    Duck & Apple Pizza

We got here around 5:30 on a Friday. Parking is tight in Yardley but we were able to find parking across the street in a little strip mall. We were seated right away and the AC was blowing hard on us at first in the dining area to right of the main bar. Food was top notch! We ordered the pork belly fries which fingerling potatoes sliced with nice chunks of pork belly and sides sauces. One of the sauces was like a Smokey chipotle while the second was mayo based. Both packed full of flavored and complimented the potatoes. Peruvian wings had some good flavored, I would have liked them crispy but didn't know how they came. Our main pizza was the duck and apple. Great combination if you want something different. My wife ordered the octopus and ate the whole thing so I assumed it was great. We can't wait to come back and try some of the other items on the menu.

We were a party of 3 that sat at the bar on a Saturday evening. For being peak time / pretty busy, the service was still prompt (at the start) and friendly! After placing our first round of drinks and one shareable app, service slowed down a bit for us to put in an order for our main dishes. You get 4 selections (5oz each) for their beer flights. We shared the pork belly fries appetizer to hold us over until our entrees came out. It had square chunks of pork belly with crispy outside edges and soft, fatty insides. For our mains - the chicken shawarma sandwich was absolutely huge! Great seasonings/flavor, and I had leftovers to take home. The Bee Sting pizza wasn't actually as spicy as you'd expect (with Calabrian hot honey and red pepper flakes) - but the flavor was still great. The only downside to the pizza was that the dough was very floppy & had zero crisp to it at the center of the pie. The pizza dough was light/fluffy/fresh though for the rest of the pie (like from the crust to the first 3-4" inward toward the center).

Came here with a group and we had a great lunch. Everyone enjoyed their beers, I had a great cider, and one of us wasn't drinking but was thrilled they had some NA cocktail options and enjoyed the Pearly Shells. The duck and shrimp tacos were excellent and the side salads were really tasty too. The service was great and our server heard me debating one of the beers and she said you're always welcome to try a sample before ordering. The outdoor seating area was super cute and indoors was very cold too with the old bank vault. Parking was free and easy to find on a Sunday at lunchtime in the lot behind the restaurant.

As usual, a great spot for lunch. When was the last time you ate in an old bank, complete with 2 vaults and safe deposit boxes ? Great atmosphere! It's not inexpensive but worth it with a nice size menu of great sounding items and a sizable choice of beer. The servers are all nice and knowledgeable and ours today, Lisa Marie, was attentive without hovering over the table. The Mediterranean Mezze brought 2 large plates to the table: one was Garlic Hummus and the other whipped Feta - both delicious. The Mushroom Carnitas with salsa crema, charred pineapple pico de Gallo on house made corn tortillas was very good as was the Duck & Apple mushroom pizza, a selection we almost always get. Great place to check out !

Vault is one of those places that's deeply etched in my memory. I've been coming here for years. Their buffalo cauliflower and brown sugar buffalo pizza with prosciutto is what I always -- ALWAYS -- order. I dream about it and once I get that craving, it has me until I visit again. I'm so grateful that it is consistent, always true, the same recipe they've used for a decade. It never misses. My kids love coming here and the servers are always kind and knowledgeable about menu items. Whether you order a cocktail or beer, there's a breadth of options for everyone. Beautiful and intimate inside, great outdoor space when the weather is nice. A place not to miss, a place surely to etch itself in your mind as well.

This is a nice, chill spot with a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in. Kyle the bartender was very knowledgeable and informative , which definitely elevated the experience. Just a heads up, the selection is PA spirits only , so go in with that expectation. We were initially hoping for a broader range, but still ended up having a good time . The atmosphere makes it a great place to unwind without any pressure. I can't remember why we didn't try the food , but that just gives us a reason to come back. Overall, a solid stop with friendly service and a laid back feel .

