    OPEN ON SATURDAYS!!!…read more Omg. YES!! and the fact that they do not charge you an arm and a leg to get in, for that dental office that is open an Saturday. Came in cuz hubby just had a tooth extracted (somewhere else) and by Saturday morning, we were afraid that the extraction site may have been infected. We found them via google search, and was pleasantly surprised to have only been charged $80 for them to x-ray, examine, and clean the extraction site. They also gave us this huge syringe like thing to use for cleaning his extraction site from home. That is SO cheap!! and oh, that is how much it is WITHOUT having to use dental insurance! I honestly thought it was going to be at least $150 just to see the dentist on a Saturday! We did not have an appointment, but we can in very early, and since there were no other patients in yet, they saw us right away. They were very nice and showed a great deal of care to us. I highly recommend.

My mom who is not the least easily served, cancer patient and now a cancer survivor looks forward to her clinic visits with this agency, she loves Dr. Patel we both love her, her staff, services offered, cost for service and as a Retired Army Veteran, I am thankful for such excellent service and would highly recommend this Dentist to veterans and their families and none-military personnel

    I lost trust in the dentist and staff there after still not being refunded the amount my insurance…read morecompany explained that I was due to receive. After I phoned the office a few times, I was refunded $600+, but my insurance provided a breakdown indicating that my refund should have been $800+. So I am still owed a refund for the remaining amount. The fact that I had to call and request the refund was further evidence for me that that trust had been removed from any rapport being built. I also explained that my bite was not corrected based on the filling that had to be drilled after the initial placement (without any nerve blocker to control discomfort). The doctor said, "you can handle it". To date my bite is not correct. Also, the night guard I was sold for $600+, I was never told how to keep it clean or much about its use. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Remove my email from any and all future mailings.

After paying my bill in full, she would tell me I owed a balance as if I was stupid and couldn't add or subtract. My ledger/bill was different every time I went. They ordered my bridge and never called me back to tell me they had arrived, only to say they chose another company? I knew nothing, but for the inconvenience, she would give me a $200.00 credit (words straight from Dr. Kimble's mouth). I never saw this credit, and they added another charge so there wouldn't be a credit plus an additional $169.00. You never know who you are dealing with and who they are connected to. I chose to leave and never return, but this will be escalated.

My husband took off work to get to this appointment on-time only being told that there was a in issue with our insurance. Please be mindful that I had already been proactive and ensured this office was within network and accepting new patients. I called the office today to resolve the insurance issue to be told that the benefits person tried to call and was on hold and not able to speak with someone to verify the insurance. I was then instructed to call the insurance provider myself and give them the offices tax id number ending in 39132 and have the insurance provider to fax over a breakdown of benefits. I called in as a provider and entered the information into an automated system which indicated I was eligible to receive benefits and requested a fax of benefits. I then emailed this confirmation to the office staff as well as the online verification link. All the staff had to do was enter in the information I was given to get what they needed. I then called back to verify they received my email and was told they didn't see anything. the email has a read receipt that shows the email was opened just before my call. when i questioned the disconnect, I was told it wasn't their fault they couldn't verify the insurance(because it was too easy for me to do, I believe they never even tried to verify the benefits and rely on their clients to do it for them) I told them it wasn't my fault either. I was put on hold and then Dr. Kimble comes to phone and tells me that her staff tried to verify but could not get anyone on the phone and as far as she is concerned my husband would be considered out of network and would have to pay out of pocket to receive service for the treatment. When I tried to explain to Dr. Kimble that they didn't have to call anyone I found and provided a link where the information can be entered and the breakdown could be received, she then got loud and told me that I could find another provider and that she has so many patients her staff didn't have time to call or complete the very short form (maybe 3-4 mins to complete) https://www.mysolstice.net/officereg.aspx to verify the benefits.(is this not the job of the person working with benefits?) I told her it was my attempt to support a black owed woman owed business where she told me she DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME SUPPORTING A BLACK OWNED WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS, ... i then hung up in her face because I was heavily triggered and will not tolerate ANYONE yelling at me. this staff INCLUDING DR. Kimble are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. . I then called another provider and gave them the same information the exact same way and there was NO problem with the insurance or verifying it. Unfortunately, my husband has to take off again for an actual appointment. Maybe if Dr Kimble and her staff focused more on her patients needs as opposed to to the "Magic City" club setting of her office, just maybe I would have been able to accomplish the most magnificent feat of having all of my physicians look like me. Dr Kimble you and this staff are deplorable and i would not recommend taking a canine to this office. I could have helped you today since your office manager gave me all of your business information and set up for you. But why would I work for you and pay you too? The service that Dr. Mark Perry rendered to my 74 year old mom was so unprofessional and disrespectful that it brought us to tears. Later in the day, after dealing with this unpleasant and humiliating experience, a stranger helped us in such a simple and kind way that her action brightened our hearts. I just gave her a big hug and thank her several times from the bottom of my heart. A man with a university degree can have all the knowledge and experience, but if it lacks the good attitude, if it lacks empathy, all of the above means nothing. A woman, probably a regular middle class lady, offered to us what the man with a degree, with higher education didn't, Charity. Clarification: From the very beginning of the treatment with Dr. Perry, my mother was accompanied by a daughter, who is bilingual, so she could feel confortable understanding the procedure. He has ONE Hispanic dental assistant, only ONE, not two as he mentions in his response. This hispanic assistant did her best to "help" traducing from Dr. Perry although my sister and I communicate directly and clearly with Dr. Perry and our mom. At the end, when costumer satisfaction wasn't met, Dr. Perry decided to take the uncompassionate way to treat a 74 year old woman which was: Asking her to pay the remaining balance and walk out the door with a defective product or don't pay the remaining balance and walk out the door with NO product at all. Humiliation at its finest. We took our mother to Cobb Family Dentistry across the street. So far they are fixing what Dr. Perry couldn't.

My mother went there several times to have her dentures made, but instead of being patient and trying to figure it out, Dr. Mark Perry got frustrated, gave up, and told her he couldn't fix her dentures for her and told her to leave the office to make way for another patient. I hope that in the future you can solve the patients problems instead not caring for their needs. NOTE: When we were looking for a dentist for my mom we never asked or required for a translator because my sister and I are very proficient in English. We are bilingual, but we appreciate the help of the only ONE bilingual assistant that Dr. Perry has in his office. Today I want to finish with this word battle that has left our mom physically and emotionally hurt . I am not going to ask my family and friends to review this practice, neither I am going to change my name or even block people on social media. Words can say many things but actions, good deeds are the only things that really count. We didn't get the customer satisfaction that it was guaranteed to our mom. The job wasn't finished properly, the situation was handled unprofessionally and that's the fact.
