I have always enjoyed their Western Bacon Cheeseburger, and headed here for a quick meal. First, we walked in and no one else was here. The manager was obviously training new employee at the cash register and we were ignored and just stood there for an uncomfortable amount of time. Dumbfounded, my husband and I looked at eachother and a male employee from the back who was working the fryer saw us just standing there and said, "Hi, we'll be right with you." We thanked him. Note: the entire time, we are just standing there, watching in front of the register where the male manager is talking to the new employee. SMH. I began thinking, how is this new employee supposed to learn proper CUSTOMER SERVICE if his own manager doesn't even give a simple greeting to customers who walk in?! When the new employee was finally able to take our order, he was very polite (yay!) Our food came out and the only thing that was fresh and hot were our onion rings! My burger was cold- UGH!! I will not return to this location until they have stronger reviews (4 solid stars.) It's a shame because I always regarded Carl's Jr as a good fast food stop that serves up hot food. The management really needs to take a look into how they want their establishment to be regarded. I will also add that the restaurant was clean (yay!) Yes it's fast food but with the exception of Freddie's in the neighborhood, it's much better than our other fast food options. I actually love their biscuits in the morning, their chicken tenders are actually very good, and I love the jalapeño doubles! Is it gourmet of course not, but it's tasty and usually hot and fresh! Service is friendly and efficient as well! When I just need something to fill the belly, this place does the trick! Plus they're open late everyday! read more

This is just like any other fast food. Food isn't anything to write home about. The chicken tenders weren't that great. Tasted like they been refried or fried to long. The fries were amazing. This store has seen a real change in management and performance. Food is as good as Carls Jr can get. Every time I've visited in the past few weeks, everything ordered was fresh, hot and correct. The female manager in this store is dedicated to bringing this store up to standards and quite frankly has done so. Many new staff, always friendly, with a can I get you anything else attitude. The sore is cleaned, mopped, tables are attended to ASAP after customers leave. Bathrooms are even well taken care of,,,yay! Side note,,, please try the Beyond Burgers,,,they are a great alternative to the cholesterol filled meats, both chicken and beef sandwiches. Slow service. They often get simple orders completely wrong. Always check your order before you leave. Seriously. Unwrap every sandwich and check it, even if you ordered nothing special. My temp job meeting place is in the parking lot of Carls Jr....so I decided to try a FIERY CHICKEN SANDWICH. It is a spicy chicken patty topped with melted pepper jack cheese and pickled jalapeños. I must say it was pretty dang tasty!. Hot and fresh, crisp lettuce and just a bit of sauce. The sandwich saved the review, because the fries were soggy and cold. Worst experience ever! Went in with a buy one get one coupon, placed order. Very clear, about what I wanted. Two (2) burgers, paid, didn't realize I had been over charged. Recieved my order and came home. Then I realized I had been grossly overcharged! And my order was not correct! So, I call to let them know what's going on, and I am told, "in order to issue a refund, you will need to bring the original receipt and extra food back to the store." WTF? Back at the store the Mgr. (I assume) told me this policy is in place becauce to many people have lied and taken advantage of overcharges without receipts. My daughter and I usually come here about every week or so for dinner and usually it's a subpar experience however this time it was the absolute worst. The restaurant is consistently filthy the employees have absolutely zero customer service skills and on this particular visit there were used gloves laying on the tables and on the floors, chewed gum in the booth we sat in, and the kitchen was disgusting. Seriously, management NEEDS to enforce some standards with their staff. I went inside to order since the drive through line was really long and I wish I hadn't seen the state of things. First and worst... The young man that took our order was wearing an ABSOLUTELY FILTHY shirt. I'm not talking about a few splashes of sauce or a little grease from a normal day's work in fast food. I'm saying that this shirt didn't look like it had been washed in months!!! I wish this were an exaggeration. If you met someone wearing clothes in this condition, you would assume that they had been living under a bridge for a long, LONG time. There were a couple of other employees wearing uniforms in a similar state. It was really bad and made me think that the likelihood that these people ever wash their hands is slim. I work in the food service industry and know that this would be a MAJOR health code violation. Secondly, the state of the kitchen was a mess. The floors were littered with food and and surfaces were messy. I understand that it gets busy but surely one of the dozen or so staff members could afford a few minutes to sweep and pick up a little. Lots of other red flags were raised but these were the main ones that stood out. I'm not the kind of person that is too worried about a messy restaurant kitchen. So, like most Carl's Jrs the service is a little on the slow side, but they claim that is because they make everything to order. I really like their biscuits in the morning whether they are by themselves or with sausage and egg. Their burgers are really good too. The Chocolate and Oreo shakes are amazing. My only issue is several time I go in and instead of getting a number for dine-in service I get treated like a carry-out person. This is especially true when I show up in my motorcycle gear. I would give this specific location a 0 star rating if I could, every time I go there they get something wrong, I've had hair in my food found a roach on the floor and the staff is so incredibly rude, specifically the girls. I pulled up to the menu and she said "yes" I ordered what I wanted and she said "ok $--.