So much so that we came back the next night for their brisket tacos which are served on, you guessed it, Taco Tuesday. We got there early the second day so as not to miss out on the ribs. The Saint Louis style ribs, had a nice rub and were perfectly smoked. They were served with just enough sauce so you could leave them as is or add more if you prefer more sauce. The meat was fall-off-the -bone tender, but still with enough bite to chew. The service was great too. Stacy was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed talking with her.
