To start off, this place is fair to Midland in other words, mid of quality food. If that some items were way below subpar. Let's start with the Pho. The broth was great. It tasted like it had been made by hand for hours with hard work and then it stops there. Anything else?Good, I can't find about this place. I've been to quite a few places, and I thought very long and hard about the rating and the food and atmosphere. And how I would give this place a rating, based on my experience and wanted to stay positive. However, some things are just unacceptable.And maybe unnoticeable, by others, or people who are uncultured in the food atmosphere of what they were eating. The edamama we ordered was freezer burnt. You could taste it ! Or had been frozen and thawed, or they were close to beyond being fresh any more.There's even color hues in my photos, to show some parts of it green and some fading with the salt, more on one end of the basket than tossed properly. I had asked the server as it was my first time.What was their number one seller?They couldn't tell me. I followed up by asking okay, I'm very hungry. So what is the most filling? Is there more in a bowl of ramen or more in a bowl of pho etc for portions like lo mein etc If so, which ramen has the most noodles ingredients, et cetera. Response from the employee was they're all the same size. They all have about the same amount of food, not one bowl has more than another bowl. At this education of the menu, I decided to go ahead and order the the spicy ramen option. I also got a regular ramen bowl and asked to order a spicy crab sushi roll and shrimp lo mein. After a little while, the edamame came first of course the soup showed up different types, different bowls, different broths, different amount of food. One was massive amount of food one was a small amount of food, so the portions were not the same by any means. We also got the lo mein which I thought since the menu spelled it wrong. It would be okay, but overly sweet. Overly done noodle soggy mess. My specific ramen was underdone, where I went to bite the noodle off and it still had crunch to it aside from the bean sprouts that were in there, just to give an idea that I am cultured on the food that I was trying to eat and review. I also ordered a spicy crab sushi roll it wasn't a request or question however, the sushi never came and i'm glad, because everything I experienced was horrid, and I can only imagine the worst experience based on what I did get. Overall, my bill before tip was about $86. I feel it was about $56 overpriced. For the quality that I think you could get better making at home. And I've had ramen in other areas. And it didn't taste as poor as this location. If I had given the choice, I would maybe get some pho to go However, this is a business I will choose not to support moving forward for my own personal experience as well. I waited to make my review. My stomach ended up sick and hurting and it's not sensitive.Therefore I do believe there was something off like I tasted.And i'm not willing to risk that for redos to any business. I like to say thank you for the opportunity to try your location, it was not your best service or food or quality given about 6 PM on a Friday night. I really enjoyed this place. Big servings I got the ramen and the shrimp teriyaki and I was full and had plenty to take with me. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos which I regret because the food was amazing. The staff was patient and friendly and helped us with the menu. The ambiance is a casual diner kinda dressed in a Oriental feel. If ever come back definitely a place I'd come to again. read more

Love the food. It's always consistent. I'm a huge Ramen fan and their Shin Ramen is my favorite, it's spicy. The pan fried pork dumplings are so good too. My wife is a fan of the teriyaki chicken bowl. The service is always great. One of my favorite places to eat in Branson. read more

Great service by Kyle at Door Dash. Food was excellent. Portions were huge. We ordered the Jin Ramen, crunching tiger roll and spicy Korean beef noodle. All were excellent. The thing about the ramen that I loved the most was that the noodles came in a separate pack so they wouldn't be all soggy by being transported in the broth. Nice! So many choices! I've had the Ramen,Tteokbokki, Sushi, Shrimp fried rice, Pho and its all been delicious! It's a little pricey but not too expensive. Servers are also so nice, the environment is super comfy and pretty even with Tvs. I will always come back! read more

Being a local I've really tried to like this place, but I just really don't. The food is just okay. The service is spotty and I never get a welcoming feeling from the staff. The last time my Mother and I went for lunch it was about 1:15. As we sat to eat a couple came in around 1:45 and the waitress was kind of throwing a fit advising they were about to close and she had to leave. I was shocked by the waitresses comments and watched the couple immediately turn around and leave. According to the hours that are listed it shows that they close at 2:30 from lunch hours and reopen at 4:00 for dinner. I don't believe I'll be back. read more