- at the window." And I pulled up and she gave me dirty look. That's not the way staff should be run there. The boss really needs to fire everyone in there and rehire a complete new staff, and actually know what their doing. We go through the drive through here probably three times or more per month. We always make special order requests because of food allergies. The staff always gets it right. They have always been very friendly and the food comes out fast. We have consistently had excellent, friendly service at this location. The food is always good, as compared to other fast food restaurants. We often order low carb style for myself and my gluten free son. The lettuce wrapped burgers stay together pretty well...I mean, it's lettuce around a burger so there some mess to be expected. Firstly, I'd like to thank my girlfriend (who has no affiliation with Carl's Jr) for introducing me to the "Loaded Omelet Biscuit" It is truly delicious and I'm now spreading the love to my people on Yelp. Secondly, the staff has always been awesome. I was there only a few times, and they were already recognizing me as a regular, and surprise to me... they deliver the food to your table. Today I rewarded myself for fitting into my skinny jeans with an extra value meal from Carl's Jr. That's absolutely exactly how that went down. Okay, that wasn't my reasoning, but it happened. Fit into the goal pants after working out for months, and then hit up fast food! I hate chicken. I really do, except for Carl's Jr chicken strips. (I probably hate chicken because it's "gainz" food, and I force myself to eat it because of the nutritional profile. Bleh.) Anyhow, back to fried goodness. Today I went to Carl's and got my 3 piece chicken strips, honey mustard, and substitute onion rings for fries, because why the eff not!? The only reason I like their chicken strips is because they're always slightly overcooked. I love slightly overcooked. Today was no exception. Today they were also pretty magnificent and cooked me fresh ones. Can't complain there! The only thing that left a bit to be desired was maybe customer service. More smiles would be nice. I have rarely eaten Carl's Jr's burgers, fries, and other meals, but they have GREAT biscuits. Knowing they are part of the Hardee's chain from the midwest, whom also had the best biscuits, Carl's Jr. follows suit. What's even better than their flaky, buttery biscuits is the two for $2.00 bacon, egg, cheese, biscuit sandwiches. Pair that with some mini hash brown hockey pucks and you are set! We have had our orders mixed up several times here, and the food use to taste a lot better. A few weeks ago I was charged for the car behind me, and then when it was caught wasn't credited back to my account for three days. Another incident was when the credit card/debut system was down. They should have posted a notice before the customers get stuck in line. We waited in the line of cars and were only told they could only take cash when we got to the window. We were lucky that between those of us in the car, that we were able to come up with enough cash for the order. My daughter and son-in-law and their family went through the same day and didn't know the system was down. They had their four kids in the car, all aged 6 and under. When they finally got to the window they were told they needed to pay cash. Sadly, they didn't have cash on hand and had to drive away without their order being filled, and four kids who were expecting their kids meals totally melting down. That is not acceptable to put customers through this. I wish I could give them a higher rating. There was a time when their food was great and the customer service didn't seem to have any problems. So . My baby sister and I went here last night and left without ordering or getting food and let me tell you why . My 17 year old sister and I went to the drive thru . No line or anything like that. We pull up and my sister says "one moment please" the person responds "good I need one too" . Then we are looking over the menu trying to decide and the person says "ready" we stated that we weren't he then tell us we are holding the line. We respond that there was no line and it was literally just us . We keep looking until he says again that if we want to study the menu we need to come inside so my sister then orders while im still looking . He asked if that was all and my sister says "No my sister is still studying the menu" . Next thing you know the side door to the restaurant is flung open and the guy is walking toward the car pointing his finger at us telling us that we better not get smart with him and that he can refuse us service . he told us that he can tell us to get out of the line and not order anything. So of course Im jnow upset because he is launching at my sisters side of the car. she exists rhe drive thru and I go inside I asked for the manager and the guy says its him I proceed to say that he had no reason to exit the building and walk toward the car and to talk to my sister that way there was no line and no one inside so what was the rush . I swear this guy needs to be fired especially if hes a manager . and he never looked me in my eye or apologized once. TERRIBLE. I'll never go here again as long as ED the manager works there read more
