Having been repeat customers to Carlucci's in the same shopping center and have visited Mamma Mia's not that far away we assumed Carluccis Express would more than surely live up to the standard that we have come accustomed to. That however, was not the case what we found was a completely different experience. Carlucci's express is basically a pizza shop that is part of the Carlucci's family of restaurants. We ordered a chicken broccoli ricotta calzone. we were asked if we wanted to cut before they brought it out and we said yes. Turns out that was the incorrect answer. What looked amazing in presentation huge thick overstuffed calzone was actually still cold inside. (just a little cold like Ricotta from the fridge cold). When we took it back to the counter, he asked what did we want him to do? They were not going to make a new one. They just wanted to reheat the four separate pieces until reached the proper temperature. As you can guess the calzone was far less appealing when it made its way back to our table (and if I'm being honest, it's STILL was not heated all the way through) Although we were excited to try it out, we left deeply disappointed. In addition to the calzone being cold it lacked sustenance and flavor was very bland and not of the Carlucci's quality that we have come to expect.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews, I've been coming here for years now and I've never had a bad experience. We pretty much always order the margherita pizza because it's so damn good lol. They always have it ready by the time they say they will, and they take coupons so if you're local, check your mail for coupons!

Their Vodka Pasta Pouches were a huge favorite where I used to work. they got me hooked on them. The pizza was always a big hit, too.

I hosted my bridal shower yesterday at Vault Brewing Co. If you're looking for a reliable,…read morereasonable and beautiful venue to host an event, look no further. From early conversations with the event manager to the way the entire staff treated me yesterday on-site, Vault's customer service is unmatched. I'd been exchanging emails with Sarah (the event manager) since February to ensure the space was the right fit. Sarah answered all my questions, responded to me in a timely manner, provided ample time for my bridesmaids and I to set up decor and we were permitted to bring our own cake and desserts. The bartender allowed me to Airdrop my custom bridal shower playlist to an iPad that was connected to their surround sound speakers so I could play the music I intended to play. She was attentive, kind and placed purses and miscellaneous items in the back area so it wouldn't be in guest view. She cut the cake for us towards the end of the event. Truly such outstanding service. The event space is located downstairs, completely separate from the main dining area and there is a private restroom. It was a wonderful size for my guest count of 16 people. Everyone in attendance raved about the chicken nachos and the pizza. I personally loved the Wild Mushroom pizza. The food kept getting refilled as the day went on. Each item was labeled and the bar had several menus to look at. This was executed PERFECTLY. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend Vault Brewing Co. for all your event needs!

We ordered (2) pizzas and they took a bit to come our since they had a rush as we got there but it wasn't too long. Their pizza is typical Trenton style, thin crispy crust, cheese on the bottom with dollops of sauce on top. I've lived in PA since I was 7 but prior we lived near Washington's Crossing on the NJ side an most of our family is from Hamilton. Every time I get a chance to have some Trenton Tomato pie it brings back memories grabbing some with my grandparents off of Klockner Road. I definitely put this location towards the top of my list but PaPa's is still #1.

The inside is simple and classy, uncluttered and clean, but most of all a quality Italian eatery. For a Tuesday evening it was pretty slow. The waitress who helped me was personable and treated me like family. She tried to give me the "everything is good here", but I wasn't having it! I appreciated her patience as we perused through the menu. I finally went with the popular Saporito - Chicken/Veal (I chose Veal at $35), Egg Battered Scaloppine. Vermouth Sauce, Spinach, Mozzarella topped with crab meat. For my pasta side I chose was spaghetti and it came with a salad. I was loving the Vermouth Sauce, it was sweet and not too thick/watery. The Veal was a little tough, but was better after soaking up the tasty sauce like a sponge. The crab meat was plentiful and fresh. I was kind of shocked they don't give you bread with your meal. I'm not a huge bread guy, but it's a staple at Italian eateries. I enjoyed a nice glass of a dry oaky cabernet my new friend recommended. They had a decent sized wine bottle/glass menu. I'm not a wine expert, but many styles were represented and it seemed like the management is on top of their selections and recommendations. I will certainly return for a family dinner or date night with my wife. Thanks guys!
