Easy to shop, no pressure. Great selection cars and the disclose what they know about them (I believe they do, anyway). Carfax friendly.

He got us the model up from what we normally could afford and at less than market value. We got a tremendous deal on a very low milage car, it came inspected, with warranties, serviced, and no worries about paying too much. He is no nonsense...if you want someone to shine you on go somewhere else. He is not a salesman. He is an educator and consultant. You are not paying for overhead of larger discount dealers whose milease are higher, and prices inevitably more. He was able to buy a better car then we could for the money. He took delivery of the vehicle and drove it a few days to ensure it was as he thought. Dont hesitate to work with Myriad...I am going to buy my car from him when I get ready.

(I had a very, very specific set of criteria.) It took a few weeks for what I wanted to finally come up in the price range we were looking to hit but that's just the way things go. He sends emails with info on things he has found and lets you decide if you want to pursue that specific car. He's not pushy and he is very up front about how much everything will cost. He is an older guy who really likes to carry on a conversation (lol) and he really knows his cars. Once my car arrived he helped us get a couple minor repairs (you have to kind of expect this when purchasing a used car) and he was nice enough to buy the parts (brakes and rotors) with his dealer license and gave them to us for cost. He knows a bunch of guys who have reliable repair shops and we were satisfied with the work they did. He also offers extended warranty options and is willing to work with a couple of different banks or credit unions if you need to finance the car. The fact that we went through him again to purchase another car should tell you that we were pleased with his services. Overall, we saved $4000-$5000 on my car and about $3000 on my husband's truck vs. what we would have paid at a dealer. You have to go into this way of buying a car knowing that it will take a little bit of time to find the car you want but the savings is worth it.

Comes off like a great guy but will completely play you! If you see a car you like here dont even waste your time. Unless you want to be taken advantage of or incredibly frustrated. You and him agree on a price - you ask him for more pictures and the inspection- then tells you "car is on a test drive - then next .... oh wait someone is going to take the car today" SHADY? and trying to change the deal or get more money out of me i can already feel it. Pictures to prove it!!! Look at the timestamps! TERRIBLE! Even though you agreed on price and told him you'll send in a deposit. The games dont stop - its fun for them miserable for you as a customer. I was an out of state customer treated him like a gentleman but WAY TO MANY GAMES!!! Check the reviews everyone says the same thing. Then him and the GM will write a response and say oh please reach out to me to share your experience. Its all a game and bs. They are the definition of used car salesman. Its hard sales not a relationship at all. Not worth it getting a car from them. Unfortunately due to that im walking away just tired of these games. The owner should do better the bad reviews are piling up and customers look and care. As you can see i leave a lot of reviews and try to not leave bad ones unless it was a really bad experience and this was from start to finish. This dealership will make you feel like shit. Go elsewhere.

