First off, the interior is really fun and interesting. I sat at the bar. The selection of small batch locally made beer was impressive. I ended up getting an orange blossom beer that was suggested by the bartender. So good!! I wasn't very hungry so they let me order the child's plate and I got brisket. The server suggested I try the red beans and rice. I was a little skeptical because I've spent a lot of time in New Orleans, and had some of the best. He just looked at me and shrugged and went back to ignoring me, as if I was a burden to him and the store. I said "hey man, I think it's BS you're ignoring me" to which he just turned around and walked away. Honestly he's lucky I didn't pull him across the counter and teach him some manners, because his momma obviously didn't. Also, the food sucked. But I'm not sure if it was because, and as I suspected, when I got back to the hotel both burgers and the fries were cold. It was so bad we didn't even eat it. We just threw it away.
