb service at this location ! The staff visited our table not once, not twice, but four times (!) to check in on our dining experience ! They offered extra sauce and politely asked if we needed help! I don't review many places, but I stopped for gas on I-5 and wanted to sit out the 100 degree + temps so I went into this Carl's JR. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the burger. It actually tasted a lot better than I expected.Service was quick , the dining area & the restroom were clean. Couldn't ask for more for a place right off I-5 at the Patterson exit. (I do have to admit I'm writing this because they had a 'yelp us' sign hanging by the soda machines. I've never seen a 'yelp us' sign before. ) Next time I'm in the area I may stop in here again. read more
