The dentist was very nice and pleasant, but the office staff was horrible. The office manager, Quan, was horrible and hadn't grasped the concept of billing. After paying my bill in full, she would tell me I owed a balance as if I was stupid and couldn't add or subtract. My ledger/bill was different every time I went. They ordered my bridge and never called me back to tell me they had arrived, only to say they chose another company? I knew nothing, but for the inconvenience, she would give me a $200.00 credit (words straight from Dr. Kimble's mouth). I never saw this credit, and they added another charge so there wouldn't be a credit plus an additional $169.00. You never know who you are dealing with and who they are connected to. BEWARE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE: the 2.0 overall review is VERY accurate. Last week I scheduled an appointment for my husband online. My husband took off work to get to this appointment on-time only being told that there was a in issue with our insurance. Please be mindful that I had already been proactive and ensured this office was within network and accepting new patients. I called the office today to resolve the insurance issue to be told that the benefits person tried to call and was on hold and not able to speak with someone to verify the insurance. I was then instructed to call the insurance provider myself and give them the offices tax id number ending in 39132 and have the insurance provider to fax over a breakdown of benefits. I called in as a provider and entered the information into an automated system which indicated I was eligible to receive benefits and requested a fax of benefits. I then emailed this confirmation to the office staff as well as the online verification link. All the staff had to do was enter in the information I was given to get what they needed. I then called back to verify they received my email and was told they didn't see anything. the email has a read receipt that shows the email was opened just before my call. when i questioned the disconnect, I was told it wasn't their fault they couldn't verify the insurance(because it was too easy for me to do, I believe they never even tried to verify the benefits and rely on their clients to do it for them) I told them it wasn't my fault either. I was put on hold and then Dr. Kimble comes to phone and tells me that her staff tried to verify but could not get anyone on the phone and as far as she is concerned my husband would be considered out of network and would have to pay out of pocket to receive service for the treatment. When I tried to explain to Dr. Kimble that they didn't have to call anyone I found and provided a link where the information can be entered and the breakdown could be received, she then got loud and told me that I could find another provider and that she has so many patients her staff didn't have time to call or complete the very short form (maybe 3-4 mins to complete) https://www.mysolstice.net/officereg.aspx to verify the benefits.(is this not the job of the person working with benefits?) I told her it was my attempt to support a black owed woman owed business where she told me she DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME SUPPORTING A BLACK OWNED WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS, ... i then hung up in her face because I was heavily triggered and will not tolerate ANYONE yelling at me. this staff INCLUDING DR. Kimble are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. . I then called another provider and gave them the same information the exact same way and there was NO problem with the insurance or verifying it. Unfortunately, my husband has to take off again for an actual appointment. Maybe if Dr Kimble and her staff focused more on her patients needs as opposed to to the "Magic City" club setting of her office, just maybe I would have been able to accomplish the most magnificent feat of having all of my physicians look like me. Dr Kimble you and this staff are deplorable and i would not recommend taking a canine to this office. I could have helped you today since your office manager gave me all of your business information and set up for you. But why would I work for you and pay you too? I usually have no complaints about Dr.Kimble and the staff. A true measure of customer service is how an issue is handled.I scheduled an appointment a few weeks back. I confirmed via text message last week. I also received a phone call to confirm my son's appointment this week. I showed up today and no appointment. I showed the front desk staff my phone as evidence. She told me her name and stated that it was a possible issue on their end or my end. My life would have been so much easier if my child was squeezed in. I was hoping we would be lifetime customers. stay away from this dental office. It seems like a nice place but looks can be deceiving the staff seemed nice at first but make sure you check your treatment plan everybody !!!! I was charged double for a cleaning. Also my veneers in the front just popped off a few days after my appointment I have tried to get in contact with someone leaving multiple voicemails and emails. I was told that the doctor would not be in contact with me. This is so disappointing after spending my hard earned money If I could give this office a -5 I would. read more

Update since the one and only visit I had at this robbery of a buisness. I did end up getting a second opinion from another dentist after being told at this practice I needed 4 crowns and bunch of fillings that I only needed 1 crown and 2 fillings. I got braces on in July 2015 and braces are off now and have beautiful teeth. ALWAYS get a different opinion when in doubt. There is a lot of fraud with these practices that will lie and tell you that you need this and that or charge the insurance companies for services not rendered. BEWARE of the dentistry!!! read more

