The service at this location is horrible. Employees don't smile and they're rude. Don't even greet you when you come in and stand in front of the counter. They just ask you what are you waiting for? In an annoyed way. I said I'm waiting for my online order. They pull the order and just place it on the counter for me to take and do not say thank you or good bye. They continue treating customers this way, this location will shut down. They should be grateful to have jobs in this economy. The location is poor as well, the parking lot is not maintained well and the surface is all broken up and uneven when you are driving in. Never going to this location again. read more

Well tried this place again after years... my mistake. Ordered a guac bacon double meal and sat outside the window before anyone came at all for 7-8 mins literally. Then when the girl comes to the window yoy can hear her and the other two people just chatting it up instead of attending to the customer. Gets better, didnt even give me the right burger gave me some western thing and I didnt realize until I got home. She probably gave me her free burger for the night so she could eat my better one. Then I call the store ajd ask for the location number so that I can call corporate in the AM and the same girl who messed up my order tells me she cant give me that info... to which I say its on the recipet I just dont want to go to my car.. and she hangs up on me. I call back because I didnt even get to adress the fact that SHE MESSED MY ORDER UP BECAUSE SHES TOO BUSY TALKING. She answer and goes "Thank you for calling carls junior, who is this?" Drove through early morning for a breakfast burger. Said "Can I just do a breakfast burger. Just the burger. That's it" and they somehow heard two breakfast burgers, which I didn't notice until I had driven off. Checked the receipt and yup, charged me for two. I don't even eat the entirety of one and now I have an extra burger I paid for that will go bad and go in the trash. They don't have a screen so you can confirm order and they didn't tell me my total when I drove up the window. Pretty upsetting to have paid $21 for one burger essentially. read more

I was outside as I instructed the delivery to be handed to me. When the driver refused to answer my calls I called the Carl's location and explained what had happened. The woman on the phone offered to redo the order and drop it off as I am not able to drive due to a medical condition, she said she would deliver it after 3pm today, I called around 2:45, the line rang and rang and no one picked up, I didn't speak to anyone until 3:08pm and after explaining what happened I was hung up on without any response. It's been over 10 years since I had Carls Jr breakfast. I was excited to come grab a few sandwiches and enjoy them. I don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes at the drive through even when I'm the only car in line. I ordered 4 sausage breakfast sandwiches with some hash browns. Assuming the wait was because the sandwiches were being made fresh I was excited. Former Carls Jr employee here (1996-1997)... Pulled in to the drive-thru and it had 1 car ahead of me. Drive thru answers with attitude before I say anything and says "wait, ok". That didnt bother me since we all have bad days. Then they proceed to give me my Super Star order with no meat. I called their District Manager to let them know how unprofessional this was. She offered me an exchange. How does anybody do this with no provoking and being nice!? Plus there was only 1 car in line and nobody inside. No wonder this location is empty all the time. As someone who eats a 100% plant-based diet, I was very excited to hear that Carl's Jr. had just introduced at all its restaurants burgers made with the plant-based Beyond Burger. Because I had tried and enjoyed Del Taco's new plant-based tacos, made with Beyond Meat's plant-based crumbles, I had high hopes for the Beyond Burger at Carl's Jr. I truly wanted to love the Beyond Burger at Carl's Jr. However, after trying the Beyond Burger at a few different Carl's Jr. restaurants, I have to say that I'm disappointed. First, the taste is just okay and not nearly as good as the taste of the 100% plant-based Impossible Burger. Also, whenever I eat the Beyond Burger at Carl's Jr., I can smell a strong, unpleasant odor that emanates from my hands and fingers and lingers long after I leave the restaurant. Many reviews of the Beyond Burger on the internet include the same criticism about an offensive odor associated with the Beyond Burger. Finally, Carl's Jr. charges considerably more money for a burger made with the Beyond Burger than it does for a regular beef burger. Carl's Jr. does this, even though some other restaurant chains, for example PizzaRev and Blaze Pizza, charge the same for vegan "meats" as they do for animal meat. Nevertheless, I applaud Carls Jr. for leading the way by at least offering those who eat a 100% plant-based diet some new menu items to choose from. But Beyond Meat, which has been working hard on developing improved versions of its Beyond Burger, must quickly correct the problem with the offensive odor and start supplying Carls Jr. with an updated version that does not suffer from this unfortunate odor problem. read more
