We visited this restaurant a lot every time we visit MorningStar Church and recommend this place to every friends we know. The ambience of the place is very typical restaurant/ bar place. The server came and check on us often. The food were pretty good and has many selections from salad, wings, pizza, sandwich, calzones, etc. Everyone got to eat what they like. Good food convenient place

Poorly made margarita, threw away the rim and wouldn't give us salt for it.

Trash, straight trash. Back when I was younger in 2012 and went to high school out here they used to do one dollar pizza slices. Now they don't do that anymore. The food menu tonight I didn't even have a chance because the server did not come by and then the chance I have to speak to her she's like " the food is closed" As for the service, she kept on hanging out with this one table and hanging out with her friends. We didn't get service at all we wanted another drink, but at that point we couldn't because we only had a chance for one the whole night. We came an hour before it closed and we were only able to get one drink. The drinks were extremely weak, they weren't even done right. The drinks that we were originally trying to get, she said she could not make; we listed over nine drinks. Attached two photos out of the four drinks we ordered as the group The ambience is OK. The restaurant side is very creative, as for the bar side it's a little too clustered.

This place was good. The lady at the front desk at my hotel recommended it and I checked out the menu online and decided to go (obviously as I'm writing this). I was in the mood for a salad and they had a few good options. I was hungry from a day of travel so got a salad with some rolled meats. Their house Italian was a red/sweet version which I didn't care for so I asked for the Balsamic which was brought out in pouches (I thought I read they were all homemade dressings). I switched to Ranch which was the winner. The salad was fresh and delicious. I also couldn't pass up the pizza by the slice option. The pizza was good and cooked well, maybe a bit too much towards the crust (there's a few inches of overcooked cheese). Not a true NYC Slice but is there really one outside of NYC? I am not sure if I'd go back unless other options aren't available. It was good, but not memorable.

I had the PCS pizza, and on my first look. I thought this was not going to taste great. I didn't take a picture of the full pizza as I didn't want to write a bad review... once I ate the pizza, I regretted that. This was absolutely amazing. The service was great and I liked the ambiance the restaurant had. Great for friends and young adults. I'll be trying the picnic pizza next time.

Carmella's Pizza Grill has very good New York style pizza. They even sell it by the slice just like in NYC! I live fairly close by so I have eaten here many times in person and via take out or delivery. They have never disappointed! On Friday and Saturday nights they are very busy so it might take a bit to get your pizza delivered but that should be expected for any decent pizza place on a Friday or Saturday night! They actually have more than pizza. They have appetizers including wings, baked garlic bread, deviled eggs, stuffed grape leaves and jalapeño poppers among others. They have signature salads with dressings that are made in-house! They have Calzones and Stromboli's as well as hot heros. They have classic pasta dishes such as spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo, Shrimp Fra Diavolo etc. They even have baked classics such as lasagna, cheese ravioli, baked manicotti, baked spaghetti, eggplant Parmesan, chicken Parmesan and baked stuffed shells. OK, you get the idea, they have a very large menu for any tastes! I mostly get their pizza but everything I have ever gotten from them was nicely done. At this point, I will mention a few of my favorites. The Spanikopizza Pizza is very unique and very flavorful. Of course, you have to love spinach (which I do!). The Athenian Pizza is extraordinary as well. It's basically a gyro pizza! The "Loaded Cannon" pizza has a following as well. Last but not least I will mention that their White Pie is quite admirable too! All in all, Carmella's is a great place to grab a bite to eat in a very casual atmosphere. They even have beer and drink specials every day for extra enjoyment! Cheers!

The cheeseburger pita is always a great choice and my go to food when I order from them.

A great restaurant with alot of great things to order from. If you love burgers, Pizza, Pita's, Gyro or Calzones then you'll love this place. The fries are great as well. The wait staff is super friendly. I'd recommend all my friends and family to check this place to see for themselves about this place.