I was referred here by a friend and have only had 2 visits at this office and am extremely disappointed! I was told by one of the staff once I came in on my next visit a payment plan would be worked out for me when I came in and today the day of my appointment I get push back. Mind you, no one asked me what type of payment I could do today, I have a lot of work to get done. One of the staff member in particular, this time and the first time I came is unprofessional, extremely rude and nasty. Doctors don't know office staff treat patients like this and it is so sad. This office is unbelievable, made come back twice in one day for an appointment I tried to reschedule due to childcare issues. Said I could come in the morning and go pay and Uber and I went , to tell me the front desk woman messed up and shouldn't of rescheduled me to come back later. I come back later and because of those same child care issues I'm turned away due to extending my grace period , how about extending your professionalism? And honoring your agreements, after you have already inconvenienced me during the day. And I don't drive , so I spent 50 dollars go to the dentist only to be turned away twice. An unfortunate but necessary review. Me and my family were long time patients of Dr. Kimble in Lithia Springs. In early 2022, I was over charged by $1,055 for a dental procedure. The insurance company confirmed that I was overcharged and gave me the paperwork to submit to Dr Kimble's office to request a refund. Her office denied my refund. The dental insurance was engaged and tried for the last year to request my over payment, again confirming I was overcharged and that it was out of her contract to charge me the price I was charged. Very long story short, I received confirmation today the insurance company will not be pursuing this any further and will just add this to my file since they have not gotten a response. As mentioned, we were long time patients and this is very disheartening to have this happen! I was a patient at RightTouch Dental for many years. The staff that she had at that time was very nice. I should have known things would change eventually, I knew they were very unprofessional whenever you're Dennis walk around cursing like a sailor. Things started going south for me when I paid for a partial in for. A year has gone by and I still hadn't gotten my partial. when it finally got in the gentleman that worked there at this time told me that I owe 500 more dollars. I was trying to explain to him that I had paid my portion unless you bought it with the insurance. he continue to tell me that I had not paid anything, I respond you were not there at the time I need to speak to someone else. at this time I told him I was not going to pay anything else just give me my money back and I'll take my business elsewhere. shortly after asking for a refund I received a phone calls and miss Elder you are right you have paid for your partial in full. I should've followed my instinct then and ran. just recently my mouth is swollen hurting and I could not eat or drink anything. I called to get an appointment and I was told but it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I can get in as y'all can't work me or we don't do that. What dentist that you know of refuse to work in a patient with problems. I had the best experience of my life with the esthetician at Right Touch Dental. It was relaxing, professional, and comfortable. I can only compare this to amazing. The fire and ice facial is truly the best. My skin feels refreshed and it already looks amazing. You will see results instantly. It was so good that I have scheduled more appointments. Hostile environment and lazy dental practice! I was a patient for years and recently Dr. Kimble has allowed her unprofessional incompetent staff to run her practice. I had already encountered several issues with the staff and dental care earlier this year. However, my last appt. was unbelievable. I made a courtesy call letting them know I would be nine minutes late due to the harsh storms in the area. Receptionist James is disrespectful and unprofessional. He told me he was in charge and that I would need to reschedule. I informed him I typically wait about 20 min. in the lobby before seeing a tech anyway so nine min. shouldn't make a difference. He told me he didn't need to explain anything to me because he didn't work for me. I asked him to ask the office manager and/or Dr. Kimble to give me a call. He said they would not be calling me back. I requested a form to release my records since I would not be returning as as a patient. He said I would not be buzzed into the lobby and that I would fill out the form outside (in the rain). He then hung the phone up! I arrived and was made to wait outside and another staff person told me I could only enter the lobby with an appt. I informed them I had an appt. nine minutes ago until James decided to cancel it!! I was made to be a threat. People are really tough and say whatever they want when they can hide behind a locked door. Finally, I made it inside to complete a form and pick up my overly priced mouth guard that didn't fit properly (deemed useless). I told James he was disrespectful and that he didn't own Right Touch Dental. He yelled out, "I didn't own him!" making a racial comment towards the color of my skin. No one in the office spoke to me or addressed this issue. They were completely okay with everything that went on that afternoon. I have made a complaint with Delta Dental about this practice and they should be removed as a dental provider. Unacceptable!! read more

I have been a patient of Right Touch Dental for years. The dentist is exceptional. I called them to schedule an appointment because I'm pretty sure I have an abscess. The receptionist tells me I have a $50 missed appointment from September. While I don't know what I was doing to have missed my appointment, I remember that being a time of the hurricane(s). Dr.Kimble's receptionist has caused her a faithful customer. While she is a wonderful dentist, her receptionist will run away the dr's clients. I have seen posts regarding her staff but I don't think her other staff members are a problem, only the receptionist Kionna (or something like that).
