I primarily worked with Jeremy, but John (and several staff at both stores) helped out as well. Both Jeremy and John are kind, excellent communicators and provided wonderful customer support throughout the entire process for me. I live in Baltimore, MD but was pointed to Moseley's in SC by someone who'd worked with them in the past and spoke very highly of their customer service and work. I knew I wanted a very specific style of engagement ring for my fiancée, and I couldn't find it at any of the big name jewelers. (Plus, their salespeople were always very pushy, and that turned me off.) I ended up working with Jeremy over the phone, through emails, and even texts, all hours of the day and all days of the week over the course of several months as we worked out my budget, the exact design of the ring, and then the choosing of the diamond. He made the process so easy for me. I can not stress that enough. As a man, buying an engagement ring is a huge undertaking and very stressful! Jeremy was awesome and laid out the plan at the beginning and guided me step by step. He is a champ. I want to also add that the value of the jewelry is excellent. I was able to purchase a much larger and higher quality stone from Moseley's than I would have been able to from a big box jeweler for the same price. Moseley's doesn't try to take massive margins and rip you off like some other places. I feel the price I paid was very fair. After I proposed, we discovered that the ring was slightly too big for my fiancée's finger. We overnighted the ring back to Moseley's (I tracked that thing like a hawk online), and they resized it the day they got it, and then overnighted it back to me in Maryland! I couldn't believe how fast they worked. I should also add that my fiancée absolutely loves her engagement ring and was completely wowed by the craftsmanship and quality of the ring and stone. This business went above and beyond and totally beat my expectations. I can not thank everyone who I worked with enough. Their beautiful work and excellent customer service are outstanding. I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody looking for engagement or wedding jewelry.

Picking the perfect color, design, size, etc. Then what kind of mat, the size, color and how it surrounds the artwork. Also, what kind of glass is of utmost importance in how the finished item will present the art. If the wrong glass is used it may not protect the artwork, cause a reflection, distorting how you perceive the art.