Fries were brought out later, but they were cold. The charcuterie board was good for quantity, but my mouth quickly got tired of the flavors. Everything seemed crazier than it needed to be, and none of the sauces really stood out. In fact, all of them were sweeter than I had expected. Oh yeah, when I ordered a Bud Light with a glass, the glass was dirty. So the food was definitely an under achieving moment. Next, the server was actually nice and the ambience was great. But it seems we had three large families walked in shortly before us. So the wait staff was stretched thin but the manager and our waitress both apologized for any delay. Once we got seated and our drink orders taken things moved more swiftly. The restaurant itself was nice. Lots of tables and booths also a big bar you can sit at including a large outdoor area. To start we got a sweet tea and I tried one of their spiked milkshakes! The sweet tea was just right and the milkshake was very good. A nice hit of alcohol in it with real chucks of ice cream! As usual for me, I had to try the Chicken and waffle sandwich! There were pieces of bacon in the batter that made the waffle and a large piece of deep fried chicken. The sandwich ate a bit dry so I asked for some syrup to pour over the waffle. It did come with a maple aioli but I just prefer regular syrup. The hand cut fries were thick but hot and fully cooked. Very good! My mom ordered the build your own burger instead of getting one of their many signature burgers. Her meal came thick and stacked and juicy! An amazing looking burger and she loved the onion strings. Next time I go back I think I wanna try The Wanderer burger because it looks very good! We also ordered a burger to go for my dad and our waitress was so good, she put the order in as our meals came out, so when we finished the togo burger came out and it was super hot! Amazing service! Fun place to eat with lots of options! Check it out!

Ashley was our server and she was amazing -- very attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. She really made the experience even better. We started with the pork belly skewers topped with ranch, BBQ, crushed cashews, and pickled red onions -- 10/10. Huge portion and packed with flavor. The balance of sweet, tangy, and crunchy was perfect. The chicken Caesar sandwich was sooo good. It's a massive sandwich with a crispy chicken cutlet topped with Caesar salad, pickled red onions, and chickpeas. Fair warning: it's a little hard to eat because of the size, but completely worth it. The dressing leans more vinegar-forward than creamy, which I personally loved. I'd honestly order it again just as a salad. The truffle parm fries were another 10/10 -- loaded with parmesan and full of flavor. The stout braised beef melt was amazing. Tons of meat and the flavors blended together perfectly. Definitely a standout. The pub chips with added Cajun seasoning were okay -- not bad, just nothing super special compared to everything else. As longtime fans of their previous food truck, we're so impressed with what they've grown into as a restaurant. It's clear they've kept the quality while elevating the whole experience. We'll absolutely be back!

Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed. I ordered the cheesesteak, which was the main reason for my visit, and it just didn't live up to the hype. The bread was soggy, the meat was very small diced instead of the ribeye-style cuts you'd expect from a good cheesesteak, and the cheese tasted more like Kraft than anything premium. Overall, it was very bland and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. For $18 and about a 20-minute drive, I honestly expected much more. On the positive side, the Brussels sprouts were amazing -- easily the standout item from my visit. They were flavorful and cooked really well. The fries were fine too, but fries are fries and it's hard to mess those up. The staff were very nice and attentive, and the food came out in about 10-15 minutes, which I appreciated. The restaurant itself is a small, quaint place located in downtown Rock Hill across from the public library. I didn't have trouble parking, but it was around 12:30 on a Wednesday and the lot and nearby street parking were both pretty full, so I could see it being tighter during busier times. I also noticed this location used to be called Sweet Tea back around 2020 when they served chicken and waffles, so it was interesting to see how the space has changed. The menu overall isn't very large, and since I mainly came for the cheesesteak and it didn't meet my expectations, I don't see myself returning. In my personal opinion, Cheat's Cheesesteak Parlor still has the best cheesesteak in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. I really wanted to love this place, but based on this visit, it just didn't deliver for me.

There was no apology and no offer to replace the food or issue a refund. There was nothing funny about it or his response. We had planned to order additional food to go for my husband, but after that interaction, we left. Unfortunately, we had already eaten part of the meal before noticing the hair. The food itself was mediocre at best- no better than fast food, yet cost $45 for a burger, fries, and two kids' meals with shakes. To make matters worse, we ordered onion strings with one of the kids' meals but received fries instead, and the onion strings never arrived, even after waiting about 10 minutes between reporting the mistake and the hair incident. In hindsight, the warning signs were everywhere: a dirty drink station, an unkempt counter, a visibly dirty shake machine, and unclean floors, tables, and bathrooms--all in an otherwise empty restaurant with multiple employees going in and out of the kitchen. I can only imagine the condition behind the kitchen doors. The 4-star reviews are misleading, and I feel obligated to share this experience to provide a more accurate picture.
