Wanted to grab some different carnitas so I hit this place up. Glad I did. They can be found on Uber eats as well. So I'm writing this in lieu of trying the carnitas burrito and Super Nachos. Normally I get the Carnitas family pack. First off this place is your genuine hole in the wall. A few seats to eat at but its ore of a quick bite. But the food is amazing. Carnitas Family Pack. Definitely getting your monies worth with this. For just around $25 you get a 1lb of carnitas, lots of tarillas a mano, large beans, large rice and salsa. They do give a lot of tortilla so I order some chicharron / cuerito on the side. Also I highly suggest you get the carnitas mixta. That means it comes with buche and cueritos and carnitas all chopped together. Its fucking bomb. The beans are well flavored and come off as charro beans. The rice reminds me of mi abuelitas. Everything is perfect for this meal. Carnitas burrito. GF said it was good. And she is hard to please when it comes to food. So this must be a hit. The Super Nachos. I got them asada. Well first off you get about 2lbs + of nachos. Its heavy af. You get beans, nacho cheese, pico de gallo, crema, avocado and meat over chips. The only this that sucks is that the amount of toppings on the nachos makes the tortilla chips all soggy. I dont mind this too much but would at least wanted some crunch in the beginning but the 5min drive home they have succumbed to the nacho elements. I'll definitely be back for the carnitas pack. Paying by card they charged me $1.50...not sure if it's a certain percentage or set fee but kinda hefty given a taco is $3 The lady was nice but misheard me and gave me asada and chorizo taco instead of chicharron (which I was craving for months) and I didn't want to return the food cz I felt bad (even tho she offered...I just feel sketch when ppl think it's my mistake) but I didn't make a big deal The asada was good, the chorizo id pass (granted I'm not a big fan of it anyways) but the flavor was sorta bland given it's chorizo The taco sizes have definitely got much smaller too from last time I had it several months ago so that made me sad And even tho when I came before it was probably a nice service that day, I didn't get any beans and chips today even tho I ate in lol but I'm not dinging them on that...just sad for me cz the beans are really yummy lol (get some) Would still highly recommend but if the tacos get any smaller for the price...I might look for a closer place to me and keep this place for occasional visits Still lots of parking!
