I've have been going to this shop for about 4 years now and I really should have posted this before. I have never had any problems buying tires, wait times, service etc.. Usually it has been two tires at a time for the two cars we own. Before I bought my most recently replacement tires I went through a stretch where it seemed every month I was finding something embedded in my tires causing a puncture. Nails, screws, and some kind of medal bent object. I usually found them at an inconvenient time when I was in a hurry somewhere and I wasn't sure what the guys at the shop could do. But as usual each time they sprung into action and plugged the leaking tires, which were going flat, without charge. I'm not sure if that's a warranty thing or what, but they never charged me. Based on their consistent service and hospitality for tires, when I needed a brake job recently I went to them and sure enough the price was right and the service quality. I recommend these guys to anyone who want to avoid getting taken for a ride, paying too much and just want to build a relationship with a local shop. read more

Visited the shop yesterday for assistance with only one of my car tires slowly losing air over around 1000 miles after inflating. Was easy to schedule an appointment a day in advance over the phone. Tire and wheel were inspected immediately upon my arrival and I was out within an hour with a complete fix to my issue. I've been here several times, but unfortunately had to have my brakes done twice in one year there. There products are not the best. Two years later had to have my brakes done again there. I took my car in for a sound in the suspension. I agreed to pay for the inspection but after looking at my car and doing some research, they told me that this is a common issue with Hyundai vehicles and it is not serious or anything that needs to be fixed at this time. I am grateful for their honesty and they didn't even charge me. When I do need tires or service, I will go back there. It's nice to know that there are honest mechanics out there. read more

PATHETIC and -5 star service , I went there for an oil change and tire rotation and told them I wanted all the other fluids topped off and an air filter . come to find out they did none of that they fucking reset my oil light and did nothing charge me for it because I have a center cap missing on my driver's tire wheel the owner even made a comment about it and it was in the same place so if they would've rotate the tires obviously would've been in the back and I had no brake fluid in my car and they were supposed to do that I asked him to freaking top that off and then I maybe went there two weeks ago and I already need another oil change because THEY DIDnT CHANGE MY FUCKiNG OIL what does that tell you about that place stay away from these crooks I'm livid .So they took my money and didn't do anything .I wish I kept the invoice I'd take it to the bbb and have this business shut down . We have been bringing our cars here for years. It's the closest thing I've experienced to that old feeling of having a "neighborhood mechanic" you can trust. Good work at a fair price , and on more than one occasion ,I've been told there was no charge when they checked something out for me. I have been here a few times only to get flats repaired because I live less than a mile away. Great service, and today was no different. But....the mechanic produced air filters for another customer and told them they needed to be replaced when they were still in great shape. The customer wasn't falling for it but the guy continued to argue his point and shaft this person. The filters were replaced two months ago, and they even looked it up and confirmed it. But he kept pushing. This would gave been an extra $60 or more if the customer wasn't on his toes. I find Jiffy Lube honest. More people there, more checks and balances. Not two guys in cahoots to shaft people. They go by manuf recommendations, that's it. I will not go back to this place again. I will pay to tow my vehicle to Les Schaub or Firestone. Nadeem and his team are awesome. He goes above and beyond to assist those who come to him with car issues. He is honest and straightforward about his diagnosis, providing you with several options. He knows cars beyond tires and cares about the quality of his work. Initially, I came for tires but had issues with a bent front end and fan problems. Not only did they fix the fan noise issue, they actually straightened out the hood of my car so it is much more visually appealing. It was embarrassing to drive before because of how bent up it was. Luckily, they got rid of the person I dealt with and I have had nothing but good experiences since. I love that it is a neighborhood shop. Apparently, when you are quoted 20$ to repair a tire, and the tire is unrepairable, these guys think it's standard practice to charge you 20$ to instead put a spare on your car. Not to mention, it was 7.50 to take the other wheel off and switch it with the other side. It was 5 lug nuts. You already had one wheel off. It's 15.00 for a full tire rotation. But 7.50 to move one tire plus 20$ to put on a spare. 27.50$ total for 5 minutes of work. I went somewhere else because the cheapest replacement they had was over 180$. Apparently,they are also lazy or stupid. I told him i had a herniated disc when i came in. I had a child's scooter in the trunk, some small subwoofers professionally installed in the back the trunk, and a 2 year old with me. He made me come out and remove the scooter because he needed help because my "sub was in the way of the spare"... It wasn't in the way. I ended up lifting a tire I shouldn't have. I'm a professional mechanic on disability, I never have charged a customer to put on a spare when they couldn't afford a 180$ tire nor have I ever worked for one that did. I have never made a customer clean out his trunk to get out a spare tire. I went down the street to another shop, bought a new tire for 75$ installed, and they were surprised as I was that I was charged 27.50. read more