Being from Jersey, I'm not used to breweries serving food, but here at Vault the food is delicious and a perfect compliment to their craft beer. We live about an hour away, but my fiancé's favorite spa occasionally brings us to Yardley. The last time we were in the area I stopped in to buy a 4 pack to drink at home. I asked the bartender for a recommendation based off of what I like and she gave me two suggestions and let me try a taste of both prior to buying. I brought the beer home to my parents and everyone enjoyed it so much we decided to make a day out of it during my fiancés next appointment. The building is an old bank, hence the name Vault, and the beers are named using bank and monetary references. The bar is small only offering 6 seats but there are a number of tables around the brewery as well. We were lucky enough to grab a high-top right next to the open kitchen so we were able to watch the cooks prepare each meal and admire each dish as it was placed in the window. Everything looked and smelled phenomenal. We started with beer of course: Of Hops And Clouds - NE style Pale Ale, Cassaforte - Italian style Pilsner, Futures Market - Hazy IPA, and a flight. We tried many of the beers offered on tap throughout the night, including Trading Futures - NEIPA, Orange Drips - Creamsicle IPA, Teller Pilsner - American Pilsner. We enjoyed everything we ordered and I truly believe there would be something for everyone here. They also are able to serve wine and liquor, another nice twist we're not used to by frequenting NJ breweries. I was shocked at how great the food was and I don't think you could go wrong with anything on this menu. We started with buffalo cauliflower which wasn't breaded and fried, but rather grilled with a beautiful char and tossed in their house-made buffalo sauce. Easily the best buffalo cauliflower I've ever had. We also had the Pork Belly fries which was fingerling potatoes sliced into fries served with perfectly crisp pork belly - another great dish especially to share. The Vault Burger patty was thick and served on a light and buttery brioche bun. The house-made Pastrami Pretzel Roll was one of the most unique sandwiches I've ever had. My fiancé joined us after she was finished at her appointment and ordered an espresso martini - which she loved - and the Wild Mushroom pizza. The crust on the pizza was light and airy but at the same time charred to a perfect crisp. We were impressed by everything we ordered to say the least. Our server, Morgan, was friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable. She gave some great recommendations and even said that most of their ingredients are locally sourced and how numerous items are made in house. I think we can all appreciate a business that doesn't cut corners when it comes to the quality of food they serve and ingredients they use. Vault not only has great beer, but an outstanding menu. If I lived closer I would definitely be a regular here.

I enjoyed my second experience at Vault Brewing last night. The atmosphere is casual, but it's still perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. The food is consistently good; last night, we enjoyed the chicken nachos, and they were excellent. The service is always polite and prompt. This is becoming a regular spot for us!

    Charred Broccoli Special

Fabulous, fabulous... some of the best food we have had anywhere. Each dish was unique, plates beautifully, with such different flavors. The Cauliflower had this pickled celery around the plate which was unexpectedly amazing. A special of Charred Broccoli was divine. 8 of us shared 2 orders of the Spanish Octopus and it was a winner. The pizza's are perfectly cooked & dressed with wonderful combinations, the peach & prosciutto being my favorite, then the Duck & apple. Service was warm & attentive, food spaced out well along with drinks. Soft live music from the bar area and also live music downstairs in the bar which was a bit louder. We all agreed that The Vault is a gem & look forward to returning soon, our kids live right here in Yardley.

This was our first time visiting The Vault and will most definitely not be our last. The biggest surprise was the quality of the food. Fresh, creative, and very delicious! We had the pretzel (an absolute must), chicken nachos and salad. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! The service was also outstanding (shout out to Morgan!)... friendly and attentive!

While we didn't eat any food, really enjoyed the wide selection of New England IPAs and even picked my favorite in a 4-pack from the fridge on our way out. The interior is hip & cozy, staff is super friendly and chill, and the menu looked really great-pity we came here after a fullfilling lunch elsewhere, but I was eyeing others enjoying their pizzas :) If in the area again,we'll definitely be back!

I ordered the brown sugar buffalo pizza. I order it every time I go there and it's so good every time. The server was quick and attentive. I sat outside and it was super cute and cozy feeling! Will definitely go again!

Was craving some pizza while I was visiting home and knew I had to stop at the Vault. Not only are their brick oven pizzas SO good (I got the traditional pepperoni) but it's a little nicer than your average pizza place. It's a literal old bank vault turned into a restaurant. It was so freaking cool!! They make all their own beers in house, I recommend the Bear Hug and the staff is also super friendly- definitely worth it for dine in or pick up on pizza nights

Ask the Community - Vault Brewing

Is there really no coffee available? Do not see any on the menu.... yeah, I know it is a brew pub but...

They also own Pretty Bird Coffee Roasters right across the street from!

Do they have gluten free options?

    Is there a dress code?

    Nope! It is pretty casual.

Do they have TVs for Football Sunday? Want to coerce a crew to come daytime Sunday

    I don't remember seeing any

    Are kids allowed?

