Local deli with all types of menu items. They make fresh bagels and all types of breakfast items as well as burgers and wings. It's a bit confusing. They serve coffee and you can get fries with that. This is your local little family owned-ish deli (a lot of people call it bagelicious). Prices are decent, coffee is ok. Bagels are fine. Nothing extraordinary but if you're in Carmel and want basically anything even a dozen eggs, this is your place to go to. A lot of parents come here with their kids after football/soccer/baseball practice and it does get busy. The reason I'm not a huge fan of this place is because it just has way too many menu items it gets confusing. The quality isn't anything out of this world nor extraordinary. A little basic for my taste buds. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Other than that sure, give it a try.

We come here Very Often not just bc they are close to home but bc they make yummy breakfast sandwiches! I haven't had the pleasure of eating a lunch sand!'nńb

Poor service, moldy food! Manager was SO rude and unprofessional. Was literally just flirting with customers the whole time my family was there trying to order food. Won't be coming back.

    Definitely not scrambled eggs

I placed an order over the phone for 4 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches all with scrambled eggs. To my surprise when I got home, all of the egg sandwiches were fried and not scrambled. I called them to inform them I was given fried instead of scrambled, the person on the phone began to argue with me that they saw my order being made and they are scrambled. They do not know how to follow instructions from their customers nor do they have people working who understand customer service.

Friendly accommodating staff and quick order. Hard to mess up a BEC SPK but they did a good job and it's above average. Yum.

They even pop into the grocery store next door to them frequently to buy fresh ingredients as they prepare food, nothing frozen or sub-quality. Almost unheard of in the dining experience today. The chef who prepares the food is always making the most mouth watering, addicting meals and appetizers. The food looks equally delicious. It smells amazing. All made to order and the portions are generous. They are so friendly. We have literally never had a bad experience with them in over 4 years. Even if a mistake was made on an order, they have always been courteous and apologetic, they immediately remedy the problem in which everyone is happy. I just love the owners...I think Brewster is very lucky to have them in their town. We have several favorites on their menu but honesty, we haven't found a dud yet. Their hollandaise sauce is scrumptious and addictive!! I could eat it on an apple. The salads are fresh and creative. The specials are always a treat. For the prices, which seem a little high....i don't think they are. They provide fresh food, prepared by a legit professional who has common sense and a great knowledge of flavors and flavor combos. They give generous potions and you never feel like you were ripped off when devouring their creations. I would eat here daily if we could. I love supporting small local business and I love supporting good people just as much. They are the best. I'm getting hungry thinking about the waffles, chili and hollandaise sauce.

Tip number 2) Water should be brought to the table as soon as possible, especially if a coughing customer requests it. Don't snap at the customer because she made a simple request. Prices have gone up and customer service has gone down, so we will like pass on this place from now on.

The waitresses were very attentive, the layout was beautiful, and everything was clean and welcoming. The only little thing that bothered us was a fly that kept coming back to our table. The food, however, was fantastic! On our first visit, I had the Kimchi Bowl, my husband had the Steak & Eggs, my daughter had pancakes with strawberries, and my son had Chicken & Waffles. Everything was delicious! We enjoyed it so much that we came back on our last day, which was a Sunday around noon. This time, I had the Steak & Eggs, and let me tell you--breakfast of champions! My husband had the Breakfast of Champions, my son made his own burger, and my daughter had the Nutella crêpe with strawberries. Every single plate was left empty! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was so lovely and welcoming. We're already looking forward to coming back to town, and you can bet we'll be making a stop at The Brunch House again--especially for the Steak & Eggs and those delicious crêpes!

It didn't feel like one of their specialties, so if I come back, I probably wouldn't order it again. But i love the fries.
