My initial experience was great, I was greeted warmly and with a huge smile by Catherine, whom I later found out is the manager. Right away I felt good and got the impression that this young woman knew exactly what she was doing which was amazing as I was a bit nervous. I lost weight last year and had to stop wearing them as they were falling off my finger. Catherine took measurements and seemed so confident that I knew right away that my precious rings were in good hands. It took only two weeks and my rings were ready. I can't even explain in words how happy I am with the end result! There is no evidence of them being downsized or soldered, they look and feel like this is how I bought them. Catherine let me know that the work was done in house and when I say that they did a FANTASTIC job, I'm not joking.