Yes, it will be a bit of an adventure, although seating is tight together the actual bank vault is still there and memorabilia from actual bank transactions. Obviously the beer is only served to those 21 and over.…

    Do they allow dogs?

Yes! On the outdoor patio only (not indoors) and the employees and even the owner/manager seem to love having dogs visit.

    What time is happy hour?

    No happy hour, sorry!

I'm not sure why they call this restaurant Flying Pig. It's not as if they have a lot of BBQ items…read moreon the menu. They do have pulled pork and BBQ ribs along with bacon on everything. I haven't been to this site since it was Dublin Square which was a long time ago. Some of the layout changed. They no longer have the old bar separated from the dining area. Callie was our server and did a great job. I was there with some friends from SC. We started by ordering the large pretzel which comes out on a pretzel hanger along with some beer cheese for dipping. They also use that hanger for bacon. The pretzel was enough for 4 of us. I ordered the wings and selected Nashville Hot and Hog Sauce as my flavors. They claim they sell by the pound ($15.50) but it ends up being 8 wings. If you want to split flavors, they make it dry and bring the sauce on the side for dipping. Luckily the Nashville Hot is a dry rub. It was very good and not too spicy. The Hog Sauce is a combo of Buffalo and Garlic which was excellent. The wings themselves were plump, juicy and crispy. Five stars. Plenty of parking. Some tables available outside for outdoor seating when it ever gets nice in NJ. Bathrooms were very clean. You may find some little pink pigs around. Not sure if they're complimentary, but my wife took the one that was next to our table. My only complaint is they have too many of their draft beers designated for only 10 oz pours even with low ABV. I had a Kane Head High which was in a 16 oz glass. They also use OpenTable for reservations which I used as well.

There is an outdoor patio outside the front door, where you get an incredible view of rt 130…read more Inside there is a central square bar, with stools all around and tables of various sizes all around it in a u-shape. The kitchen dominates the back of the restaurant with a huge pizza oven and white tiles all around, and a clean bright fresh look, as you pass by to use the restroom. Overall it was fine but not incredibly memorable. We were seated at the strange 6-top table right inside the front door. Like people almost have to shimmy past you to get inside. The service was okay but not great. On the plus side, when we ordered something it came on the quicker side and also later in the meal the manager came by and checked on us. On the meh side there were long periods without being checked on by our server and I feel like I knew a bit more about the menu from reading it than they did. The best thing we ordered was the pretzel. The rest of the food was just alright. Bang bang cauliflower was crispy but battered in what actually tasted like a more dense funnel cake batter and had a twang of fryer oil that was on the cusp of needing to be changed. The sauce was flat. Cheesesteak egg rolls were not good. Soggy (again the fryer oil) and the prevailing flavor was green peppers. (Where I come from a cheesesteak guarantees shaved ribeye, American or Cooper sharp cheese and possibly fried onions but green peppers I would say crosses a line) Mozzarella sticks were mid. Truthfully the extremely long and skinny plates the apps came out on were just annoying. I'm sure the dish and kitchen staff can't stand washing them and plating the food on them either. Just buy some oval or round plates bruh. The cocktails were fine but uninspired. I ordered a peach old fashioned... Bulleit was the brand of bourbon and there was supposed to be peach bitters, peach syrup and "fresh peach" but it came out again a little on the underwhelming side without much peach flavor and the "fresh peach" nowhere to be found. (I expected perhaps a slice of fresh peach?) I didn't take a picture of the cocktail menu but I feel like it many have been like $16 for a subpar drink. Don't mind paying even $20 for a cocktail if it's executed correctly. We tried a blueberry mule off of the mocktails menu but asked to have Tito's added. It was good and properly served in a copper mug with a sprig of fresh mint. There was some live music, a guy singing and playing a guitar which was a nice touch. I appreciated that we could still have dinner conversation and the music wasn't dominating the room- it was more complimentary to the dining experience. In fairness our time there was all apps and some cocktails. We did not try the entrees. I wonder if they would have been executed upon at a higher level. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Had some neat (copper?) sinks with waterfall faucets. In a day and age where things are expensive, you gotta be firing on all cylinders to stand out as a place for folks to drop their hard earned money for a night out. It was alright here... But I don't know if I would choose to come back over other options. It landed between two and half stars and three stars for me.