I am surprised that this place got so many reviews. Honestly I have to say that I have no complaints about the service. The waiter was nice and we got our food promptly, the food on the other hand left something to be desired. I got pork dumplings and you could tell they just took them out of the freezer and fried them. You can just pick them up at Walmart and cook them yourself and save the money. Then my pad thai was nothing but mush. No flavor or anything. I couldn't even eat the noodles and just ate the meat out of it. My partner and I love Pho and Vietnamese food and frequent many establishments on our travels. We happened by this place and promptly ordered Jin Ramen and Soon Tofu . According to the menu the Jin Ramen includes beef. The beef was 1 small piece and the waitress was told by the owners that the piece of beef was "garnish". The vegetables was 4 shreds of tiny carrots. Broth and noodles were tasty but that's all there was. Soon Tofu was fragrant and was filled with Tofu but the vegetables were 4 thin slices of zucchini. My only guess is they ran out if vegetables. The waitress was wonderful and she inquired and tried to rectify the situation but like most Asian restaurants, they tend to dismiss claims. I'm Asian. I know this to be true lol. Won't come here again unless prepared to have nothing but noodles. read more

I tend to always get the Tteokboki, and my husband gets various forms of noodles, and everything we've tried (cause I always try his food) has been fantastic! Though I don't think I'd recommend their sushi...while it was okay, their "dragon roll" (which generally has crunchies and sauce on top) came with absolutely nothing when I ordered it through DoorDash. I have nothing but good things to say: 1. Ordered takeaway and was greeted quickly and my order was taken right away. The staff were friendly. 2. My food came out quickly. 3. The food tastes so good and smells so good. The food is brightly colored and doesn't taste frozen, it tastes fresh, AND it doesn't look like my meal was cross contaminated with other meals since the colors are preserved so well. Wow, I didn't know you could mess up ramen soup but they did. If you want ramen soup take some old sliced beef along with frozen shredded chicken, add a minimal amount of vegetables with broth and then for toppers use actual Top Ramen Noodles and it will still be better then what I ate today. A change from our previous visit. Perhaps they read my review, perhaps they had other comments, or maybe they just got tired of the vitriol being spit out by CNN against conservatives and remembered where they're at. Whatever the reason, the tv was still on but was showing a cooking show. Great choice because with a 20 minute wait on a busy Friday, we were plenty hungry by the time we were seated. It looked like they had just been through a major battle in the dining room but the staff were rushing around furiously cleaning and trying to get everyone seated quickly. In spite of all of this pressure, they maintained a great attitude throughout! My drunken noodles were perfect and the crab Rangoon had a nice crunch. Her vegetable fried rice came with extra vegetables, just as she requested, but was a bit under seasoned for my taste. Nothing that a few splashes of soy sauce couldn't fix. This place was recommended to us. We're in town from Hot Springs Arkansas to celebrate our anniversary so we ate dinner here for our date. I got the Bi Bim Bap with tofu and my husband got the Yum Yum Noodles. Both were so delicious! Place is clean, Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.....It was great choice. Two stars cause the waitress was nice, and the sweet tea was good. But everything else was pure shite. We ordered spring rolls. Any other place we've ordered spring rolls, Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, LA, etc, they're fresh and wrapped in rice paper. These were deep fried served with sweet and sour sauce. This immediately told me it was going downhill. I ordered a beef pho with the meat on the side. Sometimes, the bowl with meat inside cooks while waiting to be brought to the guest and becomes overcooked. The pho with meat on the side is brought to the table, and I see the meat is already cooked. Another red flag. I look at the broth, and it looks like they opened up a can of broth and heated it up. There was no cilantro swimming in the broth like the pho I've had in other cities. I take a sip, yup broth from a can. Not cooked in beef bones, seasonings, or roasted veggies. There was no seasoning, depth, or richness to the broth. I wonder, is this even remotely Asian owned? As stated, I've had pho in many cities across this great nation of ours, and this ranks down at the bottom. Don't bother. The dish had very minimal veggies just 95% old noodles.