Took my brand new high country in. I was told by dealer that I'm going to Need brake pads on my next oil change . So I brought it in for oil change tire rotation amd brake pads. Keep in my my brakes are squealing. So they call and say cars ready. When I get there they told me it didn't need pads. I'm like ok So I drive to la and on the way back my pads are grinding on my rotors metal on metal. Loud. So I take it back to the dealers then they inform me I need all 4 pads and all 4 rotors. I am new to the area, and I was looking for a honest & reliable automotive shop for my car. I called on Tire Pros and WOW..... I went to the location and found out about tires. I was told they needed to be replaced. I spoke with "Chuck" better known as "DOC". He was very friendly in ever way possible. I told him I needed to replace two tires on my car. Chuck and I went out to look at my tires, After he inspected all Five "yes he inspected the spare tire too" he told me that My tires were still good and I should get another 6,000 to 8,000 miles out of them. I did not need tires??? WOW!!! That is what I have to say WOW!!! He asked me just to keep them rotated "something I always forget" every 5,000 miles or every oil change. BTW they do oil changes to... I left there feeling over charged. Within a couple days it was obvious I had been lied to & ripped off. They changed my battery cables & solenoid for $302. The "new" pos cable was soldered and black taped together with parts of the existing cable. When I smelled burning plastic I find the cable was loose and half an inch away from the exhaust manifold & melting. I was told my battery was bad & could be replaced for $200. I declined and am still using the bad battery 2 months later w/ no problems. The Ford fender mount solenoid is 13 bucks at Oreilly's. I paid them $54.06 for it. The homemade positive cable cost me $34.96. I got the proper one (at oreilly's) for $16. In a word "swindled" read more

This shop took advantage of my elderly mother. She went in to have a belt replaced and walked out with a $900 bill. She didn't know any better and they preyed on that fact. When I found out what they were doing I called to have them halt all repairs but they claimed that they were almost done and it didn't matter because my elderly mother had already approved the work. They have gotten their act together or management has changed again. I had some wheels mounted, and they were able to do it without any issues despite the prior manager telling me they couldn't do it. The only issue I had was one set of wheel weights fell off shortly after they were installed - they were attached with double-sided tape and they should have taken some cleaner to the wheel before they stuck them on. read more

I am rewriting my review. The initial issue wasn't taken care of properly and I will take part of the blame because I was very frustrated at the time with a new tire. HOWEVER, once this issue was brought to the owners attention he made sure my issue was resolved. In my case he reached out to me, which he didn't have to do, and as it so happens I had two new tire problems. He fixed both problems. One was a bad valve stem and since I have the pressure sensors type stems I was pretty sure I would have to replace that. He was able to remove the core without damaging the sensor which in my opinion requires a lot of skill. Finally, and most importantly to me there was no charge. I dealt directly with Mohamed whom I am assuming is the Owner/Manager. I feel he deserves five stars because he reached out to me to make sure my issue was resolved. Not many small business owners/managers will take the time or effort to follow up with their customers. Finally, I want to make sure and mention that Mohamed was very pleasant to work with once I identified the problem to him. read more