My salesman was Juan, long story short he was an IDIOT LOL I only bought my car from there because the finance manager James got me a good deal on the interest as a first time college student buyer and I had 1 week to find a car and purchase so I was on a time crunch. I will say take ANY CAR to get inspected! I paid $100 to get one car inspected by Deutschland service around the corner (Great experience and experienced mechanic). The car had a few issues so it was a no go. I went back the second day to get a second car inspected and took it to speedy auto service and paid $60 (horrible experience and came to find out the car I purchased had moonroof issues) luckily it was under the 40,000 miles so Mercedes Benz of Marietta fixed it for free. (Go see Dietrick) I got lucky because everything else was in great condition. Fast forward to February once my temporary tag was about to expire I came to find out that nobody registered my car here so I had to spend a whole day at the DMV and the emissions test place because it also never went through the emissions inspection! I GOT LUCKY AGAIN! I went back and forth with Wells Fargo until they finally settled on refunding me back $150 out of the $300 they charged me to do the paperwork.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle…read more I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model S remotely. I found the vehicle advertised on the CarGurus app and started the credit application process there, trusting the professionalism conveyed by the dealership through the photos and videos of the luxury vehicles advertised. The problems started almost immediately. First, my vehicle's paperwork was processed for the wrong state, causing delays in activating my insurance and registering my E-ZPass. Even after almost two months, the vehicle still did not properly appear under my name with the Massachusetts RMV. My insurance company even listed the owner as "Unknown Owner" because the registration process had not yet been completed. Throughout this entire period, I requested updates several times. Most of my attempts went unanswered, and the after-sales support was practically nonexistent. The situation became even worse when I personally went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. During delivery, I discovered several problems and missing items that had not been disclosed beforehand. The vehicle was delivered with only one Key Card, missing the second Key Card, the Key Fob, the owner's manual, printed documents, the delivery folder, the trunk cover, and other original accessories that come with the vehicle even when it is used. We also found torn door weather seals, damaged trim, and numerous scratches that had not been shown in the photos or videos presented by the dealership before the sale. These issues were documented in the presence of the employee who handled the delivery. However, the most serious problem happened immediately after I picked up the vehicle. Within a few hours of personally picking up the car from the dealership, I contacted them by email and text messages informing them that the air conditioning system was not functioning properly and that condensation water was being drained into the vehicle's cabin, soaking the carpet on the driver's side. These communications exist and can be verified. The defect was reported to the dealership only a few hours after I picked up the vehicle. I attempted to contact the dealership more than 20 times. My calls were ignored or disconnected, and several emails went unanswered. At no point was I informed that the vehicle had a defect in the climate control system or a water intrusion problem. Had this information been provided before the purchase, I would never have purchased this vehicle. And after I reported the defect, the dealership is now saying that I purchased the vehicle "as-is." It was only after I began complaining about the vehicle's problems that I started hearing this term. I am an ordinary consumer. I found the vehicle publicly advertised for sale as being in excellent condition and excellent working order, applied for financing, completed the purchase, and personally traveled to pick up the vehicle. At no point was I informed that I was purchasing a vehicle with this defect. Regardless of the argument later presented regarding the vehicle being sold "as-is," this does not change the chronology of what happened or erase the emails and text messages sent only a few hours after I picked up the vehicle, documenting the problem. The vehicle was subsequently inspected by Tesla itself, which confirmed that repairs are necessary and provided an initial estimate of approximately $3,915, an amount that may still increase after the diagnosis and necessary services are completed. This purchase has already caused me financial losses, loss of time, and countless hours trying to resolve problems that I did not expect to face with a vehicle of this value. The biggest disappointment is not only the registration problems, the items and conditions that were not disclosed before the purchase, or the serious defect presented by the vehicle. It is mainly the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer support after the sale. When I needed help the most, I was unable to obtain a solution. My intention has always been to resolve this situation amicably. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not obtained a solution to a problem that I reported to the dealership only a few hours after picking up the vehicle. Anyone, even without technical or legal knowledge, who reviews this entire complaint and the corresponding documentation can form their own conclusion about the way this situation was handled. I will continue preserving all documentation related to this case, including emails, text messages, videos, photographs, purchase documents, records of my attempts to contact the dealership, and the documents issued by Tesla.

Over the course of two weeks, I had reached out to multiple big dealers regarding a variety of vehicle options, but never finding quite the right fit that met my needs. By chance, I happened across a listing for a 2026 Nissan LEAF EV with only 100 miles on it listed at JRS. It was an option that I had previously been interested in, but the new prices for anything above a base model were more than I wanted to do. Ray, the owner of JRS, had managed to scoop this one up from the manufacturer's corporate fleet, nearly unused, and offered it at a very reasonable price. I reached out and received an immediate response from Ray who, over the next several days, worked with me in good faith as I negotiated insurance and GAP processing issues on my previous car with the bank (who was also issuing the new loan and was holding things up because of issues with their GAP company and a data breach). Ray never pressured for a deposit and was very understanding throughout the process. He repeatedly updated and resubmitted paperwork every time the bank asked for a new addition and never complained. In the end, we got to the weekend and he had done everything necessary to get the bank to issue the check on the new loan and had the car waxed and detailed, waiting for us when we arrived. Small, selective lot, mainly focused on commercial trucks and vans, but a great deal and a great experience from start to finish for us buying a nearly-new personal vehicle. Ray is about as OCD as I am when it comes to the condition of his vehicles, as evidenced by the care he took in trying to make sure the car was spotless when we picked it up. He was more concerned with it than we were. My wife and I did a quick test drive, completed the last of the paperwork and were on our way with our new ride in less than an hour. No games, no bait-and-switch, no additional junk fees tacked on (he actually reduced the price by a few hundred dollars for us). Everything went exactly as you'd want it to go when buying a car. JRS Auto Buyers was, surprisingly, a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and would most certainly do business with them again in the future should the opportunity exist. Ray, thank you so much for your time and your assistance. We appreciate all of your efforts and your hospitality!
