What a great little spot! Walking in you'll soon learn that while it is not "divey" it isn't exactly upscale either. It's that happy medium where you feel comfortable being an average person spending a little bit more of a reasonable amount. The bartender was upbeat friendly and had a sense of humor- all pluses! The food here was actually flavorsome and reasonably priced. I had a Durango burger.....cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and all you desire under 1 bun. Drinks were cheaper than most places for sure. VGK décor was ever so present too. I wish this spot was a bit closer to my house.

I spent today driving out to, and hiking within, Death Valley National Park. I came back to my hotel, showered, and promptly passed out. I woke up around nine and I was starving. I went through the usual delivery choices, and nothing was quite hitting my 'spot'. And then I found Putter's on Google maps, less than a mile from where I was staying. Evidently they have two happy hours: one in the afternoon, and one that starts at 10 PM. I had a delicious IPA and ordered their Putter's hot dog (relish, sauerkraut, chopped onions, all on the side) along with a trio of their bacon and blue cheese sliders, with homemade potato chips. All food during Happy Hour is 25% off. It was all delicious . And my bartender, Amber, was personable, smiling, open, chatted with me about hiking in Montana and Las Vegas, and was just an enjoyable conversationalist. I arrived near the end of her shift and after she cashed out, she came around the bar to shake my hand and wish me a good night. There are not many places (anywhere) that have a server with so much personality. If I were a local, Putter's South would be my anointed watering hole. southstrip@puttersvegas.com take note!

Hey there Yelpers!!! I've been going to this Putters for sometime now, and it dawned on me this food is the BeesKnees! Every time I order it's no hassle or bad energy! Their Greek salad slaps too if you're into salads. It's pretty old n cigarettey inside so usually I go home or today I took it to the quaint park, and the breakfast is still A1 baby I tell ya. I don't drink so if you're hungry and it's late or need breakfast this is the place their French toast hits too, prices are reasonable too. Yelper Out

Harley's of all sorts are always parked in the front of Putter's. This is a wonderful way to know you can go in! Shall we, yes! The Harley will sit outside and make the parking lot look good. Opening the door to Putter's is like experiencing night and day. Wow the outside does not do justice for this little dive. I use dive in a positive way as well. It is loud but the Bears and Eagles game is on. If it was not loud I would worry about the football fans and their support of their team. The cheers are intoxicating and so are the patrons that celebrate in the joy surrounding the event on the tele. Let's go Bears get with the defense. Cheers to only a one point lead, we will come clawing back yeah! Drink in hand, Shawn was the bartender that kept me happy and celebratory. Tito is my companion for the bears Wild Card Game. The bartender is so attentive and is a Bears fan! We can unite in union that's a bears fans is pouring my drinks it's all good. Feeling happy today I am going for the fancy incredible drinks, such as bourbon on the rocks and double vodka tonics. My Bears just scored and the whole bar is alive with team support. It's a beautiful thing when Bears fans, or fill in the blank for your team that the joy can be felt all around! Cheering on the Bears has caused me to seek nourishment. While looking over the menu, Shawn was mentioning the deals that Putters runs twice a day. They offer happy hour here from 3-6 pm and 10pm- 2am. With that said my visit co insides with the happy hour, I have the Cuban Sliders which are topped with pickles on these cute little brioche buns. Theses pork sliders just melted in my mouth. Wow, it must be the way the meat is cured and the combination of the egg and butter from those sweet brioche buns. It makes them a magical masterpiece that I intend on eating, someone has too. Come and try these sliders for yourself. Who does not love a good happy hour menu? When a business offers happy hour twice a day, we'll all righty then. It gets better to. We have not discussed the alcohol happy hour yet. Let's explore some more. They offer domestic beer for $3.75! Well drinks with either Vodka, Bourbon, Tequila, or Gin are $4.00. If you need that extra boost to the hard stuff with a Red Bull it's $2.00 extra. I'm glad now that I have your undivided attention. If you decide to gamble drinks are on the house of course. I did not gamble this time around just came for the alcohol, food, and the Bears game. Break time the Bears are still up, but the Eagles just scored. It's such a close game. The talent between these teams is being discussed between the Bears fans in the bar. The joy and happiness evoked from this game surrounds us all like a comfortable blanket. Another Vodka tonic and here my drink sits, cheers to everyone here in the bar. Raise your glasses high to the wonderful staff that keeps my drinks coming and it's done it genuine satisfaction. The chilled vibe from this bar makes one feel loose. Comfort food is the cure for this. My Buffalo Chicken Fries arrive just in time to enjoy with the last few seconds of the game. The buffalo part of the fries I went with mild. The chicken was tasty and smothered in mild buffalo sauce was a winning combo. The fries are covered in ample amounts of cheese. The bacon sprinkles are real pieces of bacon, but one could always do better with more bacon anytime. Right! Overall, no complaints on the buffalo chicken fries. The appearance of the dish was fantastic. Buffalo Chicken needs ranch to achieve perfection. The ranch here is extremely tasty. Having a marvelous ranch is a great judgement of an establishment. The ranch here is way above the standard. They pass the ranch test. Now with seconds left all the Bears have to do is kick the ball for a field goal. Munching on my Cuban sliders and delicious cheese fries with ranch I'm on the edge of my seat. Then they go to a commercial, typical. Now as we all sit here Shawn keeps my water glass full and round whatever of vodka and Bourbon on the rocks. Let's go Bears. He makes the kick and it's safe; no no no. It bounces off the goal post and it's the Eagles that advance. What a phenomenal game between these two power houses? The fans here are amazing and regulars. The bartender, Shawn already know what most of the customers want and he has it ready for them as they pull up a stool. By the way, the bar stools are so comfortable and they have a back to them that allows you to sit up. Your next sports event should be celebrated here. If your not into sport then they have beer and cocktails. Come and ask for the Green Tea Shot, it's so out of this world; sweet and sour with Jameson. There is two pool tables and a full complete menu for food that is delightful. With so much to offer why are you still sitting there let's go come and let the staff here blow your mind!

