DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This dealership sold me a truck with a bad transmission and engine. It was obviously patched to disguise its problems until after it was purchased. This is an unbelievably dishonest auto dealership. The truck has had one issue after another. The last shop to give me a quote on how much it would be to fix it said it would cost over $14,000!! Yes, thousands to fix a used truck with less than 100k miles on it. Just had to buy a new battery for the truck today. Look at the difference between the (correct) new battery and the old battery that was in the truck when I bought it [pic]. It definitely did not have the right battery in it. Just a small example of the kind of deceitful behavior exhibited. If I could sue this place for selling a lemon, I would! They should not be in business. Heed my advice -- there are many dealerships to choose from -- AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!! Note for the owner: Do not bother responding to this post to give you/the dealership a call to discuss --unless you are willing to take this lemon truck back and give me my money back. I don't need to talk about how I was cheated unless money will be returned to me. Update and response: Please do not believe the owner's response to my initial post. They absolutely DO NOT inform customers of the condition of the vehicles. They scam customers. They patch the vehicles to sell them so that the customer is left with a piece of junk after they have bought it.

Buying a car on the internet is a little scary...lol I recently bought my first vehicle on the internet. I called Carma and talked to Aaron who was a great help with just the right information I needed. It took a couple of weeks for me to be satisfied I was buying the right vehicle. I was not in a hurry. Aaron was an enormous help answering my questions and forwarding me additional information. After I made a deal Jennifer was very helpful with paperwork needed to ship and register my vehicle in Oklahoma. After I finally received my vehicle several states away I am very satisfied. Love My truck! Thanks to and Aaron and Jennifer!!

Carma automotive group in Duluth Georgia stole $4500 from me. I paid it to them for a down payment on a 2008 Porsche Cayman S and they sold the car to someone else without returning my $4500 down payment back to me. They were unreachable on the phone and did not try to get back with me and resolve the issue. These guys are criminal and terrible people, I will press charges to the full extent of the law and do everything I can to shut their business down completely. This business would be terrible for anyone to encounter. Please do not ever consider doing business there. Help me get them shut down. Let's stop these criminals from ever operating again. Sincerely, John White

Fuck this place. Hope it burns with all the cars so it can explode in their face. I removed my previous review just cause they told me to bring my car back to take a look at the subframe damage, which they did take a look at but that shit took hours just to "look at it". Had me sitting there for 3 hours. Then they said they would call me for a quote.. like what? Y'all couldn't tell me right then and there a quote? Wasted my fucking time. Can't believe they sold me a car with subframe damage. Expected them to give me a discounted price from their mechanic since i had bought the car with no warranty, but they wasted my fucken time. The manager look dumb as hell. Hank look dumb as hell selling cars that he don't know nothing about.

I asked KEVIN one very important question: has the car ever been SMOKED IN? He says "oh, noooo!" Was his response and I trusted him, BIG MISTAKE! So I had my brother who had just had knee surgery to go check out the car before I drive from Memphis to get it. My brother gets there and immediately knows it reeked of smoke even though they had tried to get it cleaned up and get the smell out. Then when I told them how disappointed I was with their lack of business ethics, that they would lie for the sake of one car sale, he tries to tell me my brother was wrong. That they had been burning incense in the car to get it ready for me! Ha! That was the most ridiculous lie I'd ever heard! At that point, he should have just been honest but nope. Sticking to his story. If he was lying about that, what else would he lie about?? (and the rest of the staff bc I talked to several people there, not just him)! LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! THESE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE TO BUY FROM!! RUN AWAY!!

Prior to authorizing a down payment, I confirmed with dealership staff that the total purchase price would equal the advertised price. After I provided written authorization for a refundable deposit contingent upon an independent inspection, the dealership introduced additional mandatory dealer-imposed fees totaling $1,245, including documentation, administrative, and reconditioning charges. These fees were not disclosed in the advertised price and were required in order to complete the transaction. Imagine, the dealership was trying to add on charges after the fact from them cleaning the car to sell! When I objected and requested that the dealership honor the advertised price inclusive of mandatory dealer fees, communication ceased on their end, not returning my messages. The vehicle was temporarily listed as pending and later relisted at a higher price on their site. Although no funds were processed, this conduct raises concerns regarding advertised price transparency and disclosure of mandatory dealer charges in direct violation of Georgia anti bait-and-switch laws. *UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE*: As clearly admitted by the company, they completely agree with my entire review. Their made up bait-and-switch fees (such as attempting to add on a charge for cleaning the car) were told to me AFTER I had asked them for the total and provided written authorization (per their instructions) for a charge to my credit card based on that total, out-the-door price. Attempting to keep this original review brief, I left off many details. But here is another point which others should know: since I was buying from out of state, I wanted a dealer pre-inspection (of which I was going to pay from out of my own pocket). The salesman kept trying to get me to not send it to the local Audi dealer, but a CarX down the street. That raised more red flags.

We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

They assured me that it would be an OEM part. The HPFP failed two and half years later and when the part was removed it was far from OEM, it was a cheap Vemo HPFP. I see this no different than stealing by promising and charging for OEM but using cheaper parts. I guess they assumed I would get rid of the car prior to finding out.

This dealership completely turned things around, not only mending my relationship with them but GM as well. After I spoke with them, they took the situation seriously and worked with me to get it checked out. From there, the level of effort really stood out. Huge thanks to Micheal Brislin in particular. He went up to bat for me with GM and kept pushing for a better outcome instead of settling for the first answer. He also kept me updated along the way and made sure I understood what was going on at each step. In the end, they stepped up and made things right, and that completely changed my impression. Situations like this don't always go perfectly, but how a team responds makes all the difference, and in my case, they handled it the right way. I appreciate the effort and would definitely consider coming back because of it.

Braxton never scheduled me a service appointment nor did he follow up. I ended up spending 4.5 hours of my day waiting for an alignment. I told Braxton at the time about my transmission needing service. Do you know this clown suggested I pay 250.00 bucks to used my warranty and I had only had the vehicle for 2 or 3 weeks at that time. Nissan Murano also had specific brakes that it uses that only comes from Nissan. I called to the dealership and spoke to a real jack ass Steve. This fool didn't even try to do anything besides have me come in so they can tell me what kind of brakes Rick Case put on the vehicle. The brakes for that vehicle are Nissan specific! Steve spoke to me as if he were saying you get what you get! Braxton and Steve have a lackluster, poor, condescending, rude and dismissive attitude towards providing customer service! While at the dealership for my alignment, my mom was at the Hyundai dealership in Johnson City Tennessee looking for a vehicle. Before going to the dealership she suggested that she come to Atlanta where I purchased my 2020 Nissan Murano. I replied and explained that I didn't this it was a good idea because my salesman Braxton hadn't even gotten back to me about a simple alignment. I showed Braxton that my mom was at the dealership in Johnson City and explained that he would have had another sale had he provided better customer service! He looked as if he could care less. Buying a used vehicle I expected some issues along the way. I just didn't expect to be handled like a piece of shit after just spending 25,000 bucks with you all.
