He was so busy checking me out I almost didn't sign my bill of sale. The people at the mechanic shop had took notice at how I was moving backwards at times and keeping my distance. The manager at the mechanic shop did state he was glad I had chosen to just keep my car at the shop and have it junked. Again I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable in my life around anyone. Maybe when it's woman doing sells a woman needs to go with the tow truck driver. Now the company Junk Cat Guys that I called are very professional. They wouldn't budge on a price at all.

Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc).