Disappointing! Tight machines and no comped drinks. Spent $50, and was charged full price. On top of that $7 Captain Morgan's, just ridiculous... captian should be a well drink. I will not be back. Sean comped his friends and gave us the bill!!! Sad because this bar used to be one i regularly visited.

So, most bar food in Las Vegas smokes most restaurants in Los Angeles and this place is no exception! Stopped in for a drink, video poker and ended up having a late breakfast as well that was amazing! Was also entertained by the awesome bartender Stacey! Will be back here for sure!

Trying our luck at putters hanging with Shaun the bartender having some cold ones!!!!
    Stephen A.

Sean and Sydney are the greatest!! They ALWAYS make you feel welcome. The draft beer is always so cold it forms ice in the glass! For me that's great, cause the beer is still cold when i get to the bottom of the glass! Its one of our favorite places before we call it a night!

A nice laid back and casual restaurant/bar where me and my wife can have an early morning grub and brew. All Tv's are on sports and not the news or movies.

Maybe there will be at a later date, but for now these are some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. For starters, this place is super easy to find right off of St. Rose parkway. Pretty easy to get in and out, and there's plenty of parking space. First thing you will notice is there is an outdoor eating area, which would be great when the weather isn't as hot as it was. And that makes a great dining option. When you walk in the place is fairly dimly lit, which adds a really cool ambiance to it. On the walls are beautiful. Beautiful hand-painted murals, and everything is definitely cannabis themed. Ordering was super simple, they had big TV menus above the ordering area and of course the staff, which is super friendly and fun, makes it a super pleasurable ordering experience. I got the ak-47 which I thought was very funny. All the sandwiches are themed, I'm not going to give away too many spoilers but you're going to have to go and check it out. The AK-47 only is roast beef with horseradish bunch and all kinds of fixings. I have to say this is one of the greatest sandwiches I have had in a very long time. In a world of subways, Jimmy John's, and Jersey Mike's, it's nice to find a one-off sandwich shop that delivers flavor, atmosphere, and great service. Bottom line? I will definitely be going back to cheba Hut again. It was a perfect combination of high quality food, attentive wait staff, and a very cool environment. Even if you are not an enthusiast of the Sweet leaf, this is definitely a place for you to go and get a sandwich that will blow your mind.

But outside of that, they are also quite tasty. Lasagna. The sauce is very heavy in onions. If you don't like that--like me--then I would look for something else instead because they are unavoidable. It was good and a hearty portion, just overly onion laden. Calzone. The ricotta was interesting at first, and then it just got to be overwhelming. I really enjoyed the cheese (which makes me think I'll love the pizza) and the dough, but the ricotta was overpowering the dish to the point where I wanted to focus on the dough instead.

The bad news is the rest of the sandwich was disappointing. I ordered the turkey and salami on sourdough. For my toppings I got tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, oil and red wine vinegar. For my cheese I selected cheddar. I also got the "big" version of the sandwich, the 8 inch. I also decided to order a cup of the New England clam chowder. After all it was Friday and I can always eat some good soup with a decent sandwich. I tried the soup first. It was so not hot that it was thick like paste! It was extremely salty and had a very bad fishy taste from the clams. Almost where I wonder if they were spoiled. I threw the remainder away. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I had to look back at my order to see if I ordered the kids size or something. Not only did it appear small in length, but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. As you can see from the pictures, the turkey is barely even an ingredient at this point. Such a sad excuse for a sandwhich. Like I said though, the sourdough bread itself is great. Everything else, not so much. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to having a nice fresh sandwich shop close by.
