O my im just reading about all the bad reviews on where i bought my vehicle, my experience was…read moregreat & the gentleman who was are salesperson was absolutely great. I truly recommend this place. The salesmen is named Richard. I just pray my experience doesn't end up with a sad story yesterday when I purchased the vehicle we were told to come back today because it did have a chipped windshield while we went back today just to have to turn around and come back. We were told to come back again on a Saturday which is an hour drive over there in an hour drive back. I just pray I do not get the runaround, but I will keep you all posted. I shouldnt of rated this dealership a 5 star just yet

I purchased my Jeep from Cars R Us in February 2026. Within the first week, warning lights appeared…read moreand I immediately contacted the dealership. I have text messages documenting that these issues were reported almost immediately after purchase. The dealership is now claiming the check engine light was present when I bought the vehicle. That is false. The vehicle had a cleared permanent P0600 code, and I was told the issue was related to the PCV valve and sensors. I returned the vehicle and gave them every opportunity to fix it. They kept it for 43 days and repeatedly assured me repairs had been made. However, the replacement PCV valve I personally purchased was still sitting in my glove compartment months later. When I replaced the failed PCV valve myself, it became clear the repair had never been completed. A failed PCV valve can cause pressure issues that lead to oil leaks and additional engine problems. I repeatedly warned them about this. Instead of addressing it, they ignored my concerns until the vehicle developed further issues that required repairs at another shop. When I returned to discuss the situation, I was told I would need to pay again to have them inspect a problem I had reported since the first week of ownership. I was understandably upset. This was a vehicle I had dreamed of owning since I was sixteen, and after working hard to finally buy it, I found myself dealing with problems that should have been addressed from the beginning. The most frustrating part is not the mechanical failure. Vehicles can have issues. The problem is being told repairs were completed when they were not, then having the dealership publicly imply that our review was inaccurate. The facts are simple: * Issues reported within days of purchase. * Vehicle kept by dealership for 43 days. * PCV valve was never replaced. * Additional damage developed. * I ultimately paid another shop to repair the vehicle. Buyer beware. Bring a scan tool, verify repairs independently, and document everything. I am grateful this did not result in a catastrophic engine failure, but I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Never got title or tags! Went to dmv and they said the title isnt in my name and they closed down…read moreand I gotta keep buying 90 day tags until I can get them for fraud. As of now I got to jump threw 100 legal steps just to hopefully not lose my car and money. Btw same sales guy as last review Mel Stewart sales manager

Buyer beware! Let's just start with saying this was a hassle from the get go. From finding the ad…read moreto the vehicle on Facebook market place know it had a bad engine( I was fine with that) to finding out it was a fake Facebook account fake name. I go to check out the vehicle and purchase all cash no financing. Mel takes care of the paperwork for me and tells me the title is in Florida and will be overnighted/ expedited and will have in a day or so. First red flag. I tow the vehicle out of there. Get home and go over the paperwork to find out the wrong vin and vehicle are on the paperwork ( my fault for not checking). Call back the following day and set it up to come back in to get the paper work sorted out. Got the correct paperwork finalized. Now here come the excuses. I call a week and a half later asking where my title is for the vehicle. Was told by Andrew that I was told when buying the car it could take up to 30 days per Arizona to give me a title. 2nd red flag. I contact them again stating I never got registration on the vehicle when purchased. Finally they get back to me to send me over "registration " for the vehicle. They send me a temp tag in a email. Contact azmvd and was told that's not a valid registration. Third red flag. Texted Mel calls and informs me the title is in and needs to go to the mvd for transferring. I stated I would pick it up. No response. I have my finance call again and check the status of the title and Mel tells her he dropped off the title at the mvd and would call us back when it's ready to be picked up. Me knowing 3rd party mvd is a in and out process I texted him back saying I'm coming up there to pick my title up or the title they have on hand and to sign it over to me. I drive up there and another guy in the office states Mel's at the mvd he will be right back. So I waited. Mel shows up runs inside grabs a title and says he will be right back. Drives to the mvd actually gets it transferred and registered with legit plates this time. Glad it's over with. No surprised how they are even in business. From the run around games to the not responding to the lies. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them. Word of advise. You would do better in business if you had integrity and not play games. I have all emails and texts and voices mails if they try saying anything I said was a lie!

Roberto, Jason, and Dan are exceptional individuals and made a chore - car shopping - painless,…read moreeven enjoyable. When I was without a way to get to the dealership, Roberto - the sales manager - provided transportation in the vehicle I had looked at online. Once at the dealership, we browsed the lot and I selected a different vehicle. Financing vehicles has always been an issue over my lifetime due to the inaccuracy of Experian and the other reporting agencies. However, Jason and Roberto made it seamless. More important than the upfront service and care these individuals provided to a new customer is the follow-up and follow-through following the sale. There were a few issues I discovered on the test drive and Jason and Dan took care of every one of them for me. A special shout-out of THANKS goes out to the entire Ideal Cars' team. I definitely recommend Ideal Cars, Apache Junction to anyone in the market for a high-quality pre-owned vehicle.

I went in wanting to purchase a vehicle between $10-15k cash. I did test drive a few, and found one…read morethat might fit all my requirements. When I went in to do the numbers with Roberto, he was snarky. I found an extra charge of $999 added under what he called recon fee. So, they put a competitive price on their website, and then he said Dale adds $999-$2000 extra under that heading. Ultimately, they refused to take that charge off. He also got an attitude when I had said I'd be doing a prepurchase inspection. Roberto said he'd speak with Dale and see about getting the charge dropped and get back to me. He didn't. I had to call back, and he acted like he had completely forgotten, but would call the owner right away and get back to me. A few minutes later, I received a call from a Dan who said he was in charge and would not take off the additional charge. For what they had raised the price on an older Ford Escape to, I could get a very nice corolla at Toyota. Be very cognizant of how this dealership adds on fees and frowns on prepurchase inspections. Not a good sign.
